I encountered an issue with booking a hotel room through your site. The transaction was pending for about 8 hours, so I assumed it didn't go through and proceeded to make another reservation, which was successful. However, I woke up to find that the first reservation was also processed. This resulted in me unintentionally booking two rooms for tonight, when I only needed one for the next day. Your customer service phone line, which is supposed to be open daily at 9 am central time, appears to be closed. I urgently need a refund for this error caused by your app glitches. The hotel advised me to reach out to you for assistance. I regret to say I will not be using Groupon in the future.

I purchased a year's subscription to the Houston Chronicle through Groupon and have been receiving the newspaper and digital access. However, I have been notified by the Chronicle that they have not been paid by Groupon, and customer service advised me to resolve this with Groupon. I purchased a window cleaning service from Innovative Window Cleaning with order #[redacted] in November. Despite multiple attempts to schedule, they failed to show up for my confirmed Jan 9, [redacted] appointment. Upon returning from being out of the country, I tried once more to schedule, but received an unhelpful email response from Connie Bruno, who suggested contacting Groupon for a refund. I placed an order for a kids magnetic doodle board on February 11, [redacted], with an expected shipping time of 2 days. On February 8, [redacted], I bought an $8 Groupon voucher (#VS-BL1N-36H9-757X-SJYV) for a $15 breakfast or lunch at Juicy O Restaurant ([redacted] S. Washington St., Naperville, IL). I mistakenly tried to use it the same day, not realizing it's only valid 24 hours after purchase. The cashier couldn't apply it and returned it. On February 22, I tried again with the same result. I need help using the voucher or getting a refund for the $8.

On October 20, [redacted], I bought a 60-minute facial deal on Groupon from Ellie at Esthetique Boutique in Ladera Ranch, CA for $26. I made an appointment via text for February 11, [redacted], at 2 pm and brought my voucher. When I arrived on February 11, Ellie's studio was closed. After waiting for 30 minutes, she texted me about her daughter's emergency and rescheduled my appointment for February 18 at 12:45 pm. On February 18, Ellie informed me that she had accidentally double-booked and couldn't see me. She also mentioned she's relocating her studio to Los Angeles, which is too far for me. The travel time from my house to her studio is at least 20 minutes each way, and after the second cancellation, I've lost trust in her reliability. Hello Groupon, I recently purchased a Groupon for a Botox session at Zoraster Medical Spa. Unfortunately, my experience was not positive. I believe the RN who administered the treatment did not actually inject the Botox solution as she claimed. I am familiar with Botox procedures and could tell that no solution was injected. Additionally, the RN tried to upsell me on more units of Botox when I explained I usually receive 15 units at my dermatologist's office. She even mentioned that some places dilute the Botox with other solutions. I feel the business is unethical, and I paid for a service I did not receive. The RN's behavior was rude and inconsiderate throughout the appointment. I believe this needs to be addressed to prevent others from having similar experiences. Groupon may want to reconsider promoting businesses like this. I am looking for guidance on how to proceed. Thank you. - VGB

I purchased a Groupon for three 30-minute infrared sauna sessions at Total Body in Madison, WI about a week ago in mid-February [redacted]. I was advised to use saunas 2-3 times a week for health reasons, with sweating being the goal. I also bought sauna Groupons for two other places. During my visit to Total Body last week, I was disappointed to find that the sauna did not heat above [redacted] degrees. As a result, I didn't sweat, which defeats the purpose of using a sauna. I raised this concern with the management, who offered to double my time during my next appointment, suggesting that the sauna might not have been properly heated in the early morning. However, during my second session today, the sauna still did not reach above [redacted] degrees, and the door wouldn't close completely, leaving a gap. I informed them that I won't be attending my third session and have requested a refund because the sessions were entirely ineffective. It was a waste of time and highly disappointing. I then visited DAHLS Chiropractic for my first infrared sauna session using a Groupon and experienced a significant difference. The sauna reached [redacted] degrees, the equipment was well-maintained, and the place was very clean. Given my positive experience with Groupons in the past, I would greatly appreciate a refund. I purchased a Wild Adventures Gold Pass, thinking it was a year-long pass. However, the expiration date was not visible before I bought it. After encountering an email error delaying my voucher, I discovered it expires in 3 months. I was informed the date can't be changed as it was on the original page, which I never saw. Despite being new to the app, I checked thoroughly and found no hidden pages or fine print. I'm honest and just seek to enjoy what I paid for, but the 3-month expiration hinders me. I couldn't get a refund within 24 hours due to the initial issues. I have evidence showing the lack of information about the expiration date. I simply want a refund for this disappointing experience. I have not received my order from January 2. I was initially informed it was backordered until February 3, but then later found out it was canceled on February 5 without any notice or refund. Despite being provided with a tracking number that shows delivery on January 8, I did not receive any package. I am concerned about being charged for something I never received. I want to share my recent experience with a Groupon offer for Great Wolf Lodge. Specifics: I initially chose Groupon to mark a special occasion, but it turned into a disappointing ordeal. Groupon mishandled the situation in several ways: 1. Every attempt to confirm the order led to inadvertent additional orders. 2. After calling Groupon to address the multiple orders, the agent assured me that only one order had actually gone through. 3. However, the situation became even more complex after that.

I am writing about a Groupon I bought from your company last year for a stay at the 24* North Hotel in Key West, Premium Ocean-View Double-Queen Room. My sisters and I stayed there on October 17, [redacted]. While the hotel was beautiful, our room experience was disappointing. We had no hot water, which was difficult for my sister with fibromyalgia, and we found dirty sheets upon check out. Dear all, I wanted to share my recent experience with a vendor on the Groupon app. Upon purchasing a voucher and attempting to book a service, I was advised by the vendor to avoid purchasing through Groupon in the future. Regrettably, the establishment was in poor condition, and the manicure and pedicure services I received were unsatisfactory (see attached photo). Subsequently, during the facial treatment, I experienced discomfort from the products being used on my skin. When I requested to discontinue the facial and have my hair done instead, I was denied this request as it was not part of the package. Feeling dissatisfied with the services and the conditions of the salon, I left without completing my appointment. I am seeking a refund for the services that were not provided and believe that this establishment should not be featured on any platforms for services. Hoping for a prompt resolution.

I purchased a Groupon for my wife and me for a massage and spa in Orlando, Florida. Despite calling for five consecutive days to schedule an appointment, I've been told by one lady that they are fully booked but accept walk-ins, with Groupons only accepted until 5:30 pm. Another lady mentioned availability for today, 03/01/20, however, upon calling to confirm, the initial lady stated there were no openings and they will no longer accept Groupons past 5 pm. I am seeking a full refund of $[redacted] for this purchase. If possible, I would prefer a phone call from a Groupon representative at [redacted] instead of an email.

I purchased a Groupon for Groundworks Lawn Care Co. for an exterior power washing job on my [redacted] sq. ft house. The company marked my voucher as redeemed even though they never showed up as agreed upon on 2/14/[redacted] due to bad weather. Despite multiple emails and calls, I did not receive any response until I threatened to report them to Groupon. Brandon James finally called back after my email. I no longer wish to use their services and would like a refund. Their lack of professionalism is evident in their lack of communication for over 2 weeks.
