I joined Groupon through Facebook and purchased a deal. Subsequently, I was supposed to receive a $50 hotel.com voucher as a reward, but it was sent to the wrong email address associated with my Facebook account, which is inactive now. I can't update my email to receive the voucher. The $50 hotel voucher was not received, and I need assistance in resolving this matter. Can someone provide guidance to rectify this issue? Thank you.

I encountered an issue while trying to buy a pair of slippers from the website. Despite entering my email and home address correctly, the system kept rejecting it, claiming there were errors. This happened multiple times, preventing me from proceeding with the purchase. It was quite frustrating because I had my heart set on those slippers, which were affordable for me. I hope to resolve this address validation problem soon, as I really want to make purchases on the site. Thank you.

I purchased 2 Groupons from Lei Spa LaSoul as Christmas gifts for my husband and myself for 60-minute foot scrub sessions. Attempting to schedule appointments together has been a challenge. Despite numerous attempts to reach out by phone to the provided number, I have not received a call back. When trying to use the online booking calendar, I can only secure one appointment for a particular day, with the next available date being in the following month. This experience has left me feeling dissatisfied, and had I been aware of these limitations beforehand, I would not have made these bookings. I am seeking a refund for both vouchers: [redacted]8 and [redacted]3.

I have not yet received the voucher code for four 50-minute infrared sauna sessions at Strength & Vitality Wellness Center in Baltimore that I purchased on 2/6. My credit card was billed $56.25, but I did not receive a code (order #1[redacted]38-[redacted]). The Groupon receipt incorrectly shows the order date as 2/7 instead of the correct date, which is 2/6/20. I updated my payment card as per Groupon's request. I also availed of a discount that reduced the cost from $75 to $56.25, which was charged to my new card. I am eagerly awaiting the redemption code. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased a bed from Groupon over the weekend. The delivery driver called to inform me that he was outside with the delivery. I assumed there would be prior notification to schedule a delivery date or approximate time. Since my partner and I both work full-time, we were unable to go home at that moment. I inquired about rescheduling the delivery, but the driver mentioned leaving if I did not arrive within 5 minutes. I suggested Saturday for delivery, but he declined and abruptly ended the call. I found this interaction to be impolite and unprofessional. I am eager to reschedule a delivery date and time promptly. Unfortunately, this experience has led me to decide against using Groupon in the future.

I recently purchased two vouchers from Nail Story, one for lash services at $55 and another for microblading for $[redacted]. Unfortunately, I was unsatisfied with the lash service, but I still attempted to book my microblading appointment using the voucher. Nail Story has been uncooperative, possibly due to my feedback on the lash service. If they continue to refuse the microblading service, I would like a credit to my Groupon account instead. Despite my efforts to reach out and book an appointment, they have not responded. Groupon should improve its customer service process for handling such issues. I noticed a Groupon in "My Groupons" for Jean Lafitte Swamp Tours (order #[redacted]73) that I did not intentionally purchase. I viewed the offer but never intended to buy it. Despite not finding any payment details, I'm worried how it ended up in My Groupons without my knowledge. I need to ensure that I wasn't charged for this and request a refund if any payment was made. Unfortunately, I won't be able to use the Groupon before it expires as I won't be in that state until a later date.

I attempted to purchase an item, but it failed due to needing to update my payment method. After trying to update, the screen locked. I tried logging in from both my phone and computer, but I keep receiving the error message "API Request returned a response outside the status code range (code: [redacted], range: [[redacted], [redacted]])". This prevents me from updating or canceling the order. Unfortunately, there is no email, live chat, or phone number available on your website for customer support, only a series of FAQs that do not address my problem. I am unsure of what steps to take next.

I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian wax at Tranquillite Spa in Arlington. Despite being late, I informed the spa via their Facebook page. Upon arrival, I struggled to locate the spa's room within a multi-business building. After calling their number multiple times, I received a response on Facebook Messenger stating the technician was ill and wouldn't be in. Unfortunately, the appointment was not rescheduled or cancelled in advance. Due to this experience, I am seeking a refund for the Groupon and do not plan to return to this establishment.

I booked a hotel room through Groupon but received an email about payment issues. After trying to purchase the room twice more, the third attempt went through. The hotel now says I have two rooms when I only wanted one. I can show that Groupon notified me twice about payment failures, but the payment was only successful once. I am seeking a refund for the additional room.

I purchased a promotional offer for a Thai Massage, but I have been unsuccessful in scheduling an appointment. When I called the company, the person on the phone kept asking me to call back in 30 minutes with no success. The following day, I encountered the same issue when calling back twice, and the woman I spoke to was impolite. Due to this experience, I would like to cancel my massage purchase and request a refund. I no longer wish to book an appointment with this establishment.

I bought a Linon Stephanie script ottoman in gray with white writing, and it was left at my door. I contacted customer service about it being uneven, but they did not address the issue. Despite trying to use it between two places, the ottoman buckled when I sat down. Upon having it checked at a furniture store, I was told it was dry rotted, leading to the damage. I am disabled and find it difficult to walk long distances, so this has been a frustrating experience. I just want a replacement that is in good condition. I purchased a Groupon for house cleaning services from Mother's Cleaning on December 13, [redacted]. However, we realized they are based in Chicago, while we are in Victoria, B.C. I made a booking with StayPineapple MaxwellHotel in Seattle (Order # [redacted]) for $[redacted].00 per night. I purchased 5 Butlins vouchers and made reservations for Monday, February 17th at the Butlins Bognor location. I received booking confirmations but then received unexpected cancellation emails. This is distressing as my grandchildren are eagerly anticipating this trip. Please, reinstate the bookings promptly. Cancelling would disappoint the young children, which isn't fair. Groupon shouldn't confirm bookings only to cancel them later. I eagerly await your response. Thank you. S. McKay

I'm Viktoria P. and I bought a Groupon deal for a deep massage at Sanctuary House. When I tried to book an appointment, the person on the phone insisted on only scheduling appointments with the voucher number. So, I provided the voucher number and was booked for January 23. I was told I would receive a confirmation message with the address the day before, but I never received it. Despite reaching out via call and text with no response, I noticed in the app that my money was taken without receiving any service.

I believe there has been a misleading advertisement. Upon purchasing a Groupon for West Coast Exotics, it was not clear that the locations were limited to only three, none of which are near my residence in NJ (e.g. Texas, Long Island, etc.). I attempted to cancel the purchase within an hour as per the Consumer Business regulations. It is disappointing that it took so long to connect with a customer representative, and the lack of human contact is unacceptable. This experience has deterred me from using Groupon in the future.

Hello, my name is Stella B. I purchased eight skin lightening injections from Liquivida Lounge through a Groupon deal in January [redacted]. On my first visit to the clinic on the 18th, I received one injection and they marked the voucher as redeemed, leaving me with 7 more injections. However, when I returned a week later, I discovered that the business had moved out. Another clinic in the same location contacted Liquivida owners on my behalf, who informed me that they no longer had a facility to provide services. I have contacted Groupon twice to request a refund for the remaining 7 injections that I never received, but have not received any assistance. I am seeking a refund for the portion of my payment corresponding to the undelivered services, and believe Groupon should also refund their portion of the transaction. I have purchased from Groupon in the past and have generally been satisfied, but this time I received a reconditioned iPad that is not functioning properly. The iPad has issues with updating and does not sync with other Apple products. Despite Groupon's assurance of good quality, the device is practically useless and I am unable to use it for online courses or any other productive tasks. Considering my specific needs due to a wheelchair-bound condition, I trusted Groupon's recommendation for the iPad 4, but now I feel let down. It seems that Groupon was aware that this model was discontinued and should not have sold me an obsolete product. I have had a conversation with an Apple manager who confirmed that I should replace the iPad as it is not capable of running essential updates. Given my health challenges, including recent hospitalizations, and my reliance on this device for my studies and daily tasks, I am disappointed with Groupon's lack of consideration and assistance in this matter. I made a reservation at Indigo Age Cafe for high tea but unfortunately, the cafe is closing down. The owner informed me that they cannot accommodate any more reservations. I was asked to request a refund from Groupon for the $64 paid. Here is the owner's response I received: "Hi, So sorry we will not be able to accommodate any reservations for the high tea anymore. Indigo Age Cafe is closing after 9 years. Please ask Groupon to send your money back. Really apologizing for the inconvenience.
