I made a reservation at Ramada in Sarasota, but upon arrival, they didn't have the room available. Despite not receiving a confirmation email as promised by Groupon, I attempted to book another room, but encountered issues again. Frustrated by Ramada's disorganization, we decided to stay elsewhere and pay at the desk. Surprisingly, the next day, the funds were still withdrawn by Groupon for the unused room. Ramada claims they never received a reservation or any funds, and my attempts to contact them have been fruitless. Seeking a refund for the unutilized booking.

I selected my area and chose house cleaning. Several options appeared, so I picked one, only to discover that it doesn't cover my zip code. I requested a trade-in for an alternative, but none of them cover my zip code either. I'm frustrated because I was given the option to choose my area. I would like a refund so I can find a local service. This situation is very stressful and urgent, as I need these cleaners before I go to the hospital.

Voucher number: VS-ZXBX-SV4V-GKGG-V11C. My recent experience trying to schedule an appointment was disappointing. The receptionist was unprofessional - she was rude, spoke sharply, and there was loud background music that made communication difficult. When I mentioned the noise, she abruptly ended the call. I do not wish to support a business with such poor customer service. I kindly request a refund to my card or assistance in transferring the $49.00 fee to another IPL facial Groupon. I am interested in a more expensive offer at Cosmo Med Spa and willing to cover the additional cost.

I recently bought two Groupons, one for 2 eyelash extensions and the other for 2 microblading sessions. I tried to contact Kluxuryglam via the provided number multiple times without success. I then booked online through the website, received confirmations, and showed up for my appointment on Saturday as scheduled. However, she mentioned she no longer uses that booking system and doesn't do Groupons on Saturdays. I managed to reschedule for Sunday at noon in person. Although I texted to confirm on Saturday at 6:16pm and 6:45pm, it was only answered very late at 12:41am with a conflicting time. I inquired about the original time but haven't received a response yet despite trying to call as well. I am requesting a refund as dealing with Kluxuryglam has been unreliable and disappointing in terms of customer service.

I purchased a Groupon coupon for Southern Pressure Washing in December [redacted]. Unfortunately, they have failed to show up for appointments twice and do not respond to calls or messages. I have reached out to my credit card company for assistance and reported them to the Better Business Bureau. It appears they are not fulfilling services despite receiving payments through Groupon. I have also noticed others facing similar issues. I initially left a review on Facebook, but it seems the negative reviews have been removed. Can someone please contact me regarding this matter? I tried to file a complaint on the website but was directed to a paid technician, which does not seem fair as I have already paid $71.25 without receiving any services yet. Your help would be appreciated.

I bought a massage, but the masseuse is not cooperating. I made a booking, and he informed me later that the day was unavailable even though I already secured the slot. When I attempted to reschedule for the next weekend, he mentioned he doesn't accept new clients on weekends. Trying for a weekday, he claimed to be fully booked. Inquiring about the week after, he did not reply. At this juncture, I simply want a refund. I have screenshots available if necessary.

I subscribed to Southern California News Group for 2 years for $10 on 6/5/[redacted]. I received Daily Breeze for 14 to 15 weeks, only on Sundays. However, I have now received 3 additional bills totaling $50.46 from the Newspaper. I tried calling them three times to resolve the issue, but they directed me to contact Groupon. When I reached out to Groupon, the representative was unhelpful and suggested I send a screenshot via mail, which I am unsure how to do. After requesting to speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold for an extended period, then disconnected, and my order was removed from the Groupon site. I am frustrated with this experience and need assistance in resolving it as Live Chat and Email options are not functioning on the Groupon site.

I purchased a cooking class voucher for two people on Groupon after seeing that classes were offered in Walnut Creek, which is a convenient location for me. However, after buying the voucher and attempting to make a reservation on the company's website, I realized that Walnut Creek was not an available location for classes as advertised. The address listed by Groupon led me to a restaurant that does not offer cooking classes. I have since confirmed with the restaurant that they do not host such classes. I have been attempting to obtain a refund of $16 from Glow Golf in Pensacola, FL. Currently, the business is closed until the end of September as indicated in the phone message when you call their number. Despite contacting Groupon customer service, they advised my voucher will be extended until April, which is not satisfactory for me. I recently purchased two vouchers for services at the C Street Nail Salon by mistake. I only intended to buy one, as only one is valid for use. I am not interested in any other deals at this time and would like to return the duplicate voucher. I have been trying to contact Otilia at the salon since mid-January, but she has been unresponsive and rude towards me, questioning my choices and refusing service despite my respectful approach. Due to her behavior, I would like Groupon to process a refund for both vouchers.

I purchased vouchers for Latin dance classes a few weeks ago, and despite trying to book for over a week, I have been unsuccessful. The booking number provided by Groupon goes straight to voicemail each time, and I have not received any responses to my messages or texts. I have attempted to book via text for four days but have not heard back. I purchased a Groupon voucher for a Spa treatment at Billesley Manor Hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon on December 16, [redacted]. Hello, I have been trying to get in touch with Groupon on and off for a month. I have called many times, but I keep getting disconnected. I'm not very good with computers, so it took me weeks to get to this platform. I purchased two smart watches from Groupon as Christmas presents in late July [redacted] for my nephew and his wife. My nephew's watch works great, but his wife's watch won't charge even after trying a different charging cable. The watch seems to be faulty, and I have been unable to contact the company listed on the box it came in. I cannot find a phone number or access their website to address this issue. I recently purchased a Groupon coupon (Scan number [redacted]9) for salon hair services, but the receptionist at the salon refused to honor it because they claim I have been there before. I am currently using my husband's computer because my laptop is frozen on the Groupon site, preventing me from contacting anyone for help. The Groupon account is under Stephanie T. Watson's name, but I am using my husband's computer to seek assistance. I am seeking a refund of $89.00 from Groupon. If this issue is not resolved, I will have to stop the payment on my credit card. Hello! I bought a Groupon months ago for a couples massage at a Marriott hotel for $[redacted].40. I've been trying to schedule an appointment by calling the spa, but they never answer and don't return my calls. I'm frustrated that I haven't received the service I paid for. I reached out to Groupon through a live chat, and they agreed to refund me if I couldn't contact the spa. I purchased a Groupon deal for a Sam’s Club membership at $30, which was supposed to include multiple e-cards and benefits. Despite activating my membership in person at Sam’s Club, I have not received any of the promised benefits. I made additional purchases at Sam’s Club to fulfill the requirements for the e-cards, but have not seen any progress. I am contacting regarding my purchase on February 4, [redacted] with order number 1[redacted]51-[redacted]. Following my purchase, I reached out to schedule an appointment. The owner initially mentioned getting back to me but later claimed I was too far for their services. Despite working near their business address and being within the specified range, the owner was unhelpful and impolite. I am now seeking a refund for the services I paid for since they will not be provided. I just received my order (#1[redacted]70-[redacted]) today. Upon inspection, I noticed that there was no exterior seal on the container and no tamper-proof seal under the lid. There was only a small fragment of the tamper-proof seal stuck to the rim. I am hesitant to use the product in this condition, and unfortunately, it cannot be returned. I kindly request a refund or a replacement of the product with proper sealing at no extra cost. Thank you.
