I purchased the following item on January 7th and have been experiencing numerous issues. The website is fraudulent and overpriced, charging $[redacted] for an orchid with a Groupon discount that I could purchase for $15 in-store. I would like a refund as I have no desire to use this Groupon. The company, 1-[redacted]-Flowers.com, is a scam, and I will not be ordering from them again. Groupon should be more cautious with such misleading offers. I have a history of successful Groupon purchases, but this one has been a disappointment. I have tried to reach Groupon through various means without success, encountering long wait times and being redirected repeatedly. Please assist me in getting a refund to my Groupon account. I have been trying to get assistance from a Groupon specialist to address my Legoland ticket issue. It has been two weeks since my initial contact, and despite sending emails, I have not received a response. I accidentally clicked the "redeem" button on two of the four Legoland tickets I purchased, rendering them invalid. I was informed last week that the problem would likely be resolved by the end of the week, but I have yet to receive the replacement passes. I am eager to take my grandsons to Legoland and would greatly appreciate your help in resolving this matter promptly.

I purchased three items from Qualtry and I'm encountering trouble with all of them. Firstly, I ordered two small dog tags which have been out of stock since my purchase. My Groupon is set to expire on 02/07/[redacted], so I am requesting a refund for these. Secondly, I also bought a large dog tag that has been out of stock since November. I would like a refund for this as well. Additionally, I purchased a sketchbook which was supposed to come with a voucher that would automatically download when I signed onto the website. However, no voucher was provided, and the website is requesting full price instead. Once these issues are resolved, I no longer intend to use Groupon due to the difficulty in reaching customer support, as the website constantly states "We're currently experiencing higher than normal contact volume." I have been attempting to resolve these problems for days without success. I would appreciate assistance in resolving these issues or receiving a refund.

I contacted Groupon regarding the four one-time boxes I ordered in November, and the payment was processed from my account. I have been receiving emails but explained that I changed my email address from my previous work account to [redacted] with the password james111749. Despite this, I cannot access the old emails. I attempted to request speaking with a representative, but was directed to pay for a technician, which was not my intention. My contact number is [redacted]. The order included two slime boxes and two beauty boxes, scheduled for December 23rd, intended as gifts. I am not very proficient with technology due to age and have struggled to resolve this. I am requesting a refund for the second oil change I bought. The owner of Precision Motor Worxs in Airdrie, AB declined to service our second vehicle. After the oil change, the engine light came on, although it wasn't before. When we questioned him about this issue, he refused to address it and declined to work on our second vehicle. I am disappointed in the poor customer service we received. I am simply seeking reimbursement for the second oil change, which cost $45 Can.

I purchased a Groupon deal for a makeup session for my engagement photos. The instructions on the voucher asked me to call a specific number to book an appointment. However, after trying to reach them, there was no response. I sent a text and received a reply full of grammatical errors, which didn't seem professional. After investigating further, I noticed that the address provided on the Groupon did not match the website listed. I even asked for sample pictures of their work, and the link I received didn't match the website on the Groupon either. I'm genuinely worried about the legitimacy of this offer and my safety. It all feels doubtful. I'm surprised that Groupon would feature such a questionable vendor. Do they not have a vetting process in place?

Regarding my Groupon voucher #LG-1FKF-61HH-44Y7--ZKHT for Virginia Spine Care in VA Beach, VA, I purchased a discount coupon for a chiropractic 4 visit package. Previously, I used a different voucher #LG-H5R5-YXH6-4YHV-[redacted] from the same merchant and was happy with the service. When I tried to schedule an appointment with the new voucher, they refused to honor it. The lack of limiting language in their advertisement, stating any restrictions such as for new patients only or a one-time annual use, led me to believe I could redeem it again. Therefore, both Virginia Spine Care and Groupon are not fulfilling their obligations to honor the advertised vouchers. As a lawyer (VA State Bar #[redacted]), I understand this breach of contract. I expect Virginia Spine Care to honor the voucher for a consultation and 3 adjustments as outlined in the Groupon deal.

I purchased two vouchers for Moti Thai Massage. Today, when trying to book appointments, I discovered that one was redeemed on January 3rd and the other was supposedly refunded. I did not redeem the voucher nor receive a refund. I request a full refund as this experience with Groupon has been disappointing. I have contacted Moti Thai Massage and left a message seeking clarification on who used the voucher fraudulently. This situation has ruined the relaxing day my boyfriend and I were looking forward to, as it was a Christmas gift to him. Thank you for your assistance. - D.H.

I had a scheduled appointment with Erikson Carpet Cleaners for yesterday, but it was rescheduled for January 21. Despite their reputation, it's challenging to reach them by phone, and the man scheduled to come couldn't send another person. As an 87-year-old, I've moved the light furniture from the living room and dining room for the carpet cleaning but am concerned as he claims to work alone and can't handle heavy furniture. I'm unsure about his identity, considering he isn't part of a larger company. I'm left wondering about the company's credibility and the absence of a team. - Glorya Hale

Good evening, Earlier today, I tried to order CBD gummies, but encountered issues with the checkout process. I received no confirmation email for the first attempt, so I made a second order which did go through. However, upon checking my bank account, I noticed that three payments were taken out. I bought 2 hoodies, one for my son and one for his fiancée for Christmas. They were meant to match in different colors since they recently got engaged. Unfortunately, due to my health conditions, CRPS and Fibromyalgia, I wasn't able to check the items until just before Christmas. To my dismay, both hoodies had poor-quality material and I cannot give them as gifts. I missed the return window due to my illnesses, and I am now at the library, unable to print the return label. I kindly request an exception for the return and a refund to my credit card. Thank you.

I bought a Groupon voucher for a concealed carry class in Colorado from Armed Guardian on August 31, [redacted]. Despite zero scheduled classes in Colorado, I've reached out to them several times via email. Their website suggests purchasing an extension, but I refuse due to the lack of classes. Requested a refund, but the founder responded by accusing me of threatening behavior with no basis for my complaint. They deemed me unfit for their services and dismissively told me to "go pound sand." The $33 cost is not the concern, but the lack of opportunity to use the voucher is frustrating.

I have booked two appointment times with Unique Cleaning Service through Groupon, order #[redacted]. Unfortunately, the first appointment was a no-show with no prior notice. When contacting them, we were informed of a last-minute emergency. After rescheduling, the second appointment was canceled just thirty minutes before, citing another emergency. This has caused inconvenience for my pregnant wife and me, as we had to adjust our plans each time. We need to look for a more reliable cleaning service as this has been unacceptable.

Hello Groupon support, I purchased a voucher on January 13 for a trip to Camelback, PA under my account, [redacted], using my boyfriend's debit card. The trip is scheduled for January 21-23, costing $[redacted].26. Unfortunately, I fell ill with a high fever of 110F due to weather changes and was admitted to the ER last night. Although the fine print states I'm not eligible for a refund, I'm not seeking one. I'm inquiring if the dates can be changed or if I can receive credit for a future trip.
