I'm having trouble logging into my account to redeem my Groupon before it expires. My username and password aren't being recognized, even though a chat representative confirmed I have an active account. I was charged for a voucher that they say doesn't exist in my account. I've tried clearing the cache and the app, but nothing is helping me log in. I'm also unable to log in from any other device.

I attempted to book an appointment at VMR Salon using a $28 mani/pedi Groupon. The salon owner requested a $20 deposit to secure my spot. When I inquired about a refund, she mentioned it could be used for other products and a minimum 20% tip. She then explained that nail polish was not included in the mani/pedi package and would cost an additional $10 for nails and $10 for toes. Despite declining the polish, she insisted on the tip. When I mentioned the cost disparity, she became upset, citing past experiences with Groupon customers. She suggested I contact Groupon for a refund, leading me to end the conversation politely. After reading negative reviews on Yelp about her conduct, I am seeking a refund as her behavior was unprofessional and upsetting.

I recently had eyelash extensions done at Beauty By Geloria and initially left a five-star review. However, later that night, one of my eyes started itching and I felt discomfort as if something was in it. When I contacted Geloria, she was hesitant to address the issue, attributing it to first-time discomfort despite only one eye being affected. After exchanging messages, Geloria advised me to let the lashes fall off rather than fixing the problem. Additionally, she cancelled my paid refill appointment after I left a detailed account of my experience in a second review. I found her handling of the situation unprofessional and disappointing. I have requested a full refund for the service I received.

My daughter received the Christmas table and four chairs for my granddaughter on Tuesday, January 7th. Unfortunately, the chairs are defective, and the return deadline is only 14 days, which now leaves me with only 11 days to get them returned. I am quite upset because the delivery was late, and the chairs are very difficult to assemble correctly. On December 20th, I purchased a set of six tickets for Sea World San Diego through Groupon. Upon checking the Groupon app, I received a notification that the tickets were unavailable and had been refunded. I then bought tickets directly from Sea World online for my visit on Saturday, December 21st. To my surprise, I later found out that Groupon had charged my credit card $[redacted].94. Even though the tickets were no longer available on the app. I was informed that Groupon's policy states the purchase is non-refundable. This situation is incredibly misleading and unfair. I purchased a Groupon deal for 2 eyelash lifts and tints at T Lash Studio. After having one session on 1/10/20, I realized my voucher was marked as "redeemed" on the app, even though I thought I had a pack for 2 visits. I couldn't contact Groupon as the phone number was not working, and there's no email provided. The customer support page mentioned a high volume of contact. Order #[redacted]: I bought a service on December 18, [redacted], but never received it. The issue is, I needed multiple sessions to benefit, and I couldn't make it to the other sessions. Despite that, online records falsely show I attended on December 27, [redacted], which is impossible since I was at work in North Carolina, not in Massachusetts where Royal Aesthetic Center is located. The company insists I should contact Groupon for a refund. I tried to reach out to Groupon online but was prompted to pay $5 for some "smart" service. I wasn't able to get answers without signing up and couldn't communicate further. At this moment, I am solely focused on getting my money back and not looking to make any more purchases. I accidentally ordered two of the same items and tried to return one following the customer support video on Groupon, but the URL was not working. I placed an order for women's mukluk boots 3 + 1 on December 9th. Despite being informed that they would be shipped soon, it has been over 30 days and I am still waiting with no estimated arrival date. I was charged $36.95 on December 9th, but the price has since dropped to $24.99, which is frustrating. I purchased a Groupon for an Atlas massage (order [redacted]) that expired on August 6th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I later discovered that my daughter had already bought the same Groupon. Despite knowing that it could only be used once, we wanted to apply the amount and pay the difference. However, when I inquired about this, the staff informed me it wasn't possible. I bought an interior car wash from Shine Mobile Services on January 2nd. Unfortunately, they didn't show up for two appointments and canceled once without notice. I had taken time off work to accommodate their schedule but they didn't even call to inform me. Today, when I called to confirm our third appointment, they mentioned they were understaffed and couldn't make it. I'm requesting a full refund as I'm disappointed with their reliability. I plan to visit my local car wash instead.

Initially, I used my Discover card to make a purchase on Groupon, but the payment was deducted from my TD Bank account, causing financial issues. I purchased a children's table and four chairs in primary colors from Groupon for my two grandkids for Christmas. The set arrived late, and though I understood that, when my daughter assembled it, the chairs turned out to be defective. The chairs have triangles on the bottom that don't fit into the circular holes, so they won't stand up. I recently ordered a Kid Fugi Flip camera from Groupon, intending to purchase only one set. However, during the checkout process, there seemed to be an error where my order was showing as two cameras. I went ahead and removed two of the cameras from my order, assuming they were successfully canceled. Unfortunately, when I checked my debit account, I realized that I was charged for all three cameras. I've been trying to contact Groupon to resolve this issue and have only received no response. I did end up keeping one extra camera to gift to another grandchild. I am now looking to return the remaining camera for a refund. The lack of communication has caused stress and overdraft charges on my account, totaling almost $[redacted]. I purchased a Groupon for an extreme window cleaning service from a business that I have yet to receive any service from. The owner's behavior has been very suspicious. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to schedule the service and the owner has been elusive. Upon requesting a refund, the owner was dismissive and even dared me to involve external entities like the Better Business Bureau. I have been unable to locate a physical address for the business and I am frustrated with the lack of customer service. I am hoping to either get a refund from the owner or through Groupon. This experience has left me feeling very dissatisfied and disappointed in Groupon's choice of partnering with such a questionable company. Thank you.

I found a Groupon deal for yacht rentals in Miami and reached out to the vendor to confirm availability for the day I wanted. Once they confirmed and sent me a booking invoice, I informed them that I was waiting on the deal code from Groupon. However, upon hearing this, the vendor retracted the invoice, stating they had no availability that day. Unfortunately, I have limited time in Miami and am now unable to utilize the Groupon deal. I would like to cancel my order.

I used a Groupon to buy two oil changes at Precision Motor Worx in Airdrie, AB. I took my [redacted] Dodge Ram for an oil change, and when I got it back, the engine light was on. Upon contacting the owner, he refused to address the issue, claiming it wasn't his responsibility. When I inquired about using the second oil change I paid for, he told me not to bring in my second vehicle. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service and the unprofessional behavior. I bought a Groupon deal for a 6-night stay in London from NYC with an upgrade. After speaking with a travel agent to begin the booking process, I faced delays receiving the vouchers. Despite attempting to follow up with the agent for a week, I only reached voicemail. Today, 1/13, I spoke with another agent who spent over an hour finding flights for my April trip. The cost to depart from Boston was significantly higher with indirect flights, contrary to what I was initially advised. The hotel they selected turned out to be much smaller than expected for a 6-night stay. I wish the Groupon disclosed the hotel name beforehand. I seek a refund for the two Groupons due to these issues. I value prompt assistance as the Groupon expires on 1/16. Despite this experience, I hope to remain a satisfied Groupon customer in the future.
