Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-zicohoua's own words
There was a (negligent) scheduling failure on behalf of Georgia Aquarium... I had, in good faith, bought the Groupon (VS-*HGH-ZCF*-W**P-*BPT) on Jan *th **** then I called the Aquarium to inquire about hours of operation of which I was told *PM(by a human representative) ...Upon being driven to the location I redeemed my ticket and walked in (around *PM)...Only to be told the closing time was in fact at *PM (for a special occasion)...I then left, and wandered the city of Atlanta until my ride came... Please for the misinformation I would like a refund of the was stupid of me to use it when I could of refunded it hassle-free that was on me.. please Groupon I’d like some help here...Thankyou for any consideration...
