During my vacation, I visited Defy in Orlando, Florida, where I found a Groupon deal offering a 90-minute jump for $15. However, I encountered an issue with my online code as it kept showing "processing," and upon arrival, the barcode still wouldn't load. The staff suggested I pay twice and seek a refund through customer service for the online purchase that eventually processed after a long delay.

Hello, I'm Stevette. I bought a carpet cleaning service on November 29, [redacted]. The company informed me that they only handle a few Groupon orders per week and that it might be after Christmas before they can come. I sent them my details as requested, but it's now January and I haven't heard back. Can someone assist me with getting a refund? I no longer wish to use their service. Thank you.

I purchased three comforters on December 5th and they were delivered on December 15th. I am attempting to return them. I understand that I need to print a return label, but I am unable to find the correct page to do so. When I click on Groupon Goods Returns, I receive a message stating that they are currently dealing with high contact volume. I am writing because my account is showing that I ordered an oil change with Big O Tires, which I didn't actually do. I was just adding it to my basket to read it later, and I see now that only specific locations accept this offer, while all others are out of town. The closest location to me is in Folsom, but I live in Elk Grove. I would appreciate it if you could remove this charge because I did not place an order for the oil change with Big O Tires. Hello, two months ago, I purchased a massage voucher from Touch Therapy Massage for $36. I chose to buy it because I had visited them previously and enjoyed their services. However, when I tried to use the voucher and schedule an appointment, it seems the company never received my booking as I did not receive a confirmation. The massage voucher expires on January 22nd, and I'm aware I cannot redeem it for $36 since that price is applicable only for new clients. I would appreciate a credit so I can use it at another massage place like Happy Day Spa, which offers excellent service. I am Sherry C. and I've had positive experiences with Groupon in the past. I recently booked a stay at the Niagara Falls NY Sheraton via Groupon for January 11. Unfortunately, due to a personal loss, I am unable to make the trip. I didn't receive a confirmation number for this booking since I used my work email, but later found out my employer blocks personal emails. I would like to either get a refund or reschedule the stay for a later date. I have already canceled the hotel reservation but need help canceling with Groupon without a reservation number. I am encountering issues with broken support links on the website, preventing me from accessing customer service. I attempted to place an order three times to gift an item. However, the system shows that one order was refunded, and two are in processing, which is not what I intended. I purchased a one-night stay at Ocean Casino Resort on GroupON for December 15, [redacted], back on October 11, [redacted]. I recently experienced a family tragedy which prevented me from using the reservation. I attempted to cancel via email on December 9, but encountered issues with the process. I also contacted Living Social for assistance, but encountered technical difficulties while trying to cancel. I bought an expired Groupon for a shooting range, but unfortunately, the business doesn't handle Groupons well. They don't have functional customer contact forms on their website, and scheduling lessons is difficult due to limited availability. I was surprised by additional costs for ammunition and reservations, amounting to $30-40, not disclosed upfront. I attempted to use my credit for a lesson, only to have it canceled two days before, causing inconvenience. I'd like to transfer the credit to another deal or receive a refund. It's frustrating to have to purchase another Groupon for shooting lessons, leading to an unexpected $40 loss. I'm having issues with a deal I bought from "America’s Escape Game" for $[redacted]. I couldn't use it because the company said they aren't affiliated with Groupon. Also, I accidentally bought another Brazilian sugaring deal with "Body by Shae" not realizing it's for one-time use only. I'd like a refund for both of these purchases.

I had a Groupon for GoExpress airport shuttle service. I attempted to book a ride the day before, and was told reservations were unnecessary. However, upon arrival at the green kiosk near Door #3, there were no shuttles and multiple attempts to reach GoExpress by phone were unsuccessful due to long hold times. After waiting for 2 hours, I opted to take an Uber instead. It was disappointing to experience this letdown, especially arriving in a light coat from California. It seems like there may be some issues with GoExpress that need to be addressed.

I experienced an issue with Georgia Aquarium regarding a scheduling mistake. I purchased a Groupon (VS-9HGH-ZCF3-W42P-5BPT) on Jan 7th, [redacted], and was informed by a human representative that the closing time was 9 PM. When I arrived at 3 PM, the actual closing time was 5 PM due to a special occasion. I left and had to wait until my transport arrived. I had a bad experience with a hairdresser through a Groupon deal. I called multiple times to make an appointment but couldn't reach her. When I went to the salon, I found out she hadn't worked there for months. Finally, I got in touch with her today, and she abruptly hung up on me, saying she no longer accepts Groupons. Yet, she is promoting her services at a different location.

I purchased an international wine collection deal for $60 from Groupon before Christmas, but as of today, 1/9/[redacted], I have not received the order, even though I was charged $60. This was my first time ordering with Groupon, and it has been a disappointing experience. I need the order delivered or the $60 refunded to my credit card. I was recently on Groupon and lost my connection about 20 minutes ago. I was trying to contact Kreations by Laurie hairdresser located at 85 Park Rd. W., Hartford, CT regarding order number [redacted]. I tried to make an appointment with Laurie, but my calls were not returned. I drove to the salon, only to find out that Laurie no longer works there and hasn't for several months.

I had a disappointing experience with a Groupon purchase. Shortly after starting the service, I developed a severe headache. The provider claimed the machine couldn't cause headaches. I am requesting a refund and suggesting that the provider be contacted to warn about potential side effects. I am quite dissatisfied with the service and even had to pull over due to the headache while driving home, which was not the case before trying the service. When I explained my discomfort, the provider didn't apologize or acknowledge the issue, just insisted on payment and seemed surprised by the lack of a tip. I left feeling worse than when I arrived and believe there should have been better handling of the situation.

I purchased a deal from Artestry Ink studios for a Brazilian wax via Groupon. Despite making an appointment before the expiration, my scheduled date of 1-9-20 at 6:00 pm was canceled since they no longer honor Groupons. Staff advised me to reach out to Groupon for a credit.
