Subject: Refund Request for Nola's Cajun Po' Boys and Seafood Groupons Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to formally request a refund for the two Nola's Cajun Po' Boys and Seafood groupons I purchased, totaling $20. The order numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. Despite the restaurant's advertised operating hours of 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday, I attempted to visit twice and found it closed both times. Even after multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact them at [redacted], the listed phone number provided a message stating the unavailability to take calls. I recently discovered concerning information regarding the owner, Queneller Clark, including legal issues and rent disputes, which further raised doubts about the restaurant's reliability. Due to the uncertainty of their operational status, I kindly request a refund for the unusable groupons. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, [Initials]

On January 2, [redacted], To whom it may concern, I am writing to request a refund for the two Groupons I purchased for Nola’s Cajun Po’ Boys and Seafood restaurant in Gainesville, FL, totaling $20. The order numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. The restaurant seems to be non-operational as I have made two unsuccessful attempts to dine there within their listed hours of 11:00 am to 9:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. Today, January 2, [redacted], after confirming their opening hours on their website, I traveled a considerable distance only to find the restaurant closed without any explanation. My calls to their contact number ([redacted]) went unanswered with a recurring message indicating the inability to accept calls. The restaurant is owned by Queneller Clark, who reportedly has a criminal past and is embroiled in a rent dispute according to a local news source. Due to the uncertainty of the restaurant's operating hours and unavailability of contact, I am requesting a refund for the unusable Groupons. Kind regards, [Initials]

I scheduled a whole house carpet cleaning for January 7th after purchasing it on September 16, [redacted]. The time slot was set between 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. However, they did not show up or even notify me about the delay. When I called them at 2:30 pm, they claimed there was no record of my appointment. I am disappointed by their lack of professionalism. I had already prepared my home for the cleaning by vacuuming and moving furniture. I am now considering getting a refund through Groupon and seeking services elsewhere due to this unsatisfactory experience.

I purchased a Micromink and sherpa reversible comforter on December 6th with an order number of #1[redacted]24-[redacted]. It arrived around December 20th, but strangely it did not show up on my groupon account. It seems I might have used my other email address, [redacted] Please, send me a return label via email so I can return it. I selected the "taupe" color, but the comforter I received is more of a yellow gold shade, which is disappointing. My usual groupon account is under [redacted], where you can also reach me. However, all related emails are in the [redacted] inbox. Thank you, Diana Macfarlane. The order was meant to be delivered to AZ.

Hi, I purchased a Groupon voucher for Tommy Sugo Spaghetti and Espresso. My Order #: [redacted]75, was bought on Wednesday, 13 Nov [redacted], and it expires on Sunday, 12 Jan [redacted]. Unfortunately, the Leederville restaurant is closed for the entirety of January, a detail not mentioned on the voucher. I discovered this today when I went for lunch and found it closed, with a message on the machine informing customers of the closure. I called the Nedlands store, and they mentioned the voucher is only valid at Leederville. I kindly request an extension to use my voucher next month or a refund. The voucher states Nedlands can be an option, but when I inquired today, they said it's not possible. Please assist. Diane G. from Perth, WA.

To the concerned party, I unsubscribed from your email list weeks ago due to the high frequency of emails. Despite unsubscribing multiple times through the "Manage your Subscriptions" option, I continued to receive even more emails. This practice seems intentional and harassing. I would like to remind you of the CAN-SPAM Act of [redacted], specifically emphasizing sections 5 and 6. Each violation of the act can result in penalties up to $42,[redacted]. As I have documented all communications since unsubscribing, I expect immediate cessation of all marketing emails in compliance with the law. This formal request is being sent to the Federal Trade Commission, and I will pursue legal action if necessary. Please take this matter seriously and stop the emails promptly.

I recently purchased a Groupon for a massage. Upon scheduling the appointment, I was surprised to receive a text message stating there is a mandatory $15 tip, which is a significant portion of the Groupon value. I have purchased many Groupons in the past and never encountered this before. The Groupon description did not mention anything about a mandatory tip, and I feel this is unreasonable. If this violates Groupon's rules, please advise the merchant so I can proceed with my appointment. Otherwise, I would like to cancel the Groupon and receive a full refund. I have tried contacting the merchant via email and phone with no response. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, S.

I purchased the Air Duct Cleaning service for 10 Ducts with One Return from Premier Air Duct Cleaning. Unfortunately, this company is extremely difficult to reach by phone, as they advise making appointments via email. Despite finally securing an appointment after 10 days, I had to wait a month for my scheduled service. Today, on the day of my appointment, I confirmed it in advance, took time off work, and waited. However, the company failed to show up and did not respond to my text messages. I am frustrated and disappointed with their lack of responsibility. Despite reading supposedly positive reviews, my experience has been anything but satisfactory. At this point, I simply wish to obtain a refund to move on from this frustrating experience.

I purchased a service Groupon for $[redacted] for an electrician for 2 hours. After setting up an appointment for the next day, things went downhill. The electrician arrived, provided an estimate, and then told me he would return later to start the job. Despite multiple delays and promises to return, he never showed up. I expressed my frustration and requested a refund of the $[redacted]. His vague responses and failure to stick to the agreed-upon times were unprofessional and disrespectful. I made it clear that if he couldn't make it at the promised time, I would seek services elsewhere and demand a refund. The lack of communication and reliability is incredibly aggravating and raises concerns about the legitimacy of this service.

My daughter bought an oil and massage treatment voucher for my wife as a gift from Nefertiti Body and Beauty on December 21, [redacted], with a security code of 4A0336A6C5. The voucher indicates it expires on March 21, [redacted]. Typically, vouchers are valid for 3 years unless specific exemptions are in place. It seems no exemptions apply here since the price my daughter paid for the voucher remains the same as the current price. Therefore, we request that the voucher be extended to be valid for 3 years from the date of purchase as mandated by law.

Hello. My name is Myounghee Hong. I received an email from Groupon and simply added an item to my wish list. However, when I attempted to purchase just one item, after entering my credit card details, it automatically changed my wish list item into a purchase. This seemed like fraudulent activity to me. The item should have been $7.50 but now it shows as $[redacted], which is something I cannot afford. I did not intend to buy it. Please assist me in processing the return as quickly as possible. Thank you. If needed, I can be reached at [redacted].

Hello, I hope you are well. I am writing to inform you that I, Jatuporn Jaikanta, purchased a voucher for a Melbourne tour on 11/1/[redacted]. Unfortunately, the tour was unexpectedly canceled. Today, I received an email from the tour company, suggesting alternative dates. As I primarily reside in Sydney and was in Melbourne for only 4 days for travel, I am unable to accept the rescheduled dates. The tour company recommended that I reach out to you to request a refund. I am disappointed by this turn of events as I was looking forward to the tour. I kindly request guidance on how to proceed with the refund process. Thank you for your assistance, and feel free to reach out to me if necessary. Sincerely, Jatuporn Jaikanta

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a voucher I bought for Matt's Driving School on January 6th through my email address, [redacted] I would like to inquire if it is possible to receive a refund for this purchase as it has been less than 3 days. Upon contacting Matt's Driving School, they advised me that the refund process needs to be handled via Groupon, the platform where the initial transaction was completed. I have not yet accessed the voucher or utilized the service. Your assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I purchased a Groupon for Identity Hair and Spa originally. When I contacted them, they informed me that only a couple of stylists accept the Groupon, and appointments are only available on Mondays, which doesn't work with my full-time schedule. I then exchanged it for a Dinaz Groupon with $26.25 in Groupon credit remaining. However, Dinaz cannot schedule me for a few weeks. I am seeking a refund of the original amount I paid, which was around $70. I will conduct further research and consider reaching out to beauty salons independently.

I received a message from the merchant after booking a Groupon for a massage today. The merchant provided their office address at [redacted] Fruitville Rd, Sarasota, FL [redacted] within the Sun N Fun RV Park and gave instructions to reach the spa once inside. They mentioned a new mandatory gratuity fee of $15 for Groupon bookings and stressed the importance of tipping based on the original price, not the discounted Groupon rate. The service time would be 10 minutes for consultation and 50 minutes for the treatment, with a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. The merchant asked for confirmation of understanding and agreement with these policies. I was surprised by this extra charge as it was not disclosed in the Groupon description. I seek clarification on whether Groupon allows such additional fees. If not, I request a full refund of $30.60. Thank you. Sincerely, S.W. McDonald

I booked a cruise vacation with a group, but one member lacked proper identification to board. We all decided to cancel and spent the weekend in Miami instead. I contacted the cruise company, and they refunded the taxes and fees. I'm looking to get a refund through Groupon for the cruise since the deal has expired, preventing me from rebooking at the same price. Thank you!

I ordered a kayak trolley originally, but the order couldn't be processed by Groupon. After finding another trolley on a different website, I placed the order, received it on 1/8/[redacted]. I was surprised to get a notification today saying that Groupon would be shipping my original order soon. I do not need or want this duplicate order, and I didn't expect it to go through without my confirmation. Please stop the shipment immediately. The shipping details you provided are as follows: Shipping Information: Recipient: W.S. Address: [redacted] E Bay Ave, Newport Beach, CA 92[redacted] Courier: UPS Tracking Number: 1Z204E[redacted]49

I recently purchased a Groupon deal and proceeded to input my information on their website to place my order. After redeeming the voucher for a discount, I was informed that the company does not deliver to my state. Despite reaching out to customer service, I was told there are no further options. I find this situation frustrating as I spent $29 on a product that is now inaccessible to me. Unfortunately, I am unable to request a refund through my orders page due to redeeming the code. While the company did state certain shipping restrictions in the fine print on Groupon, my state of Minnesota was not included. I believe this could be considered false advertising. After spending over an hour dealing with this issue, I simply seek a refund for my order [redacted].
