Hello, I am interested in buying a "Spa day for two: treatment and afternoon tea" at the Royal Bath Hotel in Bournemouth to use as a New Year gift tomorrow. The app is indicating that only the option for four people is available, but the hotel informed me that there are still open spots for tomorrow. I need to buy the voucher on Groupon to book the treatment. Could you please make the option for two available again? Thank you.

Last Saturday, I purchased a voucher for Sleuth's Mystery Theater in Orlando for $[redacted].96 through Groupon. I was supposed to receive a confirmation email, but I noticed a mistake in the email address provided. Instead of .com, it was .cm. When I tried to correct it, I accidentally ended up being charged for an additional voucher. Currently, I have two vouchers totaling $[redacted].96 each. I have downloaded voucher BR [redacted]62 and plan to use it tonight. I would like to cancel voucher BR [redacted]0 and receive a refund for the extra $[redacted].96 charged to my credit card. I have been struggling to reach out for assistance and have spent nearly 5 hours on Saturday trying to resolve this issue without success. I hope this matter can be resolved promptly as my patience is wearing thin.

I purchased 15 bottles of wine via Groupon from Wine Insiders. The instructions indicated to click on “redeem online,” which I followed. However, the redemption code did not automatically apply as stated. The only information I have is the order number [redacted] provided at the time of purchase. I am experiencing issues returning my ninja coffee maker. I recently went to a library to print the return label that was not sent to me. This has been frustrating since I have a long work shift starting soon. I am disappointed with this service from Groupon as this has happened before. Please send me the return label promptly. I inquired with the Shearwater Hotel in Galway regarding room availability from January 1st, [redacted], to January 4th, [redacted], before purchasing a Groupon deal for a 3-night stay. The Groupon app, however, only allows booking from January 2nd to January 5th. The hotel confirmed there are 10 rooms available for the dates we prefer. As my family is planning to stay on January 1st to the 4th, how can we secure these dates when they are not currently available on the app? Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated. I bought a $79 Groupon deal for Maryland Maids in November [redacted]. They came out to Ellicot City from Odenton, even though it's only valid within 15 miles as stated in the deal. The service they provided was subpar, and they didn't clean the basement. They then unexpectedly tried charging me an extra $25 for being out of the area, which was not mentioned in the Groupon terms. I've explained the situation to the manager, but they are still pressuring me for payment. I've already paid for the service, so I asked them to close the account. It's unfair that they added over $[redacted] in late fees and involved a collection agency. This treatment of customers is unacceptable.

I ordered the 25-piece Professional Make Up Brush set with case, but I received the incorrect color. Instead of the black handles, I received the ones with brown handles. My spouse gifted me a Groupon voucher for Carnelian Pristine cleaning. After leaving a message to schedule, I was notified via email of a 10 am appointment on 12/13/19, but nobody arrived. I followed the cancellation instructions and canceled my reservation 8 days in advance as instructed. Despite this, my credit card was charged, and customer service apologized for the delay in responding only after the reservation date had passed. I am disappointed as there is no phone number provided on the website to speak with a representative directly. If I am unable to receive a refund, I would appreciate being issued a Groupon credit for the $[redacted].53 that was erroneously charged to my credit card. I want to stress that this mistake was not due to any error on my part.

I recently visited the theater and encountered issues entering the order number for tickets at the booth. I did not receive an email from Groupon with a receipt or any details on redeeming the tickets. To ensure I didn't miss my movie, I had to purchase new tickets at the booth.
