I purchased tickets for Winter Wonderland at Navy Pier for yesterday. I have been trying to reach out to your customer service to obtain the barcode for my order, but I have not received any response. I reached out again for another email, but still received no communication. I had to pay in cash and have a receipt as proof of purchase. I feel I am entitled to a refund since the system failed to provide me with the necessary barcodes.

I previously sent an email outlining my concerns, suspecting fraudulent charges on my Groupon computer warranty. My purchased items do not appear under "all my purchases," making it difficult to obtain the necessary warranty information for repairs. I am eager to communicate via phone. Hello Groupon Support, I placed an order with the order number 1[redacted]38-[redacted]. I used the email address [redacted] for this purchase. I understand that the confirmation email should be received within a 2-hour window. However, I believe the order may not have gone through. As a precaution, I proceeded to buy the same item using a different email ([redacted]) but with the same credit card details. Could you please cancel or refund one of the purchases since they are duplicates? My bank account shows charges for both orders, yet I have only received a confirmation email for the first order sent to [redacted] I kindly request your guidance on resolving this issue to avoid being charged twice. I bought a voucher from "The Healing Path Massage" on Groupon based on the reviews. I've been trying to schedule an appointment by calling them but they are not answering. I called a few times within the past days with no luck. This has been frustrating as I have a busy schedule and can't spend all day trying to reach them. I haven't used the voucher yet but have viewed it. I expected to provide the code during booking but considering the lack of response, I no longer wish to go there. I have bought a new deal elsewhere. Since I can't get through to redeem the voucher, I would like a refund as I've had a poor experience with their customer service. Thank you for your assistance.

I bought a Groupon for Stallone's Restaurant that expired on February 22, [redacted]. Despite dining after the expiration, the restaurant refused to honor the voucher. I suggested they accept the value I paid, even after the deal had ended. The manager/owner claimed they no longer accepted Groupons and advised me to contact Groupon for assistance. Kindly reimburse me the $15 I paid for the $30 voucher. Thank you.

I purchased a peekaboo bear on December 9th, but it still hasn't arrived. I contacted support through the chat link twice, and each time I was told they were sorry. However, this was meant to be a Christmas present for my granddaughter. According to the tracking information, it's been in transit for nineteen days, which seems unlikely. I paid via PayPal. I ordered two blankets, aiming to receive them by Christmas Eve as promised for orders placed before December 15, [redacted]. However, I just received my order today, three days late. I feel disappointed by the delayed delivery and the misleading information provided. I would appreciate compensation for this inconvenience. I purchased 1 Sam’s Club membership coupon around November 19th. I didn't receive an email confirmation, so I assumed the order didn't go through. However, upon checking my credit card, I noticed two separate charges of $30 each for 1 membership. I tried to contact you without success, then reached out to my credit card company, Capitol One, to dispute the charges. They attempted to contact you but also faced difficulties. The order terms didn't specify it was only for new memberships and not renewals, but the received order mentioned it wasn't for renewals. Currently recovering from emergency surgery in a nursing home, I urgently need to resolve this issue before the due date of January 1st. I've been struggling to reach anyone for assistance. I purchased two Groupon vouchers for a local yoga studio, each priced at $59 for new students only, totaling $[redacted]. One was for me and the other was a gift for my boyfriend. Upon arrival at the studio, we found out they were offering the same deal for $39 each, making it cheaper for us to pay $78 total. Unfortunately, the staff accidentally marked my Groupon as redeemed, even though I paid $39 at the studio. I've been trying to exchange the unused voucher on the Groupon app, but it's not working. I believe I should be able to refund the vouchers as the studio confirmed they were exchangeable. Without the refunds, I'll end up paying $[redacted] including tax ($78 for the $39 deals and $[redacted] for the Groupons). I hope to get a refund or a trade-in voucher to use the $[redacted] towards future Groupon purchases.

We purchased a 2-night hotel stay that has turned out to be a disappointing experience. The hotel is currently undergoing construction around the premises, affecting amenities like the pool and jacuzzi. The noise from the construction starts as early as 7am, disturbing our mornings for the past 2 days. My daughter bought a Gift Certificate from Go Jump Oceanside for a Tandem Skydive for my 60th birthday in August [redacted]. Hello, I have the Groupon app linked to my credit card, and accidentally made a purchase while my phone was in my bag. I am requesting a refund for the purchase, "Integrative Foot and Ankle Centers of Washington". The email associated with this account, [redacted], is inactive, and I can only access my Groupon account through the app on my phone. Hello, I bought a helicopter tour voucher for Las Vegas in early December for a trip we had planned. The tour was scheduled for Dec 27th at 3:30 pm, but it was canceled due to strong winds. I received an email from [redacted] Helicopters confirming the cancellation and refunding the airport charges. Could you please arrange a refund for the Groupon voucher I bought as well? I bought a Groupon for car window tinting, but when I called to schedule an appointment, I was informed that the tint might not be suitable for newer cars and could peel and scratch easily. I was advised to purchase a more expensive tint instead. I believe the advertisement was misleading, and I am seeking a refund for the purchase.

I bought 12 tickets for Aviator Ice Skating, but upon arrival with the group, we were informed that they were only valid starting January 3rd. I had to pay for entry and skate rentals for all 12 individuals separately as I couldn't use the Groupon tickets. I'm requesting a refund for the 12 tickets purchased. I got 2 packages for $18.00 each and one 4-ticket deal for $35.00. Additionally, I acquired another 4 tickets this morning for $35.00 under the name Jacqueline McClellan as a non-member.

I recently signed up for Groupon Select at $4.99 per month and have been using it successfully to redeem various deals. However, today when I purchased a Groupon, there was no discount applied. Upon checking my account, I noticed that my Groupon Select subscription status shows as "refunded," even though I did not initiate any refund request, and Groupon's policy states it's non-refundable. When I tried to contact customer service through the app and access Groupon Select, I received an error message saying "Oops, curiosity killed the site," but I can access other deals without any issue. Additionally, I'm unable to repurchase the Groupon Select deal as it appears available but then shows as "deal not available" when I try to proceed. There seems to be a glitch as there is no indication of any restrictions on reactivating the subscription.

I would like to share my recent experience purchasing a Groupon deal for new brakes for my car. Upon arriving at the auto shop to redeem the offer, I encountered an issue with the manager who refused to assist me when I mentioned using the Groupon for the brake job. His behavior was rude and embarrassing, ultimately asking me to leave. I am seeking a full refund for the Groupon purchase and believe a complaint should be filed against this auto shop and have them removed from Groupon. The lack of professionalism and rudeness displayed during this encounter was unacceptable.

I stayed at the hotel (order number 1[redacted]06-[redacted]) and experienced a disturbance in the room next door at 1:30 am. The police were involved, and it ended around 3 am. The hotel agreed to compensate me for the night, but due to booking through Groupon, they were unable to do so. I purchased slippers from Groupon, but they never arrived. According to the website, they were delivered on December 5th. I had a FedEx tracking number, but it didn't work. After contacting FedEx, I found out that the package was actually sent via USPS. I filed a case with USPS on December 20th and was supposed to be contacted within one business day. However, I have not received any updates as of December 29th. I would like to know if I am eligible for a refund.
