I recently went climbing at Peak Experiences and tried to utilize a Groupon. Despite it showing as processed on my end, I did not receive an email confirmation, and Peak Experiences' records do not reflect the transaction. I attempted to request the email confirmation several times without success. Although the transaction initially appeared as pending in my bank account, it has now been finalized. As a result, I paid in cash at Peak Experiences since the Groupon did not function as expected. I am inquiring about the possibility of receiving a refund since I was unable to use the Groupon and did not receive an email confirmation.

Subject: Issue with Voucher Redemption and Request for Refund Hello, I am having trouble locating my voucher in my account and using it before it expires on December 31st. I have been trying to get in touch with you for four weeks without any response. I contacted Groupon Canada, but they were unable to assist me. If I do not receive a refund, I will have to escalate this issue to my credit card company for resolution. It has been a frustrating experience trying to resolve this matter. The lack of a toll-free number and unsuccessful communication with the merchant support have added to my dissatisfaction. I am having trouble making a payment for a deal at NBalance Holistic Wellness Spa. Despite trying several payment methods with sufficient funds, the order keeps getting rejected. The deal is for one or three VelaShape Body-Contouring sessions at the spa, priced between $59 to $[redacted] with a discount of up to 76%. I would like to purchase this deal for a Christmas gift. Hi there, I go by the name Selin K. and my email address is [redacted] I purchased 2 tickets for the Creole Queen Historic Tour priced at $32 each, coming to a total of $64. I initially requested a tour time of 10 am on 1.1.20 to align with my trip schedule in NOLA. However, the company informed me via email that the only available slot on that day is at 2 pm. Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it for the 2 pm tour due to my travel plans. Thank you!

I'm disappointed because my voucher was marked as used by the vendor even though we didn't get to use it. This voucher was a Christmas gift for my kids, who had come from out of state to visit. The boat tour was canceled at 12:52 for a 1 p.m. trip due to the weather, and we had all driven an hour to get to Homosassa. When the woman from the airboat company called, she was very rude, and my son-in-law was present during the call. I explained that we couldn't reschedule because they were only in town for a short visit, and she assured me I would receive a refund. I have no interest in booking another airboat trip with them. - J. Lyons

I surprised my boyfriend with a trip to the World of Illumination Glendale through Groupon, but upon arrival, we were informed that the Groupon was not valid on Christmas Day. Unaware of this restriction, I had already paid for it. The staff mentioned I could receive a refund through Groupon, but I had to pay an additional fee to enter. We reside two hours away and this unexpected expense was disappointing. I am requesting a refund from Groupon for the original amount I spent on the ticket.

Two out of the three shipments have arrived. Unfortunately, the missing one contained a Christmas outfit for our dog. The two bags that did arrive had sweatshirts that were too small for any of us. According to Groupon's website, I should be able to print a free return label, but I couldn't access it. I hope this isn't a common issue, as I've been a loyal customer. I am hesitant to make another purchase if returning items becomes a problem, especially since there's only a one-month window for refunds. Kindly reach out to me with instructions on how to return these items at no cost as soon as possible.

I'm having trouble understanding the details. The promotional value will expire [redacted] days after purchase, but the amount paid will never expire. It's not valid on holidays or special events, and there's a limit of 2 per person with the option to buy 2 more as gifts. It can be repurchased every 30 days, with a limit of 1 per visit. This deal is only valid for the specific option purchased, and the merchant holds responsibility for the products or services provided. I'm looking to see if I can purchase three for my family to use.

Redeeming this purchase proved challenging when attempting to select options, but it was unsuccessful. The Groupon order number GPNPCTPC3-bqD3dmXc did not go through with the vendor. The designs did not load after multiple tries on different days, and I waited on hold for more than 17 minutes during two separate calls seeking assistance. I am disappointed as I attempted to finalize this before the holiday, and now, post-holiday, I would like a refund due to the issues faced and the inability to reach merchant support.

Dear Groupon Customer Service Center, I have been attempting to cancel my order since yesterday, within 24 hours of purchase. Despite trying two different numbers found on the Groupon website, I have been unable to speak to a representative. I am looking to cancel order #[redacted] and purchase a different option for two people at $59. I would like either a $32 refund with a $59 recharge for the two-person option or simply a $32 refund credited back to my account. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. The voucher I tried to print didn't work because I mistakenly ordered it on an account not linked to Groupon, and when I tried to print it, it didn't go through. I realized my error and attempted to print it from my usual account, [redacted], but it still wouldn't print. The item I ordered is ROTELLI PiZZA for $10.95 instead of $20. Hello, It has been a while since I last used Groupon, and I accidentally clicked on the "view voucher" button for a deal I purchased recently through the mobile app I just downloaded. The deal was for "Newark Airport Long Term Parking". Upon reading the fine print, I discovered that I cannot use it during the timeframe I had planned for. I used the Groupon booking app to reserve a high tea at Dock n Dine at Spinnaker Marina for Sunday, November 22, [redacted]. Upon arrival last Sunday, we were informed by Joe, the owner, that high tea is not served on Sundays. If you need clarification, kindly reach out to Joe. Hello, I purchased a Groupon as a Christmas gift that was meant to be delivered on Christmas Day via email. Unfortunately, the gift has not been received, and the order status still shows as processing. Strangely, the Groupon app indicates that I ordered the item three times, when my intention was only to order it once. The gift in question is an Omaha Steaks grill package. I encountered an issue with purchasing the Archer Pilates deal on Groupon. I initially left the vendor site to retrieve my PayPal password and when I returned, the site was no longer visible. Upon reselecting the deal and entering my password on PayPal, the site disappeared again, leaving me with two instances of the deal in my cart. The payment is stuck in "in progress" status, preventing me from completing the purchase. I would like to resolve this matter promptly as the deal expires on the 27th. I recently contacted Groupon about a refund for four LCD drawing tablets I bought on November 30th, totaling £24.47p with delivery charges. Initially, they said the refund would go to my Groupon account, but I requested it to be refunded to my bank account if that wasn't possible. Furthermore, I asked for an additional £10 for the inconvenience due to the tablets being Christmas gifts for my grandchildren. I am having trouble redeeming my two Wine Insiders orders due to voucher numbers not uploading as expected. I have contacted Wine Insiders, but they require the voucher numbers to assist me. One of my coupons expires on 12-28, and I don't want to lose the $47 I paid. I have the order numbers, but they are not sufficient. If anyone can help, please call me at [redacted].
