I bought two massages from Ormond Massage and Wellness Center, but there was an issue with the order saying it was cancelled. Then I purchased a different massage bundle. Later, the original order went through, and now I've been charged twice. I want to cancel the extra massages from Ormond Massage and Wellness Center. Thank you.

I bought a voucher for services at a local business, but they can't schedule me before it expires on December 27th, [redacted]. The business won't honor the voucher after that date. I called today, but there are no cancellations available. They advised me to contact Groupon for a refund since I can't use the voucher. I would like a refund or Groupon Bucks equivalent to the purchase amount for future services.

Yesterday, I bought a Groupon for a massage near me. I've been experiencing intense neck pain, which I mentioned to the massage therapist and also noted on the intake form. I specifically requested that the massage focus primarily on my neck, but unfortunately, that didn't happen. I'm feeling quite disappointed about the experience. The massage I received was the worst I've ever had, and it didn't offer me any relief from the pain. I am still in significant discomfort, and I feel frustrated about the money I spent on this massage.

I am frustrated with a recent Groupon purchase. I bought a queen size Lucid brand mattress deal as a Christmas gift, using my stored credit card information for payment. Now, Groupon claims they don't have my card details. I am certain I provided them during the purchase, ensuring the card was valid. I am requesting Groupon to process the order with my updated information and honor the previous discounts. Last night at 11:07, I purchased a Groupon voucher for a stay at the Mecure Hotel in Bristol for £67.15 with a 12.5% discount. However, at 11:08, I received a second email stating I had bought the same deal at full price. I did not authorize this second payment and believe it might be due to my saved card details on the account. I need confirmation that this second purchase has been canceled. My Groupon account mistakenly shows 3 deals purchased on December 23, [redacted], which I did not buy: 1. Bunion splint by Genkent for $5.99 (?). 2. IPL facial Treatment by Dr. Noel Tenenbaum for $99.00. 3. FruitBouquets.com for $15.00 (?). The bank statement indicates charges from GROUPON INC, totaling $[redacted].00. I was quick to update to an expired account when noticed, and although initially not withdrawn, it was debited today without approval. I enjoy using Groupon but did not make these purchases. Hello, I am reaching out in regards to my Peek-a-boo bear order number #[redacted]15. I placed the order on December 10th, expecting it to arrive before Christmas as promised for orders before December 15th. Unfortunately, it has not arrived yet. The tracking information shows that the item is still "in transit" since December 12th, which is concerning me. This was meant to be a Christmas gift, and I am quite disappointed by the delay. Hello, I bought two vouchers for laser hair removal from Miracle Laser and Skin Institute. When I arrived for my appointment, the owner informed me that they only accept one Groupon voucher, as per their policy. I am having trouble locating the tracking number for my Ed Hardy cologne order placed on the 17th. Could you kindly provide me with the correct tracking number? Hello, I received an email confirming my approval for the Groupon student discount program after facing some challenges. The email instructed me to click a link to finalize the process. Unfortunately, upon clicking the link, an error page popped up. As a result, I am still not enrolled in the program and the discount is not being applied during checkout. I have a live Groupon for the Eagle Gun Range and would like to return it to take advantage of the student discount on repurchase. I attempted to sign up for the $1 trial deal to get an answer to my question, but the system keeps rejecting my information. I'm not sure why. I would like to apply the 20% off coupon to my purchase from this morning. If needed, I can provide the credit card I used. I used my ATM card for the $1 trial, but perhaps the credit card I used for my purchase is necessary. I hope to save $28.00, and this would be really helpful to me. Thank you, and Merry Christmas.

I am Patricia Rivers. I purchased three Groupons for 800baskets last week, but I have not received a redemption code. I have tried reaching out to Groupon multiple times with no response. I followed the instructions for obtaining the redemption code, but it was unsuccessful. Tomorrow is Christmas, and I haven't been able to send gifts. I also noticed that the prices of the baskets have increased. I urgently need the redemption code to order the baskets intended for Christmas.

In October, I bought 2 horror night tickets, but later saw I was charged for 4 tickets instead of the 2 I approved. Even after disputing it with my bank, a claim reversal from you has left my account in the negative, impacting my ability to buy Christmas presents. My Groupon account shows I only redeemed 2 tickets, with the others pending or expired. I urgently need the extra charge refunded as I can't afford it now. If this matter is not resolved, I may need to stop using your app for purchases and won't recommend Groupon to others in the future.

Today, I tried to redeem my Groupon for a car wash, but unfortunately, I couldn't get the barcode to appear at the car wash to proceed with the service. This is the first time I've encountered such an issue with Groupon coupons, despite having used them multiple times before. I am reaching out to have this problem resolved so I can utilize the Groupon that I purchased. The date I attempted to use the Groupon at the car wash was on 12/24/19. Thank you.

I updated my address on Groupon a while back, but the packages are still being sent to my old address in Massachusetts. I submitted a change of address with the USPS, but the items worth over $[redacted] continue to be delivered to the wrong location. I have tried reaching out to FedEx and others without success. There seem to be no customer service numbers available to assist me with this issue. I urgently need help to get my items rerouted to the correct address.

Hello Groupon Support Team, I have three local Groupons that are expiring soon while I am out of town. I am interested in trading them in, but I will be on a 10-day silent meditation retreat during the trade-in period. I would appreciate it if I could receive a refund as a credit for future use after I return from the retreat. Alternatively, if it's possible, could the expiration date of these Groupons be extended to the second week of January to allow me to trade them in for something else? On 12/22/[redacted], I attempted to purchase 4 items, but my card was declined. Despite receiving an email stating a retry on the 23rd, the charge went through when I deposited funds on the 24th. I now request a refund for these items as I no longer wish to proceed with the purchase. I encountered issues while trying to issue the refund online, which seem to be due to technical difficulties on your platform.
