I bought a Groupon for a salon service with Chivan at Karl Vasquez in Palm Desert, CA. Despite paying $[redacted] for it, I have not been able to schedule an appointment due to Chivan's availability issues. Considering having someone else at Karl Vasquez do my hair. I'm disappointed that I can't use the Groupon I bought months ago. Spoke to Karl Vasquez staff about getting my hair done without the Groupon. Recently, I contacted Groupon and they mentioned I could use the money I paid for other services through Groupon. Requesting a prompt response from a representative, preferably by phone. Thank you! I was notified via email that a refund process had begun. The initial email mentioned that a follow-up with the refund details was imminent. As of December 5th, I am yet to receive any further correspondence, the actual refund, or the promised $10 Groupon credit.

I recently purchased a Groupon for True Rest Float Spa. Upon trying to schedule an appointment, I was informed that the deal is only for first-time users. However, the Groupon clearly states it is invalid only if you have been in the last 6 months, which applies to my fiancée. Despite the manager acknowledging this discrepancy, they insisted on their policy. The experience left me very disappointed with True Rest Spa, and I am seeking a full refund for the Groupon. I am a regular Groupon user and have never encountered such poor customer service. They were unprofessional, shouted at us, and even hung up on us twice. I appreciate your attention to this matter and assistance in resolving it.

I bought a Sam's Club membership through Groupon, but upon trying to activate it, I realized the coupon is only for new members. The coupon doesn't work for me, and I want to return it and get a refund of the $30 I paid via PayPal. Dear Customer Support, I am reaching out regarding my recent purchase of a one-hour Walk of Fame tour for four through your portal. Despite attempting to secure an appointment as instructed, I have been unsuccessful. As I am departing from LA tomorrow with my family, I decided to visit the venue directly. Unfortunately, I was informed that there were no available tour guides today or tomorrow. Given this situation, I opted to pay for an alternative tour in cash for $80. My initial interaction with the photographer was unprofessional. I had hoped for an in-person consultation to feel comfortable with the shoot, but he was not accommodating. Although makeup was part of the package, there was no makeup artist on site. I had to go to the nearest Bloomingdale's to have my makeup done at no cost. During the shoot, I felt uneasy as the photographer lacked direction. Additionally, I had to pay for each headshot, which I found too close and unflattering for professional use. The overall experience left me feeling uncomfortable in an unprepared and rushed environment, not meeting the individualized service I expected.

I accidentally booked a two-day trip to Paris and now need a refund. Getaway, the travel agent, informed me that the dates are unavailable, yet Groupon still charged me. Hello, I recently requested a refund for an order due to a discount code issue during checkout. Although I received an email from Groupon stating that it may take up to three days for the credit to appear in my account, I urgently need either the voucher or credit as the voucher is for my girlfriend's approaching birthday on Monday. Waiting three days for the credit is not an option. Is there a way to retract my refund request so that I can retain the voucher? I purchased a 10-tier nonwoven shoe rack on Black Friday. Sadly, the product arrived with a missing piece. I have 35 out of the required 36 small attachments. I am seeking a refund for my purchase of the "Oasis Nail & Spa" basic mani-pedi. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to schedule an appointment. I tried once more today due to my Groupon expiration approaching. After initially booking, I received a call stating they couldn't accommodate me and wouldn't honor the Groupon. The interactions while trying to make an appointment were unpleasant. Now, I find myself with a party to attend tonight and no booking. I am truly disappointed with this experience.

Hello, I used Groupon bucks that are expiring today to partially pay for an order placed a few days ago (Order number: [redacted]). However, I forgot to update my credit card information, so the order didn't go through. I received a notification, promptly removed and replaced the old card. I was expecting my teeth whitening kit to be delivered on December 2nd at 11:10. It was supposed to be sent to 8 Teesdale Avenue, HU9 3UG. I attempted to change the delivery address, but it could not be updated as the order had already been processed. Upon visiting the address it was sent to, I was informed that the package was signed for by someone other than the resident. I have reached out to Hermes, but I have not received a response. Can you please assist me in locating my order?

Hello, I recently bought 2 customized beer openers thinking it was a good deal. However, I discovered that I can't use both vouchers in a single order and will need to pay for shipping twice because they can't ship both openers in one box, even though they are going to the same place. This negates the savings I thought I was getting. I would have just paid full price and had both items shipped together if I knew about this restriction. If this condition was mentioned anywhere, I must have missed it, as I wouldn't have anticipated this problem.

I purchased a Diamond Mix & Match Stackable Band Ring in Sterling Silver By DeCarat size 7. The tracking shows it was delivered on 12/17/19 via FedEx, but USPS claims to have delivered it at 10:44 am on that date to my address, which I did not receive. I am looking forward to using this ring for my wedding in January, so I would appreciate your help in locating the package.

I need assistance with my recent order. Despite providing my correct address and paying via PayPal, my items were delivered to my previous address. I made every effort to retrieve the packages, which are Christmas gifts, but they were returned. The correct shipping address is [redacted] Kenwood Street, not [redacted] Via Los Narcisos. I noticed a $10 charge on my bank account from Groupon on 12/17/19 for a dinner voucher that I never received via email. The transaction description is GROUPON INC. GROUPON. COM IL 12/17. I had made this order for a dinner at an Indian restaurant in Louisville, KY. Can you please refund the $10 deducted as no voucher or email has been sent to me for this order? Thank you. In my previous message, I failed to specify how I would like this matter to be resolved. To clarify, I am requesting a refund of the $10 fee to be credited back to my bank account for the Groupon purchase I made on 12/17 that was never delivered. I kindly urge you to address this promptly. If this matter is not resolved expediently, I will be forced to escalate it to the BBB. I have noticed several similar complaints regarding this issue, and the lack of a clear contact number and the difficulty in finding a resolution is concerning. Thank you, Kathy L.
