Dear Customer Service, I recently made a purchase of two packages through Groupon, but unfortunately, I have yet to receive them. Upon tracking the packages on your website, I discovered that they were signed for by someone other than myself on the 3rd Tuesday around midday. During that time, I was at work, and it’s important to note that I always sign my packages with my initials. Both packages share the same tracking number: [redacted][redacted]. Given that these were intended as Christmas gifts, I am quite concerned about their whereabouts. Hermes has directed me to reach out to you regarding compensation. Yesterday, I tried to make a purchase with your company through the app. However, the transaction seemed to fail and I received a refund notification. I was then informed by my bank that the payment was declined. Consequently, I proceeded to make a purchase from a different provider. Surprisingly, I have now been charged the original amount once again by your company today. This is confusing as I believed the transaction was already dealt with and refunded. Can you please assist me in processing a refund for this double charge?

Hello! In October, a purchase of $[redacted].36 was made for a getaway using my debit card without my authorization. I promptly contacted my bank, which canceled the card and refunded the amount. However, to my surprise, the money was withdrawn from my account again yesterday. The bank informed me to contact your team for resolution. I am reaching out as this situation is quite distressing, especially during the holiday season. Thank you.

I contacted GetHuman on Dec. 9 to address a Groupon order issue regarding a sequined pillow I ordered on Nov. 3. I inquired about the delivery status, hoping for a straightforward answer. A voucher was provided for the $8.00 pillow cost. However, attempting to have the pillow shipped incurred a $9.00 shipping fee, exceeding the initial pillow price. I am requesting a refund of the pillow cost rather than a voucher. My experience on the site has been frustrating due to complexity. Simplifying choices and solutions could enhance user experience. If I cannot secure a refund, I intend to close my account and inform others about Groupon's poor customer service, particularly the charge for assistance. Best wishes for the site's improvement.

I bought two NFL football flasks, one for the Pittsburgh Steelers and one for the New England Patriots. The Steelers flask arrived, but I was credited for the Patriots one. On December 14th, I re-ordered the Patriots flask because it showed as available on your website. Unfortunately, I received another Steelers flask today. I am trying to return this item, but the return option is not highlighted on the Groupon website, even though it says returns are eligible.

I booked a Vegas morning Hot Air Balloon flight through Viator for December 18, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the ride was canceled due to windy weather, and I was informed that I would be refunded. I purchased a 10-piece Legacybox through Groupon on Black Friday. However, when I tried to redeem it, the voucher code was invalid. A representative from Legacybox suggested sending a copy of the voucher for a new code, but I am unable to provide it as Groupon marked it as redeemed after I used the original code. I've been facing challenges with scheduling appointments at Bella Waxing. It's been two months, and I'm struggling to secure a slot. There was an instance where I tried to book an appointment, but it was given to someone else. The service provider insisted on adhering strictly to a 10:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. schedule on weekdays, which has been inconvenient for me. Hello, I bought a Groupon for a waxing service a while ago. Despite my efforts to redeem it, I have been unsuccessful and would like a refund. I have been trying to schedule appointments by calling regularly, but no one answers the phone to book me in. There was one occasion when I got a text saying they would call back, but they never did. I bought a Groupon for a remote starter from a car audio shop named Can You Hear It Audio in East Longmeadow, Mass., today at 11 a.m. However, when I tried to schedule an installation, they informed me that they couldn't install it in my car. On December 10th, I purchased two Groupons totaling $55 each using Groupon Bucks of $81.80 and the remaining $28.20 charged to my Amex. Unfortunately, when trying to redeem the Groupons at Splash Wines, I received an error stating the discount code wasn’t valid for the items in my cart. The website also requires [redacted] Splash Cash to proceed, which was not part of the deal. Being asked to pay an extra $[redacted] on top of the Groupon purchase isn’t acceptable. I purchased a Groupon for iLoveKickboxing because it stated there was a participating location nearby. Unfortunately, after trying to reach the iLoveKickboxing site multiple times, I learned that it permanently closed last year. The other locations are too far away, rendering my voucher useless. I visited Be Beautiful salon for a wax, but unfortunately, the wax tech, Kim Hess, was not available despite my appointment. I tried calling her for 30 minutes without a response. Other technicians informed me that this is a recurring issue, with many customers experiencing the same problem. It's frustrating to pay $56 for a service I didn't receive. The delivery date for my item keeps getting delayed. According to Groupon, the estimated delivery date is now the 17th. However, today is the 19th and the item hasn't even been out for delivery yet. It seems like the item has almost reached my house multiple times but then turns around and isn't delivered. I placed the order for the "Luxury Hoodie Sherpa-Lined Throw Blanket" on the 4th and this issue has been persistent ever since.

I am looking to return a headset I purchased recently, but I am unsure of the shipping address. I purchased a Groupon for an oil change at New Autohaus a few months back. However, when I tried to schedule an appointment, they were booked up. I had to go elsewhere for the service and wanted a refund. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any customer support to assist me. After searching extensively, I discovered a link to request a refund. I hope this process resolves my issue as I am unable to utilize the Groupon on Saturday mornings, which are the only available times now.

I purchased a massage from Orchid Wellness and Spa on Black Friday with order number #[redacted]. Despite not opening the app, I received an email on December 2 stating that my order was redeemed. After reading reviews, I discovered that others had encountered similar issues. I contacted the Vendor, who rescheduled my appointment for today at 2 pm. They even sent me two reminder text messages. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the location, it was closed. I waited for an hour, but no one showed up. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered, and their voicemail was full. I made a purchase on December 16th, but the payment bounced due to insufficient funds in my account, causing the groupon transaction to fail. After adding money to my account, I was notified that the payment would be retried on December 17th. Even though I had sufficient funds in my account, the charge didn't go through, and the groupon is not showing as an available option despite having an expiration date in April [redacted]. I attempted to repurchase it using a different card, but the system restricts one purchase per customer and won't let me add it to my cart again.
