I would appreciate assistance with receiving a refund for booking AZ774A6FBC at the Buxton spa. Despite reaching out to them over 10 times, I was unable to schedule a spa day. Each time I contacted them, they promised to call back when there were available openings or cancellations, but I never received a follow-up call. It has been frustrating trying to secure a booking at the Buxton hotel spa. I kindly request your help in processing a refund for this unsuccessful booking. Thank you.

I received my package, but I'm disappointed because I ordered two brown boots and received chestnut instead. I've been waiting for this delivery for a while, and I need it by January 1st. The label on the package clearly said "2 boots - brown," so this mistake isn't on my end. I hope you can assist me in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for your help.

I bought five Santa bags from Qualtry on November 12th. Unfortunately, one bag did not arrive. After several email exchanges with Qualtry, I received a package a month later with the wrong item, despite me confirming multiple times. Now, they are not responding to me at all. I paid $30 for these bags and an additional $32 for shipping. It's disheartening not to have received all the items. It's challenging to explain to one child they won't get what their siblings received due to the lack of assistance from Groupon and Qualtry.

I haven't received my order yet. The tracking number provided shows the parcel is in Slough with Royal Mail. They mentioned that the parcel under that tracking number has a different name and address. They won't disclose this information to me and said it was delivered without a signature, which doesn't make sense for a pair of shoes. I'm struggling to reach customer service; my emails are unanswered, and the live chat disconnected because I type slowly.

Regarding two orders: 1) Pink Daisy Beauty Bar: Order #[redacted] expired on 11/20/[redacted]. 2) Premier Air Duct Cleaning: Voucher #[redacted]1 expired on 10/15/[redacted]. I couldn't secure an appointment within three months for the first order, resulting in its expiration. While I had the option to trade it in, I prefer to keep the same offer and kindly request the value to be converted into Groupon Bucks. This way, I can use it at my convenience for future purchases. I've attempted to contact the businesses, but the instructions provided were complex, leading to the expiration of the vouchers. I seek to convert the amounts to Groupon Bucks for flexibility in using them at a later date, as opposed to trading them in immediately for offers that may not suit my needs. Regarding the Pink Daisy Beauty Bar voucher that expired on 11/20/[redacted] and the Premium Air Vent Cleaning voucher from 10/15/[redacted], I would like to request to exchange the expired value for Groupon bucks instead of a trade-in as I am unable to find any current deals I am interested in. Having Groupon bucks will give me the flexibility to use the funds at my convenience rather than being limited by a specific time frame. Hello, I'm Roxanne Adams. I purchased a pair of floopi [redacted] booties via Groupon on Dec 9th, [redacted]. The order was for size 8 in Brown, but the confirmation showed size 10. I tried reaching out to the seller and Facebook with no luck. I paid $15.99 via MasterCard debit through NetSpend and have proof of payment. They had 3 days to correct the size before shipping, but I received a message that the size 10 boots were shipped. I prefer size 8 and would like to keep the boots instead of getting a refund. I would like to inquire about the refund process for two expired coupons that I was unable to use. Hello, this is Glenda Trombley. I have been attempting to contact customer service for over an hour now. The phone numbers provided are not working as customer service keeps transferring me to different departments where I can only communicate with automated systems. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. I will refrain from making any future purchases with Groupon. Recently, I ordered a red passport as a Christmas gift. I bought two passes for Point Blank Shoot in Arlington, TX. I used one pass on June 19. Unfortunately, my other Groupon expired, and I was hoping to apply the amount I paid towards my visit on Nov 23 at 5:54pm. The manager refused to honor the expired Groupon, so I had to pay the full amount. Despite explaining the situation, they wouldn't allow me to pay the price difference. I believe I should receive a refund since they didn't honor the value I had paid.

I purchased 4 LCD drawing tablets on November 30, [redacted]. I tracked the order and saw it was getting ready for dispatch on December 3, [redacted]. However, these tablets have not arrived yet. I later ordered 2 more, and those have been delivered. I am disappointed by the lack of help from live chat regarding my order. I provided feedback to Groupon about this issue. I have spent a significant amount on Groupon and most purchases have been delivered except for the tablets, a climbing car, a doodle doggy, and some men's socks. I purchased a facial package through Groupon at Mantra Massage. I had booked at this place before for a massage for my husband. On the 18th of December at 11:15 a.m., I drove half an hour to get there, only to be told they didn't have a facial technician available. They claimed I had booked online, but I hadn't. I even received an email confirmation. They couldn't give me a timeline for when I could get a facial due to lacking trained staff. When I requested a refund, they directed me to contact Groupon. Hello, I would like to inquire about extending the expiry date of some vouchers I purchased for my grandchildren to visit Bli Bli Water Park. Unfortunately, my grandchildren do not live nearby, and due to this, I have been unable to bring them to the park before the vouchers expire. I kindly request an extension until the end of January, as they are planning to visit during that month.
