I purchased the Innov8 electric goal post and some other items totaling £99.94. Everything arrived except for the goal post which has been in transit since December 10th with no tracking number provided. Additionally, I bought two Yankee candle votive gift boxes on the same day, one of which costing £82.37 has not arrived. The tracking number kt[redacted]03gb shows it was delivered, but it seems to match the tracking number of the missing gift set. I need to know when I can expect to receive these items as they are meant for my family. Regards, W. Tanner.

My daughter, ******** Coe, purchased a Sam's Club membership for me on November 15th for the $45 option, which included various benefits like eGift cards and free items with the first purchase. We visited the club on November 17th, and the membership was under the name **** Anderson. Despite reaching out to the main office multiple times and being redirected to Groupon, I have not been able to redeem the promotional offer. Even though the 30-day period has elapsed, I am hopeful that the deal can still be honored. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I am Mary Lou Hawk. I previously contacted you regarding the Cirque du Soleil tickets I purchased. Recently, my tablet was not working, and upon its repair, the letter I had written to you got deleted. The issue I encountered was that I bought tickets in November - there were eight adult tickets and one child ticket. The payment was deducted from my checking account, but I never received the tickets. In contrast, my daughter-in-law purchased two tickets and received them promptly. I am unsure of what happened to my tickets. The tickets were for the 4 o'clock performance on Saturday, January 26. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. I need to cancel my order with number 6U609819KM453844X. I bought 4 treatments for a facial lift. However, when I went for my appointment, they only provided a sample of the treatment for 30 minutes. Since I purchased 4 treatments to save money, I am disappointed that they only did a sample with my 4-treatment order. I would like to cancel this second order and request a refund; I do not want to proceed with this anymore.

I need to change my order to be a gift. I accidentally just made the purchase without selecting the gift option. Therefore, the recipient needs to sign into my account to access their gift, but I would like her to receive the voucher at her personal email address as a gift. Her email is [redacted] Also, it appears that I may have bought this gift twice unintentionally using two different cards.

I attempted to schedule a manicure and pedicure using a Groupon voucher but was informed that I could not redeem it as I had already used a similar one before. The Groupon terms mention one purchase per person with the possibility of buying two more as gifts, and that it can be repurchased every 90 days. However, the nail technician stated it was a one-time use only. I also have another Groupon specifically for a manicure with the same technician. How can I receive a refund for both of these vouchers?

I recently purchased a voucher for a canvas print on canvasonsale.com via Groupon. Upon trying to redeem it, I encountered an error stating the code is valid for one 36x24 canvas, which is in my cart. Despite contacting Groupon and the vendor, I've been met with unresponsiveness. My Groupon order number is VS-2YHM-5KZF-LFZ2-XL7W. I'm frustrated with the lack of support, as calling their customer service resulted in being disconnected by the automated system after a prolonged hold time. On June 24, I placed an order for a 3.4 oz bottle of Flower Bomb spray. Unfortunately, I never received it, even after tracking the shipment. A representative offered me the choice of a credit or the item, but I got disconnected from the conversation before making a decision. I have already been charged for the product and really want to receive it as it never made it to me. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this issue.

I received the wrong product and contacted Groupon Customer Service about it. They assured me they would send the correct item and provide a return shipping label. However, I have not received any confirmation of the new shipment or the return label. Despite numerous emails to Customer Service, I have not received any responses. My original order number is [redacted] for a Down Alternative Reversible Comforter in White/Gray, King size. If I do not hear back soon, I will escalate this matter to the BBB and Consumer Affairs. I bought a Groupon for a Keratin treatment a few months back. I was just about to schedule an appointment for my daughter when I realized the salon is situated in an unsafe area. I am kindly requesting a full refund or credit for another Groupon purchase. I use Groupon frequently, but this is the first time I've encountered such an issue. I tried to order 2 pairs of earrings. Unfortunately, my credit card didn't work the first time. The app crashed on the second try, but I managed to successfully place the order on the third attempt. Now, all three transactions are pending on my credit card. I only intended to purchase one pair of rainbow hoops and one pair of rainbow drop earrings. Could you please cancel and refund the extra transactions? Thank you.

I purchased a Groupon last month as a Christmas gift. When I tried to print the receipt for the recipient, I discovered that my account is no longer accessible. Although I was charged and can view the Groupon on my phone, I am unable to print it from a computer without logging into my missing account. I have not yet received the items I ordered on December 5th. I received an email stating the items were dispatched on December 8th. The items are a black waist trainer with order number O[redacted] and 2 multifunctional glasses bags in black and yellow with order number O[redacted]. This is my first time ordering online, and I am disappointed with the current situation. I am eager to know the whereabouts of my items.

I recently made multiple purchases on Groupon for Christmas, spending over hundreds of dollars. Unfortunately, three of the items I received were the wrong size or wrong order. Customer service told me that two of the items are no longer available, and they offered me Groupon credit instead of refunding back to my credit card. I would prefer to receive a refund back to my card rather than in Groupon credit since I originally paid with my credit card.

On December 8th, I purchased a Groupon voucher for 3 Qualtry cutting boards. However, when I tried to place the order on their website, it indicated that the voucher was applied, but I was still being charged full price. Despite reaching out to Qualtry three times via email and leaving six voicemails since December 8th, I only received a response today. They mentioned that the Groupon voucher was applied, yet I was still being charged full price. Qualtry redirected me to contact Groupon for assistance as they claimed they were not responsible for vouchers. I am experiencing a lack of help from Qualtry and receiving conflicting information. My ticket number with Qualtry is [redacted], and the order number is [redacted]. I am therefore requesting a refund for the voucher amount I paid due to the challenges faced in receiving the product or adequate assistance from Qualtry. Any support in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I planned a stay at Kalahari Resorts for Friday night, booked through Groupon. Unfortunately, Groupon did not send a confirmation email to the resort for our rooms despite providing a confirmation number. After calling Kalahari to confirm, I discovered they have no record of my reservation. I am requesting Groupon to either upgrade our room or promptly send the confirmation to the resort so my girlfriend and I can go as planned on Friday. I am quite dissatisfied with this experience.

I visited the Gaylord hotel to see the Charlie Brown Christmas setup. When I inquired about the closing time, I was given conflicting information. This led me to arrive at 8pm, only to find out that the event had just closed. The staff recommended seeking a refund from Groupon and returning another day. I would like to reschedule my tickets for a different date due to the misunderstanding.

I placed an order with number 1[redacted]10-[redacted] for a pair of gloves, but due to technical issues, I accidentally ordered two. I contacted customer service and explained my situation, but the advice I received wasn't useful at the time due to a family emergency. Finally, I managed to edit the order to one pair, but I have been charged for two. I only intended to purchase one pair of gloves.
