The issue in GetHuman-zzlisett's own words
On December **th I purchase a set of groupon six tickets for Sea World San Diego. When I check my groupon app to see if the tickets were available , I got a notification that the tickets were not available and they were been refunded. I then proceed to purchase the tickets elsewhere with the vendor at Sea World online as I was planning to go the next day on Saturday December **th. On Monday when I check my account, I saw that Groupon has charged the credit card $ ***.** . Then when I look on the app, I saw that all the tickets are not available . This is very misleading. When I ask for a refund I was told the groupons is non refundable . The problem is groupon mislead me , you dont get to tell me the groupon is not available or you even refund it in the system and ** hr or so later it show up and you decide to charge me . No that is not fair and I will do everything in my power to get my money back or more . This is clearly unacceptable . I have been using groupon for years and I am deeply disappointed . I give the customer service ** hours to resolve this asap. This is shameful . If there was some issue with the system error that is not the customer fault . Please check my account have I ever ask for a refund for any of my groupon I have purchased since I have been using groupon, No . So I expect a quick resolution. Thank you .
