I placed an order on Groupon tonight for a 1-year print subscription to Ranger Rick Jr. magazine as a gift for my nephew who lives out of State. Following instructions from the email received, I am unable to find the "Redeem Online" option under My Stuff for order #1[redacted]70-[redacted]. The email mentioned that it would lead me to the merchant's website where the redemption code would automatically apply, but this did not happen. I have already paid through PayPal. Clicking on View Voucher states that once viewed, the order cannot be edited, cancelled, or traded in. I am hesitant to proceed without clear guidance on how to enter the recipient's address for shipping on the Merchant's website. Can someone please provide clear instructions on the correct steps to redeem this subscription? Thank you for your help!

Today was my first order with Groupon. I just ordered Olive St. Charlie’s Crude Cross Slip-ons for $9.99. However, after I pressed purchase, a page showed that I had unintentionally bought a 3-piece luggage set for around $[redacted]. I do not want the luggage set. Please cancel it immediately. I still want the shoes, but canceling the luggage is crucial. I was planning to purchase more items, but if this is not resolved promptly and without any trouble, I might hesitate to use Groupon in the future.

I printed out my voucher, but it only lists one reserved ticket. I bought two tickets to sit together. I tried to print a second voucher, but Groupon is currently down for maintenance. I need the voucher for today's 2:00 PM event. Can I use the voucher for one ticket to enter with my friend?

I purchased a faux leather shoulder bag that was supposed to be a certain color, but when it arrived, it was incorrect and different from the advertised picture. Also, I ordered an exquisite pearl necklace set with a bracelet and paid for it, only to find out that there would be additional charges to receive it. I would like a refund for both of these items.

Hello, I am currently unable to access my account on Groupon. I received an email from them requesting a password reset, but when I try, I keep receiving an error message stating, 'Oops something went wrong.' This is becoming quite frustrating since I have a voucher for a breakfast for two that will expire tomorrow! I have already attempted to contact support multiple times but haven't had any luck. On a side note, I am also receiving up to 10 promotional emails daily, which is excessive, especially when I can't even log in to make a purchase. Thank you, Jenny Maxted.

Hello, I recently purchased a Groupon as a gift for my friend and opted for the gift option during the checkout. However, upon reviewing the details, I noticed that the price I paid is displayed on the gift card. I was expecting the price to be hidden, as it is customary with gifts. I purchased a Groupon for a couple's massage at Avesta Seven Seas spa and had specified a special request for the massage. After driving for an hour to the spa, I was informed that there was a mix-up with my request, which was entirely the spa's fault. This mishap significantly affected my experience with my partner, leading us to forgo the scheduled massage. Although the manager apologized and promised a refund, the spa used my Groupon voucher to compensate their massage therapists despite us not receiving the service. I have been patiently waiting for a confirmation email regarding the reimbursement, but I have yet to receive one, and my attempts to reach the manager by phone have been unsuccessful. As a result, I am considering contacting Groupon directly to address and resolve this issue.

Hello, I would like my refund to be processed more quickly than the stated "up to 10 days." I purchased an oil change and was charged twice for two separate oil changes at different locations. I did not intend to buy a second one, only the initial oil change. The funds were deducted from my accounts immediately, but the refund is set to take 10 days. I require the money for rent, so I kindly request to expedite the refund process. Thank you.

Groupon messed up my order. I purchased necklaces assuming they would come with a box, but they didn't. Also, one necklace had the wrong letter engraved. I tried to call their customer support, but it just directed me to another menu without connecting me. It's frustrating that Groupon doesn't provide a reliable phone number for order changes or clarifications. It seems they are not the best option for ordering items.

I conducted a search for house cleaners in Tomball, TX and found Pro Maids as an option. I bought two orders for my daughters as Christmas gifts, only to discover that Pro Maids can't serve locations more than 20 miles away due to insurance restrictions. I spoke to Patty Ferrer at Pro Maids ([redacted]) who confirmed this. I am now seeking a refund or credit to hire cleaners who can assist my daughters on Rollick Rd, Tomball TX. I bought a 90-minute massage for $45 from T Therapudik Massage two months ago. I have been trying to schedule an appointment for those 2 months but have been unsuccessful. The massage therapist keeps telling me she doesn't have any available appointments this month and refuses to refund me. She insists I get the refund through Groupon. I recently spoke with the merchant about the $[redacted].00 car interior/exterior detailing service. He mentioned that after cleaning the upholstery, it's important to run the heat for an extended period to prevent mildew. I recently bought a one-year subscription to Ranger Rick Jr. The instructions state to redeem online through "My Stuff," but I couldn't find the option to do so. I attempted to use the code on the Ranger Rick Jr. website and bluedolphin-magazines.com, but it was invalid. I recently had a disappointing experience with the "Newport Wellness Center." My massage therapist was late, the building's door was locked, and the room setup seemed unprofessional. I felt the massage was subpar, and I doubt the therapist had proper credentials. I paid $49 for the massage plus a tip, but the service was not worth even $10 in my opinion. I am disheartened by the quality of service and feel let down by Groupon for allowing this experience to happen.

On November 28th, I purchased two photo books on Shutterfly and later added one more. While trying to customize my photo book, I encountered issues on the website, leading to constant crashes and difficulties uploading my photos. Despite following the advice to switch browsers, the problem persisted, and now the book shows a price increase to $22. I have contacted Shutterfly's customer service regarding the matter, to no avail. I have exhausted all options, and I am now seeking a refund for all three photo books.

I am extremely frustrated. I ordered two dog beds on December 5 and December 6 from Groupon, but I still haven't received them, and I can't even track my order. This has never happened to me before with Groupon. My dogs really need their beds. I won't be using Groupon again as their customer service seems unreachable. I will switch back to using Amazon. This has been the worst customer service experience of my life. I'm very disappointed and have deleted my account. Thank you for nothing.

On Tuesday, October 8th, I made a booking for two adults on the Creole Queen Historic Cruise with voucher #[redacted] for December 6th, [redacted], at 10:00 am to celebrate our 16th anniversary. When we arrived for our excursion, we were informed that the 10:00 am trip was cancelled. Despite claiming to have tried to reach us, we received no calls or emails. We were unable to join the next cruise because the tickets purchased were for children according to the staff. Despite showing them the Groupon voucher, they were unhelpful. They advised us to seek a refund from Groupon. We are extremely disappointed and are requesting a refund and clarification on this issue. Kindly get in touch with me promptly.

I recently made an online blanket purchase. Initially, I provided my credit card details before adding the picture, and upon ordering, I received a confirmation on my phone from the bank. However, when I proceeded to add the picture and clicked on "next", I was surprised to see a shipping charge of $15.99 on top of the $5 already paid for the blanket. I believe retailers should allow customers to check out with all costs disclosed upfront to avoid unexpected charges and potential scams. Despite the $5 deduction, I am unable to proceed with the purchase due to the additional shipping cost.

I recently bought three Harry and David gift certificates using my PayPal account. Unfortunately, I got three emails indicating payment issues due to mismatched information. To resolve this, I added the credit card linked to my PayPal to Groupon. However, PayPal now shows three refunds from Groupon instead of the certificates I wanted to purchase. I prefer to receive the certificates, not refunds, and I'm worried that re-purchasing them might further complicate matters. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am a member of the Select group and I am facing an issue with the shipping charges. I believed that being a member would provide free shipping. Additionally, when I attempt to purchase an item, it gets added to my cart, but to proceed with payment, I have to remove all other items from the cart, and I struggle to find them again.
