I purchased 2 x 1BR and 1 x 2BR apartments at Silverwater, San Remo, but I mistakenly received and paid for two vouchers for 2 x 1BR apartments instead. I am urgently seeking a refund of $[redacted]. I have sent two emails to request the cancellation of the voucher, but have not received a response yet. During a live chat, I was prompted to pay $5 for an expert's assistance, which I prefer not to do. If the refund is not processed promptly, I will escalate the issue to Paypal for resolution.

I bought a car detailing service, but the provider has not been responsive. Despite multiple attempts, they only answered once and asked me to call back later due to their move. I tried again after a few weeks, with no luck. I chatted with a Groupon agent who suggested an exchange for Groupon credits, but I have yet to receive them. I am unsure if it usually takes a week for the process to be completed.

I purchased a rug from Groupon and loved it so much that I decided to order a second one that was supposed to be identical to the first. Unfortunately, the second rug I received yesterday is a different pattern, fabric, edging, and quality compared to the original. I received a notification to return the rug, but the printed label states it's too large. Last night, I was informed via mobile that I could return the rug, but I haven't been able to contact Groupon to resolve the issue. I accidentally placed an order for the Melissa & Doug Grocery Store Pretend Play Set on Groupon without realizing it wasn't available. Now I can't see the order in my Groupon My Stuff section. I need to cancel the order and get a refund as it won't arrive in time for Christmas for my grandchild.

I received a notification from ChaseFraud this morning regarding a Groupon purchase I made last night for $[redacted] that was flagged. I quickly responded to approve it, but then received a follow-up message instructing me to reattempt if the approval was declined. I am now stuck in a difficult position where I can't cancel the order, risking ending up with no Groupon if it doesn't go through. However, if I reorder, I may unintentionally end up with two, costing me $[redacted]. I want to avoid both scenarios. Please assist me with this matter. I recently booked carpet cleaning for $79 on October 31st. However, I noticed that I was mistakenly charged twice on consecutive days for this service. It has been quite challenging to get in touch with your customer service team, and I am hopeful that this matter can be resolved promptly. I bought a Groupon deal for Flawless Permanent Cosmetics but just noticed the extended expiration date. I didn't realize the location was over 20 miles away from my home. I am extremely dissatisfied with your customer service. Despite having your app, I am unable to receive any support. The live chat function is also non-operational. My emails have been ignored, and the phone numbers provided are unhelpful, directing me to go online. I am seeking a $[redacted] refund for hair coupons that Shamika is refusing to honor, displaying rudeness and unprofessional behavior. I demand my refund and have no intention of using your services in the future. The difficulty in accessing assistance through live chat or any phone number is unacceptable. Hello, I wanted to discuss my voucher, [redacted]2. I recently attempted to reschedule my appointment, and the person assisting me requested my voucher code, which I found surprising. I have not utilized the voucher yet, but encountered difficulties trying to reschedule. They informed me about a 24-hour cancellation policy, however, this was not mentioned during the booking process or displayed on their website. I am seeking a possible refund for two vouchers I couldn't use. One was for the Originals Tour that expired today, December 13. I bought it for December 12, anticipating my flight's arrival, but due to a delay, I reached New Orleans at 12 am. The second voucher is for the Creole Tour. I tried to follow the suggested bus route but ended up missing the boarding location, following the MSY directions provided. Although the policy states that all sales are final, I was unable to utilize or benefit from either voucher.

I purchased the Leoni Meadows Zip Line "Zip Line Canopy Tour for Two", but I only intended to buy one. Unfortunately, my original payment method was canceled right after I made the purchase without my knowledge. I have updated my payment details since then. The following day, I received a notification about a Failed Transaction and was directed to update my payment method. However, the screen did not confirm if my click was registered, so I clicked multiple times out of uncertainty. As a result, the purchase seems to have gone through five times on Groupon, which I did not intend. I only want one of these products. I urgently need the extra items removed from my order, and I should not be charged for them. Additionally, I tried to seek help through the associated Help option, but it seems to be malfunctioning, preventing me from getting assistance.

I have been attempting to reach out to Groupon for several days to request a refund for a purchase I no longer wish to proceed with. Despite not being an active Groupon user, I have tried all available channels to find a way to initiate the refund process or seek assistance with no luck. After inadvertently viewing the voucher, I now find myself unable to take any further action. I also sent an email to Groupon's automated response system as a last resort, which indicated they would address any issues I may have encountered.

I have a few Groupons that I wasn't aware I could get a refund for unused orders. Some recipients didn't respond, changed locations, or might not even exist. I presumed I wouldn't receive any money back, even as credit. Last year, I tried to purchase Groupons for remote car starts for my children's cars, but I encountered restrictions limiting the number of purchases. I became frustrated and stopped visiting the site until recently when someone mentioned that if you don't utilize them, they are potentially refundable.

I bought a Groupon for Christmas photo cards last night and when I tried to use the code on the website to place the order, it kept saying it was invalid or expired. I attempted to call but couldn't reach anyone, and the live chat was also unresponsive. It seems like the company may be inactive. I need to sort this out quickly as I want to find another provider for my Christmas cards. I had already spent a significant amount of time choosing and customizing the cards, as well as entering addresses for the envelopes. This situation has been really inconvenient. I bought a Groupon for a series of six laser reduction treatments. I found the treatment to be quite painful, and unfortunately, I was unable to finish the first session. The technician suggested I reach out to Groupon for a refund since I hadn't utilized any of the remaining sessions. I am feeling let down by this experience. If a full refund cannot be processed, I will need to discuss this over the phone as I have already paid three hundred dollars without benefiting from any services.

I purchased a Groupon for 3 massages at Phyllyna Christina Spa as a gift for my stepson who is battling cancer. However, despite repeated attempts to contact them since August, they have not answered the phone, and visiting their location revealed that they are closed. I bought a coupon for Speedy E Smog using order number 1[redacted]11-[redacted]. When I tried to book an appointment, no one picked up the phone. Their voicemail instructed to leave a call-back number, which I did multiple times. With my car license deadline approaching, I had to take my elderly mother to another place for a smog test due to Speed E Smog's reported equipment issues. They have not responded to my messages. Dear Groupon Team, I unfortunately suffered a leg injury this month, preventing me from being able to use the Groupon I bought for a surf lesson. I purchased a vest on Groupon, but unfortunately, it arrived with a hole in the pocket and was the wrong size. Trying to return it has been a frustrating experience. I reached out via email to the vendor, Andonio, but their response was unclear, asking, "may i resend please?" I'm not sure if they meant to send a replacement in medium size, which would have been fine with me, but they didn't address my concerns. There has been no follow-up from them since. I even received a survey about their service and gave them a poor rating. Now I am stuck with a $20 vest that doesn't fit and has a defect.

I purchased a power bank charging device on Groupon. Despite being notified via email that the package has been delivered, I have not received it. After contacting FedEx with the tracking number, they confirmed the delivery. To address this issue, FedEx suggested that Groupon file a claim with them at 1-[redacted]. This is frustrating and concerning, especially since the item was intended as a gift for my daughter. I am unsure if the package was stolen from my front door as another package was successfully retrieved by my mother on the same day. I urge for a prompt resolution from both Groupon and FedEx, as deliveries should be more secure, possibly to the apartment management office instead.
