I signed up for Groupon Select on November 12, [redacted], with a one-month free trial. I attempted to cancel today, but it said, "Your subscription will be cancelled effective May 11, [redacted], after your subscription term is over." I should only be charged for one month as I didn't use it this month. Please issue a refund and confirm the cancellation of my subscription. It's disappointing that a company as big as Groupon is not easily reachable by phone. Thank you.

I bought tickets on Groupon and when I tried to use them, your website was down. I ended up having to pay full price for 8 teenagers on my son's birthday. I am requesting a refund of $51 to my card. I purchased the tickets on 11/22 and have been unable to redeem them since. I have tried reaching out to your customer service by phone and email but have not received any response or refund. This has been a very disappointing experience for me.

Dear WD Selness, I need assistance. Recently, at Sam's Club, the cashier mistakenly redeemed my voucher without recording the code. I reached out to a Groupon representative who advised me to wait for an email, promising delivery within 2 days. However, it has now been 6 days without any response. This situation has left me in a difficult position as I urgently require medication. I am seeking a refund of $30 or a replacement Sam's Club card. Despite contacting Sam's Club, I have been unable to find a resolution. I made the Groupon purchase on the 3rd through email using the account [redacted]@avgmail.com. The incident occurred on December 6th when the Sam's Club cashier mistakenly clicked "view and redeem" without entering the code. At this moment, I am unable to obtain a replacement card.

Yesterday, I made my first Groupon purchase and I have some questions on how to retrieve the voucher from my account to give as a gift. Last Wednesday, on 12/11, I bought a voucher for Rejuvimed in Fresno, CA with order number 1[redacted]41-[redacted]. After calling the business, I found out the coupon was for first-time customers only. I promptly reached out to Groupon for a refund due to this issue affecting multiple customers. Hello, I recently purchased a Groupon for Splash Wines. Upon reading the fine print, I discovered that they do not ship to Canada. My order number is [redacted]. Although my order was refunded, there is still a $73.43 charge on my Visa. When attempting to click on the refund option, the message "Oops! Something went wrong - sorry about that. Please try refreshing this page and try again." appears, but it does not refresh. Assistance with resolving this issue would be much appreciated. Thank you.

I bought a 60-minute massage through Groupon from Omnipresence massage as a Christmas gift for my girlfriend. Unfortunately, when she tried to book the massage, she discovered that Omnipresence was fully booked past the voucher's expiration date. We tried to contact them to resolve the issue and make an appointment, but we were unsuccessful. Due to this negative experience and lack of professionalism, I no longer feel comfortable giving this as a gift. I kindly ask Groupon to refund my money or provide me with store credit.

Upon checking, I saw that it was marked as redeemed on December 9th at 1:04 pm, even though I haven't scheduled the shoot yet or contacted them. The Groupon is valid until March. I placed an order for 15 items, but I received double the quantity and was charged twice. I am looking to return the extra items and receive a refund. However, when attempting to print a return label through the Groupon website, I encountered an error stating, "Oops! Groupon Goods is temporarily unavailable or overloaded." I bought tickets for Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Orlando but was redirected to Hollywood Studios tickets by mistake and only noticed after paying. Universal Studios Hollywood agreed to refund me, but because Groupon is a third party, they couldn't process it. I've contacted PayPal to dispute the charges since the tickets are now expired. Groupon lacks customer service and I've been trying to reach them for months with no success. As a law student, I can't afford to lose $[redacted] on unused tickets. I hope this issue gets resolved.

Hello, I arrived for my laser hair removal appointment, which was supposed to be the second out of three sessions, only to find a sign stating that the office is permanently closed. I have tried contacting the business using the phone numbers provided on Groupon and online, but they are both disconnected. I have attached a photo of the Groupon I purchased for reference. I am disappointed that I was unable to redeem the Groupon and had to take time off work for the appointment. I ordered two shirts which were marked as delivered on December 3rd, but I have not received them yet. This is the first issue I have experienced out of approximately 20 Groupon orders in the past few months. The first order number is [redacted] and the second is [redacted]. These shirts are meant to be holiday gifts, and I was at home all week but did not receive them. The postal tracking shows they were delivered on the 3rd; however, I did not receive any packages that day. I was doing yard work outside all week and can confirm they were not delivered to me. I purchased a magnetic tool holder bar organizer storage rack on November 3rd. The delivery status on the app claims it was delivered, but on the computer, it shows it's in transit since November 5th. It has been more than a month and a half since I placed the order. I am looking to cancel my Groupon Select membership entirely, which includes the 5-month fee totaling $25. I have recently canceled the subscription, as I was disappointed with the quality of the items I received, finding them to be damaged or poorly made. I have not had the subscription for a full month yet, and I want to ensure I am not charged $25 for a service I do not plan to use in the future.

I am seeking a refund for a Spa Castle Groupon purchase totaling $30. During my visit to the spa, my phone battery died just as I was trying to redeem the voucher. The spa representative advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. To do this, I had to repurchase the Groupon. Despite my multiple attempts, I have not received any response from Groupon. I have a voucher for 3 wall calendars, but when I tried to place my order, I was informed that the code is incorrect. I have been trying to resolve this for the past three days through their chat support, but unfortunately, they have been unable to assist me. I even provided them with the code again. This situation is frustrating because I intended to use these calendars for Christmas gifts, and I've already designed them. The Groupon deal led me to the incorrect place. After a four-hour drive, I arrived at the appointment spot only to learn that the voucher was valid for a different location an hour away. To proceed with skydiving, I had to pay an extra $[redacted] at the location I arrived at mistakenly. They mentioned I could receive a refund because of the voucher mistake. Order number 1[redacted]64-[redacted] was placed on November 29th for an event on December 15th. Unfortunately, the order has not arrived yet, causing significant disappointment. The decision to order from within Australia was intentional to ensure timely delivery. Regrettably, the parcel has not reached the destination within the 2-week timeframe. A contact number would have been beneficial for tracking the order's progress. The delay has led to the decision not to patronize this service in the future.

To whom it may concern, I am a sporadic customer of Groupon and have generally appreciated the savings offered. However, there have been instances where the purchased coupons did not align with what I expected. Recently, I bought a Groupon (Groupon #: LG-2Y1J-316G-1WrV-2LMX) with a disclaimer about an extra fee for services outside a 15-mile range, which seemed misleading. I had a Louis Wine Bar Groupon that expired on 11/23/19, but I couldn't find it on My Stuff on Groupon before the deadline. I was confused and kept searching. In the meantime, my daughter sent me a Groupon for Louis Wine Dive that she bought, and we tried to use it on Tuesday evening, Dec 10th, around 5:15-5:45 p.m. (CST), but the Groupon website was under construction with a message to come back later. I am requesting an extension for the expired Groupon for Louis Wine Dive that I couldn't access before 11/23. Also, I kindly ask for an extension on my daughter Reilly's Groupon for Louis Wine Dive that we couldn't use on Dec. 10th due to the website issues. I've attempted to contact Groupon's customer service by phone, but the message advised addressing issues online instead.
