Order number 1[redacted][redacted] was placed on November 13th for the Pirate Ship sand & water table play set by Lenox Electronics. The payment was made through Groupon using PayPal. According to the tracking number, the package was delivered to Thomastown, Victoria. Upon contacting Australia Post, "Toby" confirmed that there was an error with the tracking number and the parcel was lost in transit. I kindly request for the order to be resent, as Australia Post has taken responsibility for the small Christmas present. Thank you.

I received a message stating that parcel z3ffuk124586 would arrive by Monday, 2nd December, but as of Friday, 6th December, it has not arrived. After speaking with Angel Customer Services, I was assured it would be delivered by Saturday, 7th December. Today is the 11th of December, and the mattress parcel still has not arrived. It is essential to receive it by 18th December, so I am starting to consider requesting a refund.

Yesterday, I was going through my Groupon cart when I accidentally purchased items amounting to $70.46. Despite my attempts to stop the order, I was unsuccessful. Quickly, I managed to cancel the order within a few minutes. I received an email confirming my refund was being processed; however, only $38.00 was refunded back to my account this morning. I am puzzled about the missing portion of my refund.

I bought two Bronco tickets as a gift for my parents, specifically choosing the Middle Level Sideline section to ensure great seats. Upon purchasing, we were assigned seats in the End Zone section [redacted], row 10, which is not what I paid for. I am disappointed with the seating arrangement and would like either a seat change to the Middle Sideline or a refund/price adjustment for the current seats. When I entered my code for the first time, the name, address, and other blocks turned green, but nothing happened. The second attempt showed an Invalid Code message, and on the third try, it displayed a Server Error. I made the purchase on December 3 and expected it to ship shortly after. Being a first-time Groupon user, I didn't realize there were additional steps required. I'm hoping for assistance to resolve this issue and have it shipped in time for Christmas. I recently received unordered items billed to my credit card without any way to identify the sender. Despite disputing the charges, they were upheld due to delivery confirmation. The items, unknown colognes/perfumes, are of no interest. Last Christmas, I purchased inaccessible online Yoga classes via Groupon, leading to ongoing issues. I had a GROUPON voucher that expired due to unforeseen circumstances, and I was unable to use it. The Fallajeran Backpacks I received were not authentic. I purchased multiple vouchers for Mila's Waxing in Brooklyn but have been unable to schedule appointments as the vendor does not respond to calls. I am seeking a refund for these experiences. On December 8th, an order was placed without my consent. After multiple chats on Sunday, the money was reversed on Monday; however, I never received a confirmation for that order. On December 9th, I noticed the money was returned, assuming the order was canceled as requested. I placed a new order for only the items I wished to purchase. Within minutes, I received a confirmation for that order which totaled $[redacted].98. Not only was $[redacted].98 withdrawn from my checking account, but I was also charged individually for each item, resulting in a double charge. I request a full refund for the 12/8 order and a reimbursement for the 12/9 order. It's unacceptable to be charged twice. Proper communication with a human representative could have prevented these issues. If I don't receive a timely response, I will escalate my concerns to the Better Business Bureau.

I received the incorrect item as a gift for my mother. My order number is [redacted]. I have been struggling for the past hour to exchange it, but the website did not provide me with the appropriate options. Feeling frustrated, I have opted to return the item and request a full refund, including shipping fees as the error was on your end. I placed an order on Groupon for three Christmas stockings with embroidered names. Upon receiving separate redemption codes for each stocking, I encountered an issue with Personalization Mall's system only allowing one coupon code per order. Despite contacting both the merchant and Groupon multiple times, I have not been able to resolve the situation. The merchant advised me to work it out with Groupon. I have requested Groupon to either provide a single redemption code for the entire order, issue separate order numbers for each stocking, escalate the issue with the merchant, or refund my money. Time is of the essence, as I need the stockings by 12/21. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

A representative from Groupon named Carolina T made a significant error regarding my Printerpix order. She provided them with a new voucher code to resend five books, but the books were actually received without issue. Despite having bought three Groupon vouchers, I've only been able to use two due to an error message on the third indicating it has been used, which is not the case. The books I intended to purchase are still in my cart, but Printerpix's phone lines are down, and I've spoken with multiple unhelpful representatives. Carolina promised to assist in resolving the issue, but it has only made things more complicated.

I ordered two sets of Krazy Kovers in December [redacted] but never received them. Additionally, this December, I bought two microfiber weighted blankets among other items, but only received one blanket. I tried to combine the orders for free shipping but couldn't on my phone. I'd like a refund for the shipping charges on these orders. The items I ordered include a slouch beanie hat, magnetic lobster necklace extenders, a navy blue cc hat, a mustard yellow cc hat, and two brushed microfiber weighted blankets. I also have charges on my credit card from Groupon, and I'm unsure about some of the items. I would appreciate a phone call to sort this out and would like to continue shopping with Groupon. I placed an order for shampoo and conditioner last week on the night of the 3rd. The money was deducted from my account on the 5th, but I have not received a confirmation of the order. I called the company in Florida this morning, and they informed me that they do not sell their products through Groupon. On your website, it states that UNICO enterprises is the seller with a 4.9 rating, leading me to believe it was a legitimate order. I urgently need the product as I have run out today. I am concerned about who has my money and whether I will receive the product.

Hello, I would prefer to communicate over the phone. I am currently experiencing two issues. The first problem is with Groupon; whenever I try to access my account, it shows "invalid" when I attempt to use the "forgot password" link. I am trying to purchase a 2-month membership for $41 from Express Fitness for Women in Elk Grove, CA. The second issue involves a membership number from Sam's Club. I tried to activate it online, but both the membership numbers and the activation code disappear before I can jot them down. I need the activation code to be able to visit Sam's Club and receive my card.

To Whom It May Concern, I recently received my orthopaedic mattress order from Groupon, which my neighbor kindly accepted on my behalf. After unpacking it and allowing it to settle on the bed for a few hours, I must express my disappointment. The mattress is still tightly sealed in plastic, and upon testing, I found it to be unsatisfactory. Even the slightest pressure causes it to sag significantly, almost touching the bed base. I purchased a Groupon deal for two pairs of eyeglasses with prescription lenses from Lensabl. However, I was informed that they are unable to insert my prescription into the glasses after I paid additional fees. They are returning the glasses to me. The Groupon specifically stated that it included prescription lenses, which they cannot fulfill. I paid $88 for this service, and I kindly request a refund of the same amount.
