I recently received five pairs of shoes from your company, but unfortunately, all of them are unsatisfactory. Being a Vietnam Veteran with diabetic feet, I require shoes with special arch support. Hello, I am reaching out about a recent purchase I made using my account under the email [redacted] I had created a "Custom Hard Cover Photo Book" on this account, but encountered a significant issue when my email became deactivated. Even though I was charged $5 for the book project and was happy with the design, I lost my progress because I couldn't sign back in after the deactivation. I'm asking if it's possible to transfer the work done on the [redacted] account, password Circus123, to my new account [redacted] with the same password. I have sent multiple emails in response to the emails I received from Groupon, but unfortunately, I have not received any replies. I also attempted to communicate with a chat agent two days ago inquiring about when I could expect a refund, but I did not receive any follow-up through email. As a result, I have opted to contact my bank to address this matter. It has been challenging to order flowers through Groupon, and I do not plan to attempt this process again.

I am having trouble redeeming my Groupon for the Bartender & Barista training (Voucher #: LG-WJ4P-PJ5S-351R-KWST, Redemption Code #: JHASGFVJ). The instructions tell me to click "Redeem Online" and I should be automatically directed to the site where my voucher will be applied. However, there is no link to the site on the voucher. I managed to find the site on my own, but I cannot locate the option to apply the voucher. Could you please provide assistance? Thank you in advance for your help!

On September 22, [redacted], I purchased two 10-night Caribbean Cruises from Costa Cruises. The cruise package typically includes the "Brindiamo" drinking package, as detailed on the Costa Cruises website. However, Costa Cruises has informed me that the drinking package is not included for Groupon vouchers. Despite this, the Groupon webpage and voucher do not mention any exclusions. I am requesting that Costa Cruises add the drinking package, which is standard for the Balcony Premium cabin, to our cruise tickets. The cruise is scheduled to start on Thursday. Hello, I am having trouble reaching someone to help with my orders, which is causing me a lot of stress. I am trying to get a refund on some juices but I am being charged an additional $15, making it not a good deal for me as I usually pay $5 for them through Juice Press. Additionally, I have been charged twice for the chiropractor deal. I have tried to request a refund but ended up refunding the wrong Groupon deal. The process is confusing, especially with the trade-in aspect and the message about redemption within 24 hours. I simply want refunds for these two orders. I have attempted to call but have not been able to speak with a live person, and finding the link took a long time. I hope someone can assist me.

Hello, I recently made a purchase via email as a new user, but I mistakenly entered the wrong email address during registration. I completed the order and made the payment through PayPal. While I received the correct payment receipt, I did not receive any payment confirmation from PayPal due to the incorrect email. I purchased a Groupon for eyelash extensions, but due to an eye infection, I needed to cancel it. My eye doctor advised against it. Despite this, I was charged $71 as a penalty. I frequently use Groupon and spend more than $71. I demand an immediate refund of the $71, or else I will stop using your services and advise my friends against it. I am extremely frustrated.

On December 7, [redacted], I attempted to purchase a birthday party package for Glowzone. I experienced issues with the website processing my payment, making three unsuccessful attempts to complete the transaction. However, my bank account was charged for three payments: $60, $70, and $[redacted]. I only authorized the $[redacted] payment and redeemed the coupons associated with it. I recently bought a $[redacted] groupon for blinds at Direct Home Blinds for $[redacted] as a gift to my daughter. However, when she went to use the groupon, she was told it couldn't be applied because the quote wasn't based on a groupon job. This goes against the purpose of groupon. At my clinic, Divine Spine, we honor groupon deals without hidden fees. I am outraged by Direct Blinds' deceptive actions. They suggested my daughter refund the groupon and use the $[redacted] to buy blinds instead of the full $[redacted] value. I want the groupon refunded and Direct Blinds penalized for this misconduct. I plan to report them to the better business bureau. I hope Groupon addresses this issue promptly.

I purchased a Groupon for a silk press at Everything Glam Hair Salon. Over the past two weeks, I have made 8 phone calls and sent multiple emails, but they have not responded. Each time I call, they promise to send a link to their availability via text, but I have not received it. Now, they are not answering my calls at all. This lack of communication is very unprofessional and frustrating. I simply want a refund so I can use it to purchase a Groupon for a different hair salon.

I recently purchased 15 books from PrinterPix and initially used a voucher successfully to print one book, which turned out great. However, when I tried to use the voucher for the next 7 books, it did not work. Despite reaching out to them weeks ago for a new voucher number, I have not received any response. I am extremely disappointed as these books were meant to be Christmas gifts, and now I am unable to proceed with my order. This experience has left me frustrated, especially since I have been a loyal customer in the past. All I want is to receive the products I purchased promptly.

I made a purchase on your website, and it was indicated that the product would be shipped within two business days. However, I received an email the following day stating that my card's billing zip code needed to be updated, although it was correct. When I attempted to update the zip code as instructed, the price of the product changed from $[redacted] to $[redacted]. I had already placed the order at $[redacted]. I bought 4 long sleeve t-shirts on Groupon, but they are all the wrong size. To get a refund, I have to go through Korsis. When I called the number provided, a person with a foreign accent just said "hello" and didn't confirm they were from Korsis. They claimed someone else is using their company's name and refused to issue a refund. The address they provided doesn't match where my package was shipped from. I found out it came from Echo in El Monte, CA, which is a shared warehouse. I'm frustrated and considering involving my lawyer. Groupon seems to always have issues when I make a purchase, and this experience is not acceptable.

I ordered items for Christmas. They have been arriving slowly. It shows that one of my items was delivered, but I haven't received it. I filed a claim with USPS, and they advised me to stop payment on my credit card or dispute the charge. I'm hesitant to order more items now because there is no one to contact to resolve this issue. I will be disputing the charge, considering it was for four items. Not a good experience.

Hello, I recently received a package that I did not order and would like to return it. The order number is [redacted]. I am unsure if both items, the Nioxin and y necklace, are in the box as I did not purchase them. Today, I visited G and D reflexology, and I noticed their name has changed. I purchased a Groupon deal for [redacted] holiday prints at Staples for $45. The voucher code used was [redacted][redacted]. I initially meant to order from the Staples in Orem, Utah for in-store pickup, but mistakenly ordered from a California location. Thankfully, the California store reached out to double-check the order due to my Utah address and cancelled it. Now, I want to reorder from my local Utah Staples. I'm unsure how to proceed to either obtain a refund from Groupon so I can place a new order or possibly get an updated code to make sure I don't lose the $45 I already paid without receiving the service.
