I received a Groupon as a gift for the Wine or Beer Tasting at the Christmas Village in Philadelphia for two people. I found out that wine tasting is available on Mondays and Tuesdays, and beer tasting on Thursdays, with registration required beforehand. I am attempting to register for the Beer tasting on Thursday, 12/12, but the website is prompting me to buy tickets. Can you guide me on how to redeem using my Groupon code [redacted]? Thank you, K. I bought a Sam's Club membership through Groupon for $45, which included an E-card worth $35 and 4 free gifts. Despite having my voucher number, I am unable to proceed with the redemption process. This has been a frustrating experience, especially as a first-time Groupon user. If this issue is not resolved, I will not use Groupon in the future. I recently received an order from mailpix.com containing 3 signs. While 2 signs were in perfect condition, the third one was defective and unusable. I have made multiple attempts to contact mailpix.com regarding this issue, but unfortunately, it has yet to be resolved. I am quite frustrated by the lack of response and assistance in rectifying this matter. As a business owner, I required the sign weeks ago, and the delay has caused significant inconvenience. No one has responded to my email or text regarding the delivery of my item. It is important to me that it was not sent to China, as I clearly specified that I live in Texas. I have ordered from Wish before without any issues, so I am puzzled by the lack of response in this instance. I urgently need to know the status of my item and its whereabouts. It is frustrating that there is no prompt customer service available to address this. I hope to receive a reply soon, preferably by tomorrow, instead of waiting for another 2-3 business days as this delay is unacceptable.

Recently, I purchased a Groupon Voucher for Das Bierhouse in Coogee, NSW. I booked a dinner for yesterday, Sunday, on the 8th of December [redacted] at 6:30 pm. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we discovered that the restaurant was closed. I inquired next door and was informed that Das Bierhouse has been shut for about a week, possibly permanently. I have been unsuccessful in contacting Groupon via phone due to an incorrect number provided online. I am requesting either a refund of $39 or a voucher for a different restaurant. Thank you. I purchased a Groupon deal for eyelash extensions, and unfortunately, there are no available appointments during my preferred time frame. As a result, I am interested in booking with a different provider. I have not yet opened my voucher, so I believe I am still eligible for a refund. Since I haven't used it, I am unsure of the refund process as I am currently not seeing any available options. Time is of the essence as the holiday season is approaching, and I don't want to miss out on booking before appointments become scarce.

I recently bought a special deal for a hair service and visited the store for my appointment. Unfortunately, the store is situated in a food court and was exceptionally hot inside. Despite my discomfort and explaining the situation to the lady, she was unable to assist me due to the store being open and the heat levels. I expressed my inability to sit through a hair appointment in such extreme heat, especially under a cape and with the blow dryer on. Within 5 minutes, I was already sweating profusely, making it impossible to continue. The environment was unsuitable for receiving the service I paid for, and I am now seeking a full refund.

I've been attempting to log into my account without success. After requesting a password reset, I received an expired link within 2 minutes. Subsequent reset attempts did not generate any emails, not even in the spam folder. I purchased a Cricket Wireless $30.00 voucher for cellphone accessories. The voucher instructs me to present it at local Cricket stores for redemption. Unfortunately, none of the Fort Smith, AR stores could process the voucher as they were unable to enter or scan it. Additionally, the redemption code is not working online. I made a purchase for a tattoo removal session a month ago. I reached out via email as instructed on the website to schedule my appointment using the voucher code provided. Unfortunately, I have not received any response yet. When I call the clinic, it goes to voicemail. I am disappointed as I could have had my first session by now. I am requesting a refund so I can find a different provider who can accommodate me promptly.

I placed an order for this product ahead of all my other orders, but surprisingly, all my other orders have arrived before this one. The money for this item has already been deducted from my account, and it's been almost two weeks with no sign of it arriving. Every time I track the package, it shows a scheduled delivery date of December 5th, which has obviously passed. I am extremely frustrated and feel like something is not right. I need this issue resolved promptly.

I scheduled a beauty treatment with Trinity Hair and Beauty through Groupon, but the company rescheduled and then ultimately canceled my appointment. They advised me to contact Groupon for a refund, however, Groupon claims the refund was denied as the company reported I had used the voucher. Despite contacting Trinity Hair and Beauty on December 6, [redacted], and being promised a call back on December 7, [redacted], to resolve the refund, they have not reached out. PROBLEM WITH SHIPPING ADDRESS. I recently placed multiple orders, but unfortunately, they are all being sent to an outdated address. I find your app and website extremely challenging to navigate when seeking assistance. I urgently require all my orders to be delivered to my current residence. Alternatively, I would like to cancel the orders and receive a refund. Moreover, changing the shipping address is proving to be inconvenient as I lack access to a computer, which your site apparently requires for this task. It is disappointing to invest my time and money in a service that is supposed to provide convenience but is causing frustration instead.

I bought a Groupon from New Vista Window Cleaning on May 18, [redacted], for cleaning 20 windows for $59, expiring on 02/20/20. However, upon calling to redeem it, I was informed they don't service my area in Palatine, IL, despite no prior indication of limited service areas. I have a concern regarding some expired Groupons I purchased for Fast Fitness Boot Camp. Despite paying approximately $50 each, the location refused to honor them due to a past membership. When I bought the vouchers, the gym hadn't opened, and this information was not on their Facebook page. I couldn't use the canvas Groupon for uploading pictures, and it expired. Additionally, Steel Fit wasn't open when I could visit, and various other issues arose with different businesses. Tee Time was closed when I tried to redeem it. Is there a way to exchange these failed vouchers for Groupon credit? I simply want to utilize Groupon funds for future transactions.

I purchased a three pack of custom blankets from PrinterPix on Groupon advertised as 60”x80”, but I received blankets sized 50”x60”. Despite providing evidence of my purchase with a screenshot, PrinterPix has not responded to my inquiries for several weeks. The product listing has now been altered to show the smaller size. This error was not on my part, and I am dissatisfied with the situation. I expected to receive what I paid for - the 60”x80” blankets as originally specified in my order confirmation.

I recently bought Four Hours of House Cleaning from Eco-Way Cleaning & Organizing Solutions. I reached out to schedule an appointment, but they mentioned that I am outside their service area. I wanted to trade in the service for credit towards another product or service, but the option to do so is not available when I check my voucher. I purchased a Groupon deal for Sam's Club for $30 but have yet to receive the gift cards promised. Sam's Club denies offering gift cards and suggests contacting Groupon. When I reach out to Groupon, they advise contacting Sam's Club. After spending two hours on the phone today with no resolution, I am frustrated. I've tried emailing, calling, and texting Sam's Club. When I access customer support through Groupon for assistance, clicking on the Sam's Club Groupon link leads to no solution. Any help would be appreciated.

I purchased Bronx Zoo Lights tickets a few hours before my visit but experienced issues with them at the gate. Both the app and the site indicated that my order was still processing even though I had a confirmation page confirming payment over 3 hours prior. This delay was unusual for me as tickets typically load quickly. To enter the zoo, I had to buy tickets directly at the gate, so I am requesting a refund for the tickets I initially purchased through Groupon.

I have purchased three pillow covers - one for a girl and two for boys. I have been trying to resolve this issue for over two months with no success. The invoice does not show the girl's picture, which should be of a little black girl with two puffs in her hair. One set of the boys' pillow covers should feature a black little boy with a basketball, and the other should depict a black little boy with a baseball.
