I am extremely frustrated with the recent experience I had with a Groupon. Today at SAM'S CLUB, I encountered an issue with a redemption code not working, and I was informed that the deal did not include the 4 free items I expected. I am requesting a refund due to the inconvenience of dealing with inaccurate information once again. I am dissatisfied with the customer service that had me waiting on hold for over 30 minutes and eventually redirected me elsewhere without providing a resolution. The lack of a contact phone number is also disappointing. This level of service does not reflect what I have come to expect from Groupon, and I am considering reporting this incident.

I recently booked a hotel room for two people but was surprised to learn upon contacting the hotel that they do not allow children under 18. It would have been helpful to know this information before booking, as my daughter was meant to receive this as a Christmas gift. I have spoken to the hotel, and they have kindly agreed to cancel the booking. It is essential for groups to clearly display such important details upfront. Please, could someone reach out to me to arrange a refund since I only just discovered this restriction in the fine print of the confirmation? It seems unfair to discriminate against children in this manner. Perhaps the accommodation should specify that it is an adults-only hotel in their listing. Thank you. - Roshmi Roy

I attempted to purchase a Sam's Club membership and mistakenly ended up making two purchases. I have spent two hours trying to resolve this with a Sam's Club representative to no avail. They directed me to contact you for assistance. I received two email confirmations for the memberships, but I did not authorize any credit card charges. Sam's Club mentioned that one of the memberships would be a renewal due to my previous membership with them. This situation has been quite frustrating for me, unlike a recent Groupon purchase that went smoothly. Can you please help me get both membership purchases refunded?

Today on 12/7, I bought 2 vouchers for Two Silver or Bronze Custom Monogrammed Lockets. When I tried to redeem the code from Groupon on the website, I kept getting an error saying to enter a valid discount code or gift card. I made sure to enter the code correctly three times, but the same message kept appearing. I really need to get these items soon as Christmas gifts. I purchased a massage for my son's birthday. Unfortunately, due to various setbacks, he was unable to use it. After finally being able to schedule an appointment, there was a mix-up, and the booking wasn't saved. When I tried to reschedule, I was informed of a long waiting period. Upon suggesting December dates, the therapist sensed my frustration and declined to schedule an appointment, advising me to seek a refund through you.

Last month, I bought the Groupon Select subscription, intending to use it just for November. I was surprised to see a charge on December 6 for the next month without being asked if I wanted to continue. I find it unsettling that the payment was automatically deducted without my consent. We booked a room at Pointe Hilton in Phoenix, Arizona using Groupon. Unfortunately, the hotel's location was not as nice as we had hoped. The room we reserved, the Mountain View king, was disappointing compared to the pictures online. Within an hour of arrival, a neighbor's behavior made us extremely uncomfortable. This situation triggered my anxiety, and I feared for our safety throughout our short stay. We had to leave due to these concerns. It would be appreciated if a refund could be arranged considering the circumstances. The experience left us unsettled, and we were unable to address this directly with the front desk due to a long wait. I believe trusting my instincts was essential in this situation.

I paid $90 for admission to Bok Tower Gardens, which included a tour, specifically for today. Upon arriving at the park, I was informed that my Groupon ticket was blacked out for the day. I had to pay an additional $75 at the gate for the same ticket. There was no indication on Groupon or the park's website that these tickets couldn't be used on the day I selected. I am unable to return to the park and have already seen everything. I am also working and do not have the time to revisit. Your website states refunds can be issued if requested within 3 days, and it has only been a day since my visit. Thank you, R. McDaniel.

Hello, I'm Trinity J., a Groupon customer. I bought a custom blanket on the Groupon app, and during checkout, I was charged for shipping as expected. However, I was also charged $3.99 for sales tax and an additional $22. I attempted to buy zoo tickets for 2 adults, but my credit card company declined the transaction. After contacting them, they approved the purchase. However, I have been charged for all 4 adult tickets instead of the 2 I needed. Can you please refund 2 of the adult tickets? I bought 3 packs of thermal socks with order number #1[redacted]12-[redacted]. I contacted customer service last week because my order has not arrived yet, and the tracking information shows it was processed on 25/11. I intended to include these socks in bags for the homeless. Since I can't wait any longer for the goods, I would like a refund of £52.96 so I can purchase them elsewhere. For my birthday, my grandpa got me a Groupon for "Fx Styles Hair Salon" for a full color and cut package for $60. However, when I went to redeem it, the stylist said I needed to pay extra for the dye because my hair was too thick, which wasn't on the Groupon. She also mentioned that I couldn't get all-over color as it wasn't specified in the Groupon, which only listed color, highlights, or balayage with a cut. She was impolite and unprofessional during my visit. Despite my attempt to show her the Groupon terms, she made me pay more due to my hair thickness and didn't honor the Groupon deal. I ended up spending an extra $75, which was unacceptable. When I returned, my hair color had faded quickly. The stylist's response was that it would fade fast due to washing and shampoo used. Even as a semi-permanent color, it should have lasted longer. She had the audacity to discuss additional charges rather than addressing my dissatisfaction. I am frustrated that my birthday gift ended up costing me more and feel deceived. The lack of care or resolution from the stylist has left me with regrets and looking for a new salon.

I accidentally ordered duplicates of everything I purchased last night while trying to use my Groupon bucks. Originally, I thought I had received the bucks, but it turned out I had repurchased the same $44 mattress deal. The customer service representative I spoke to last night only canceled one item, so I still have the mattress, two blood pressure cuffs, and Mena jogging pants in my orders. Despite my attempts to cancel myself, the items remained this morning. Another agent confirmed I have Groupon credit and updated my email due to hacking issues. However, after the email change, I couldn't log in as the system didn't recognize my new email. I suspect the hackers tampered with my new password. I bought a Sam's Club membership first with a credit card, but it was pending so I canceled it. Then I tried again with PayPal, it said the purchase was successful, but I received an email saying the order couldn't be processed. Lastly, I used another credit card, it said the purchase was successful, but I got another email saying the order couldn't be processed. I still want to buy the membership; I just want to ensure that you didn't charge my account.

I am disappointed with the service I received. My recent purchase for my sister-in-law's birthday was ordered a week and a half before Black Friday to avoid any delays. However, the delivery took three weeks instead of the promised three days. When the package finally arrived, it was poorly packaged, and all the scrunchies inside fell out when I handed it to her. The constantly changing delivery dates and the rushed packaging have left me unimpressed. I am seeking a refund and may reconsider future purchases from this company unless my concerns are addressed and resolved appropriately. Thank you.

I am looking to buy an item through Groupon as a gift for someone in another state. I don't want the recipient to see the price or receive a receipt with the package. When I've ordered items to my address before, they always came with a receipt showing the price. I want to make sure the price is not displayed when I send this item as a gift. Can anyone advise on how this works?

While trying to purchase a certificate for a "Put Me In The Story" book, I encountered an issue where I was locked out of the website due to supposed unusual activity in my Groupon account. After receiving an email informing me that my billing information was removed and my password reset, I followed the instructions to reset my password but was met with an error message saying to try again later.
