Hello, I have a reservation at Hotel Indigo for tonight (6th of December). Unfortunately, my boyfriend is unwell, and I need to reschedule for another weekend in December. When I called the hotel, they advised me to contact Groupon for assistance. I hope you can help me as I prefer to reschedule rather than cancel my booking. Thank you for your understanding.

I saved my voucher for a special occasion to celebrate my 5-year post breast cancer milestone with my sister visiting from NZ. I used [redacted] to buy 2 Rebounderz Groupons. It has been over 12 hours, and my order is still stuck on processing. I never faced this issue with Groupons in the past, and I used the same credit card for this purchase. This Groupon is for my son's birthday, and it would be great to have it on time. I haven't received any emails with the Groupon barcode either. I even updated my credit card information. Can someone assist me with this situation?

Good morning! I bought a Sam's Club membership for $30, took it to customer service, and found out it was still active due to auto-renewal. They advised me to request a refund for the membership. I attempted to purchase concert tickets five times - four times on my own account and once using a friend's account. Despite regularly using Groupon without any problems, I received emails indicating that the transactions were unsuccessful due to payment information issues. To troubleshoot, I removed and re-entered my card details, but the problem persists. Strangely, my bank shows all five transactions as pending. How can I resolve this and secure the tickets?

I need assistance with my situation. I've tried requesting a call back multiple times at [redacted] but haven't received any response. Concerned about unauthorized purchases being made with my card on Groupon, I'm considering reaching out to consumer affairs. I am not receiving emails regarding these purchases, only a text notification from my Visa company. I haven't received any emails or order numbers from Groupon, so receiving further information only via my Cash App Visa card is confusing.

I bought a Groupon deal for a one-hour massage priced at $35 near Salt Lake as a gift for "Braxton Tanner." I signed in as a guest on the website and entered my email ([redacted]) both as the buyer and recipient to have the email look nice, but the Groupon did not arrive in my inbox. I didn't get charged initially, so I got a different 45-minute massage in Provo through my mom's Groupon account to avoid any issues. However, three days later, my card was charged $35 for the first purchase that I never received. I still haven't received the Groupon email and I cannot access the guest account to refund the purchase. I am tight on money as a teenager during the holiday season and would like a full refund. I placed an order for a Serrano ham on October 31. I was told I'd be notified once it was shipped and wouldn't need to do anything more. Today, I got an email asking for feedback on a service I haven't received. After contacting Groupon, Mark mentioned that it was returned to the supplier on Nov 25. He said he would investigate, but this doesn't help as I still haven't received the ham. It's frustrating to see the same item still being sold when I've been waiting for weeks with no refund or explanation. This has been a disappointing experience.

Hello, I wanted to share my experience with a recent purchase I made on November 17, [redacted]. I bought 2 fleece blankets from Canvasonsale.com through Groupon. When the package arrived on November 29th, [redacted], I was disappointed with the poor quality of the blankets. The material was thin and not fleece-like, the cuts were uneven, and the stitching was coming undone. I have attempted to reach out to the company via several emails, but the responses I have received were automated and did not address my concerns. I am seeking a refund of $10.99 for the blankets as the quality is subpar with uneven cuts and unraveling stitching. My package was sent to the wrong address. I had updated the delivery address from Hollywood to Fort Lauderdale before it was shipped, but it appears to still be headed to [redacted] Grant Street, Hollywood. On November 29th, I placed an order through Groupon, but there was an issue with one item. After contacting customer service, they decided to cancel my entire order and provided me with $48 in Groupon credits. I then placed a new order, paying through PayPal. I received an email confirming that the payment for the original order was being refunded. However, now I am receiving duplicate items as two of everything seem to be on their way. On December 2nd, I placed an order, #1[redacted]44-[redacted], for multiple items. Unfortunately, I accidentally confirmed the order before updating my new payment card details. I expected an email regarding the payment issue, which I promptly responded to by updating my card information. However, only one item was sent to me, and I was charged for shipping. The original order total was $68.65, and upon reviewing my account, I noticed that the other items were refunded. I would not have ordered the single item and paid for shipping separately. If one item was approved for shipment, I believe the others should have been as well. I am seeking clarification on this issue and a refund for the shipped item if the remaining items cannot be fulfilled at the same cost, along with free shipping for the entire order.

Yesterday, on December 5th, [redacted], I attempted to buy a service at Studio 54 Hair using the Groupon code "Festive50." However, I received an error message stating that the code had already been used. The day before, I had attempted the purchase, but an old credit card was stored in the system, creating confusion. I have never used this Groupon before, so this situation is frustrating, especially now that the Groupon has expired. I attempted to buy a Groupon from Studio 54 Hair on 12/4 for a full color cut and style with the festive 50 Groupon. However, I received an error message stating an invalid credit card. The next day, on 12/5, when I tried to purchase the same Groupon, I was informed that it had exceeded the number of uses and was unable to process the transaction. Now, the Groupon has expired, and I haven't been able to make any purchases. This situation is incredibly frustrating and unclear to me. On October 2, I purchased a Costco Card with a $20 gift card through Groupon. I have not received a voucher number or any communication from Groupon. I made a $60 payment with my Visa card on that day. This is my second email as I did not receive a response to the first one.
