I purchased a moving service from Eagle company on Groupon for $[redacted]. I paid on November 20th, but unfortunately, I never received the service due to miscommunication. I tried to cancel on November 21st, but the refund was not issued by the company. Despite my attempts to cancel the next day, Eagle company still charged my card $[redacted] through Groupon. I have since filed a claim with my bank.

I would like to inquire about how to leave a review for the vendor Cavi Lipo Co in East Northport, NY. The owner, Caryn, deposited five checks into her bank account that I had already paid, resulting in multiple insufficient fund charges for me. Despite my attempts to contact her, she has not responded. Since I started with her in [redacted], she had advised me not to purchase through Groupon directly to avoid their fees. This caused her to double charge me by depositing the checks again, totaling $[redacted] plus fees. I am a widow and feel taken advantage of. I have evidence that she had already cashed three of these checks in [redacted]. I would like to escalate this to Groupon's management to prevent further customers from being deceived. I purchased a Groupon voucher for three 80" x 60" fleece blankets from Printerpix. However, when I tried to place my order, the code I received was for smaller blankets, and I was being asked to pay $35 each for the larger ones I had already paid for. Despite reaching out to Printerpix support multiple times over three weeks, my emails have gone unanswered since November 30. While I suggested they issue a new voucher for me to place the correct order, they requested I pay the shipping costs and promised to order for me, which they have failed to do. At this point, I simply want a refund of $70.99.

I recently bought tickets for the Marina Sunset Cruise. When I tried to book the reservation, they informed me that the date I wanted wasn't available. I agreed to a different date but later found out the reservation time was different than what I had initially selected. I've been trying to sort this out for three days, and it's quite frustrating as the cruise was meant to be a gift. Despite being promised a resolution, no one has reached out to me. Communication has been primarily through Whatssapp, which is not ideal. This experience has been very disappointing, and I believe a refund is necessary given the lack of professionalism and credibility displayed by this company. This has been unlike any other experience I've had during my time in Dubai. Thank you.

Hello there, I am Britany. I recently purchased a deal on Groupon for four personalized large 60x50 polar fleece blankets on printerpix.com. When I tried to redeem the deal, it did not take me to the website to complete my order, but my Groupon was still used. The order number is [redacted], and I paid $48 plus shipping. I ordered 2 sets of PrinterPix Christmas Cards using vouchers on their website, but the confirmation email I received had errors. I have attempted to reach out to them via Facebook Messenger and phone without success. Although I got a response on Facebook, calling their number during their stated operating hours (9 am to 6 pm EST) results in a message saying they are closed. I have a history of positive experiences with Groupon and would appreciate a refund for this issue.

I am disappointed that Groupon does not offer phone support for customers. A recent issue has arisen that needs to be addressed. I made a purchase on Cyber Monday and updated my credit card to end in [redacted]. However, on Tuesday, I was informed that my [redacted] account did not have enough funds, even though my purchase was charged to my [redacted] card. I later discovered that additional money was withdrawn from my [redacted] account. I have been double charged, totaling around $[redacted]. I request an immediate refund to my [redacted] account. On November 17th, I had planned to take the Jungle Queen dinner cruise using a Groupon deal for 4 people. Unfortunately, the event was canceled due to boat maintenance. I was assured a refund of $[redacted] would be issued. However, I have not received the refund yet. Upon checking, the Groupon shows as redeemed on November 21st, but we never attended the cruise. I was informed that the refund would take approximately 10 days to appear in my account, which has already passed. Kindly process the refund as soon as possible.

Good afternoon, I am writing to address an issue with multiple tickets I purchased for an upcoming event. While checking on the status of the tickets, I accidentally viewed the redemption code for one of the unused tickets. I did not provide this information to the vendor. Upon contacting the vendor, they suggested I request a refund for the unused ticket. The redemption code in question is: MREQRUAP. I am hereby requesting a refund for this particular transaction. I recently purchased a blanket and encountered issues editing the photos for it. After struggling for 3 hours, I managed to upload the pictures, design the blanket, and proceed to checkout. The total should have been $0 as I used a Groupon, but was unexpectedly charged around $20 for shipping. Frustrated but determined to complete the order, I reluctantly entered my billing and card information multiple times, only to have the process fail and prompt me to try again later. Feeling like a victim of a possible scam, I attempted to contact the merchant to no avail, as they were closed in the early afternoon. At this point, I am seeking a refund for the unsuccessful transaction.

I received two packages from Groupon which I never ordered, and I have not opened them. I am seeking assistance in addressing this issue as I did not authorize these purchases. I will be returning them to the post office as "return to sender." Despite not placing an order, my checking account was charged $40.83 and $63.77 for these items. I am unsure of the contents of the packages and would like a refund for the unauthorized charges. I believe the orders were made while I was visiting my son in Utah for five months, and I returned home to Phoenix to discover these unexpected deliveries. I have received the incorrect order for the second time in two days. I did not order the KitchenAid measuring bowls; instead, I ordered pots and pans. Moreover, I received two Donald Trump coins when I only ordered one. The order confirmation indicates only one coin, so I am concerned about being charged for two. I hope there are no charges for the unwanted items. Where are the pots and pans that I actually ordered? I am frustrated by the lack of phone support for issue resolution. I purchased a Groupon for 6 i-Lipo sessions at $[redacted] with Order Number [redacted]. When I went to redeem it, I was informed it was for new customers only, even though this was not specified on the Groupon. This experience was embarrassing and upsetting, leading me to request a refund to my credit card, not Groupon credit. While visiting Utah with my son, two packages from Groupon were delivered to my home in Phoenix, even though I did not order them. When I returned, my checking account was charged for the items, and I have been unable to reach anyone at Groupon regarding the issue. I purchased an airport parking Groupon, as I have done before, without realizing a reservation was required this time. Despite not making a reservation, I parked at the location. I was informed by the manager and another employee that I would receive a full refund when the Groupon expired, leading me to not use or return it. I purchased two Groupons for Monogramhub and mistakenly used the same code for both orders. Monogramhub sent me an email stating that one order was processed while the other is on hold until I provide the correct code. Unfortunately, I am unable to access the Groupon voucher to retrieve the code as it appears redeemed. Can someone assist me in obtaining the two codes, please?

I attempted to redeem the Therabox voucher using the code provided, but it was not accepted. Therabox customer service instructed me to mark the voucher as redeemed and submit a screenshot as proof. Despite following these instructions promptly, I have yet to receive any further guidance on how to proceed with redeeming the voucher for merchandise. This situation has left me feeling frustrated with both Groupon and Therabox. I am requesting a refund of $29.99 due to the unresolved issue. I have retained copies of the email correspondence, including the screenshot provided to Therabox.

I'm new to using Groupon and recently purchased a deal for collage mugs on Printerpix. The voucher number is 8MEEM6DT6UB. While on the website trying to upload my pictures from my downloads/picture gallery, I accidentally backed out due to using a touchy tablet. I've unintentionally marked my voucher as redeemed. I purchased two Fleece jackets, but only received one. I notified Groupon via email that my item was delivered, but have not received a response. The quality of the item I did receive is poor, so I would like to return it. I am requesting Groupon to track the missing jacket. Additionally, I ordered a durable black garbage bin, but it is not as sturdy as described. I would like a free return label to send back both items as outlined in the return policy.
