Hello. Ok. First of all it is super annoying that you guys don't resolve things by phone...just do you don't have to hear our dismay. I purchased a Groupon for * I lipo sessions. It was ***.**. Order number **********. I called and said I had a Groupon and they had my name on file because I had been there maybe * years ago. I drove all the way there for them to refuse it. Saying it was for new customers only but it said nothing of the sort about that on Groupon. I was embarrassed and pissed off. I have no desire to go back. To that end I demand a refund. NOT GROUPON BUCKS. I WASTED TIME, GAS, MONEY. I AM NOT A FOOL. I SHOP ON GROUPON ALL THE TIME AND ****** ATTITUDES OR COMPANIES THAT GO OUT OF BUSINESS I DONT TOLERATE. I WANT MY CREDIT CARD refunded. I am so not amused being treated like I'm a thief or sneak. Refund my credit card. Do not give me the run around. I have been more than clear with this email. I need this resolved in a timely manner and without any other issue or question about my motives and asking questions in back and forth emails.
