I'm disappointed that my coupon expired without receiving any reminder. I'm looking for a solution since the service is now asking for an additional $22 to redeem it late. I'm hesitant to pay full price for a manicure that I wasn't able to use on time. The limited available appointments make it difficult to schedule a time that suits me. Hello, My partner and I purchased two separate Groupons for Dako Indian restaurant. When we visited on Saturday, November 16, the day the first voucher was set to expire, we discovered that the restaurant was closed for renovations. It had indicated that it would reopen in October, but as of our visit in November, it remained closed. It appears that the restaurant might have gone out of business, which is unfortunate as we had enjoyed dining there even without using a Groupon.

Hello, I purchased 2 ADOGO Pet Boarding Groupons on November 14, [redacted] with an order number of #[redacted]. Yesterday, I brought our dogs in for a temperament assessment, and unfortunately, they indicated that one of our dogs did not pass. A passing temperament assessment is a prerequisite for booking a boarding reservation. Given the situation, they declined to accommodate the dog. When I inquired about a refund for the Groupons, the manager directed me to contact Groupon for assistance. Therefore, I am reaching out to you now. Thank you.

I made a purchase on Groupon two days ago. However, I received an email stating they couldn't process my payment. Upon reviewing my order, I realized I mistakenly ordered two items instead of one, which caused the payment to be too high for my checking account. I contacted Groupon by email, explaining the situation and requesting to change my order. They replied that they would contact me within 24 hours, but in the meantime, they attempted to withdraw the payment from my account again.

I recently made a purchase on Groupon after a long period of not using the site. My order total was $[redacted].44 for a comforter set, mattress cover, crossbody purse, and sheet set over the weekend. However, when I checked on Monday morning, I noticed three additional items were added to my order without my consent, costing $75.59, $21.59, and $19.43. I immediately contacted my bank to report these unauthorized charges and requested a new card as a precaution. If the additional items have not been shipped yet, please refrain from sending them as they were not ordered by me and are considered fraudulent transactions. On November 14, [redacted], I bought 2 Groupon dog boarding packages for ADOGO MSP with order #[redacted] for a total of $[redacted].40 after the discount. The boarding required a temperament evaluation at an ADOGO facility. We took our 2 dogs to the Maple Grove MN location on December 3rd for the evaluation. Following the assessment, ADOGO informed us that one of our dogs did not pass. We brought our dogs back home and inquired about a refund for the Groupon. A manager at the ADOGO MSP facility called me today and advised me to contact Groupon for the refund. Therefore, I am reaching out to you for further assistance.

I have had two orders that I paid for in the past few months and have not received. I am not happy about this. The status just says "in transit." One order was for a set of 3 bras for £8 and the other for a glow pad for £12. I am requesting a full refund as this situation is unacceptable. If I do not receive my refund, I will contact the ombudsman. I have never encountered this issue with eBay. I am awaiting your response regarding my £22 refund and will refrain from making any future purchases.

I bought 5 Go Las Vegas voucher passes on December 3. Unfortunately, the main show we planned to attend is fully booked. I reached out to Go City for a refund per their website policy, which promises a full refund within 30 days of purchase. However, they informed me that since it was bought through a third party (Groupon), they couldn't process the refund. They suggested contacting Groupon for assistance.

I have attempted three times without success to redeem two Groupons for the Scottsdale Wine Fest on December 7th. I have reached out to Groupon for help, but the provided explanations did not resolve the issue. The redemption codes are #CYHWQBBV (Groupon #LG-TYS9-Z6BG-GITR-KSW) and #HTSBUJZM (Groupon #LG-K4H4-HH2P-J9FK-LLBV). I have encountered two problems: 1) I am unable to validate the event this weekend and 2) I am undergoing wisdom tooth extraction tomorrow and cannot consume food or drink for 48 hours, which means I will be unable to enjoy the wine. I purchased three facials to book for January 31st based on the Groupon terms of use mentioning availability from Monday to Thursday excluding Federal holidays. Despite confirming open slots, the spa refused to honor the agreed-upon price, claiming it was within their discretion. This resulted in a change of plans for my mother-in-law's flight and the cancellation of a $[redacted] room reservation. Due to the establishment not adhering to the stated conditions, I decided to cancel and seek services elsewhere. The booking number in question is [redacted] for Alvadora Spa. I bought a Groupon for Hetman Grill & Bar - $20 for $40 worth of casual dining on November 14, [redacted]. When trying to use it before it expired, we were turned away because of a private event. I didn't know about any blackout dates when I got the Groupon. I'd appreciate being able to exchange this Groupon for a different one, following the terms of the original purchase.

I recently ordered a pillowcase cover from Printerpix.com. I have tried calling their phone number multiple times, but it seems they are not open until 9 am eastern time, which is the same time zone I am in. I have attempted to request a refund, and it indicated that it was refunded, but I am still unable to make any progress. I had to cancel an order with Canvasonsale.com previously due to dissatisfaction and lack of resolution. This experience with Printerpix is disheartening, especially after encountering issues with another company. I have always trusted Groupon for great savings, but this situation is very frustrating, especially since this was intended for Christmas.

I haven't used my Groupon account for a while. I used to be a regular customer until I had some negative experiences with two merchants I gave my Groupons to. Unfortunately, I fell ill and couldn't use the vouchers before they expired. Now, I'm attempting to redeem the $10 value from the expired Groupons, but I can't find the massage vouchers I purchased. They don't appear to be in my account, and when I tried to use the $10 at Norma's, it wasn't accepted. I would appreciate a call to assist me in either using my expired Groupons or converting them into Groupon Bucks for future use. Thank you.

I bought a Groupon (Order # [redacted]) for four personalized serving boards but I'm having trouble placing the order. I reached out to Qualtry and they asked for a voucher code, but the instructions didn't provide one. When I clicked redeem, it was supposed to direct me to the Qualtry website and add the voucher automatically. I need assistance with this issue and a voucher code since Qualtry is unable to help without it.

I purchased a Groupon for front and back brakes to be done on my car. When I called the shop, they said the Groupon was accepted for the brakes. However, when I arrived, they informed me it was not valid for the back brakes. I specifically need the back brakes done and only bought the Groupon because it mentioned both front and back brakes. I spoke with Will at the shop, and also communicated with a live person from Groupon support, but they mentioned that they can only offer me a Groupon credit, not a refund. I prefer a refund over a credit so that I can proceed with getting my brakes fixed.

I recently purchased a service from Posh Lash Nail Salon in Pikesville, Maryland. Upon arriving at the location as a walk-in customer, I discovered appointments were required. I was unimpressed by the salon's atmosphere and the staff's lack of friendliness. I contacted the technician to schedule an appointment but have not received the appointment book as promised. I have since decided not to proceed with the service and attempted to request a refund through the app, but encountered difficulties. I am seeking assistance to facilitate the refund process. Despite this experience, I am still interested in using their services for something else in the future.

Hello, I am reaching out to Groupon regarding an undelivered order. The package, shipped via FedEx with a provided confirmation code, was a refurbished MacBook Air laptop ordered on November 29th. Despite being home and attentive on December 4th at 3:17 pm, when it was allegedly delivered, I did not receive it. After contacting both my complex's security and FedEx, no package was found at my door or the leasing office. I have been given a case number by FedEx and am awaiting a follow-up call. I am frustrated and hopeful for a resolution or the discovery of my missing laptop, as it was a substantial purchase. I will update Groupon on the outcome once I hear back from FedEx. Thank you.

Hello, I received the charcoal throw that I ordered yesterday. The delivery was made by Yodel. The driver informed me that he left the package in an outbuilding outside my house. However, the front of my house was locked, and my back garden was also secured, so I couldn't locate the parcel. I checked with my neighbors, but no one had taken it in. I have reached out to Yodel and am currently waiting for a phone call today to determine the location where the driver left the parcel. I believe I should have been asked to sign for the delivery. I accidentally bought two vouchers on the Groupon app. The screen may have been active in my pocket, leading to the unintended purchases. As the purchases are from Japan, I can't reach English-speaking customer service. Moreover, my account is linked to a different email via Facebook, which I no longer have access to. My Groupon account is associated with [redacted], and the vouchers are for LOKAHI ~ Nail & Bodycare ~ and i + toe.
