Hello, I recently noticed a charge of $13.67 from Groupon on my debit card today. While I am a frequent Groupon user, I do not recognize this particular charge. I have checked my past orders and cannot find any purchase matching this amount. I would like to inquire if it is possible to trace the purchase made with the debit card ending in [redacted], as I am unsure of its origin. I bought a Groupon for car detailing from King's Superior Auto Detailing for $88. I tried calling multiple times to make an appointment, but no one ever answered. I left several messages but never received a callback from the listed number. Unfortunately, I can't find my printout with the Groupon number, but it was purchased by Georgia A D. at 31 New Fawn Ct, Safety Harbor, FL [redacted]. My phone number is [redacted] and email is [redacted] I got the Groupon through an exchange with Auto Detailing cars by Carlos over the phone in September or October. I recently ordered Hello Fresh for a two-week plan, but I was very disappointed. The food arrived in a wet, damp box and didn't suit my taste at all. I received my order today, the boots I ordered in size 8 UK turned out to be size 7 when I couldn't get them on. I used to sell shoes and know that a 7 UK should correspond to a 41, not an 8 UK. This is the first time I've been disappointed with Groupon, as I've ordered many items before without any issues. I will need to return the parcel, something I've never had to do before.

I purchased two packs of window curtains listed as 'taupe' on Groupon for my new apartment. However, when I received them, they were not taupe as described but had a shiny, gold appearance instead. This doesn't match my decor at all, and I need taupe curtains. Since the curtains were marked as final sale, I'm requesting an exception due to the mismatch. I'm currently in the middle of a costly move and cannot afford to keep an item that doesn't fit my needs. I would like a full refund or Groupon credit if a refund isn't feasible. I placed an order for my iPhone on November 4th through Groupon #[redacted], and it's currently held up in Ohio according to the FedEx website. My past experiences with Groupon, unless it's a gift card with a barcode for Three Bears Lodge, have not been positive. I find that when ordering physical items, it takes over a month to receive them, if they arrive at all. Waiting for a month seems excessively long. I'm curious to know why Groupon's shipping takes so long or if they should consider using a different carrier instead of FedEx. Best regards,

I attended the Victorian Country Christmas event in Puyallup recently, but when I tried to purchase tickets, my credit card was declined due to inputting the wrong number. Consequently, I had to proceed as a guest using another credit card. However, I have been bombarded with daily emails from Groupon urging me to update my payment information or risk having the payment re-attempted with my Visa. I have attempted to cancel the two transactions associated with this purchase, but I am unable to locate that option. The email address listed in this message is the same one linked to my account.

I have been attempting to reach your team for two and a half months now, and I am frustrated with the lack of response. I urgently need to speak with a representative over the phone to address my ongoing issue. Despite contacting someone in September, my problem remains unresolved as we approach December. The seller of the voucher I purchased is threatening to involve legal authorities because you are unreachable by phone. This situation is incredibly distressing, and I hope to find a resolution soon.

While shopping, my iPhone glitched and accidentally sent my unreviewed order to checkout instead of adding items to my cart as intended. I was in the middle of sorting through items. How do I cancel the order processing and return the items to my cart? Additionally, I need to update the credit card information to a new number and was thinking about joining the select program. I placed my carpet cleaning order 30 minutes ago. I called to schedule an appointment this week, but they have no availability for months. I want to cancel the voucher, but I'm unsure about the refund policy. I haven't received any service. I need another carpet cleaning company that is available this week. I paid upfront and would like a full refund of the $30. If not, I'll have to dispute the charge with my bank. It's not acceptable to be charged for a service I can't use. I hope for a professional resolution and a refund.

I purchased the Allure coupon to use during the holidays when my sister was in town. I knew it would be closed on Thanksgiving, but I didn't see any information online about it being closed on Friday and Saturday. This led to two unnecessary trips to Brooklyn, which was inconvenient. Now that my sister has gone back home, I have no need for the coupons. I just wish that Groupon or the salon had provided accurate hours to avoid this situation. Have a great day!

I have several expired Groupons, with some in a different state. Anything expired in [redacted] and earlier is in NY and cannot be used. I would like to know if it's possible to get a refund for those. I am willing to use the balance of most Groupons and would appreciate getting as much back as possible to spend on Groupon today. Specifically, I would like the amount I paid for the Pampered Wilderness Groupon to be refunded as Groupon credits.
