Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-mahwishh's own words
I had bought the Allure coupon to go during the holidays because my sister was visiting from out of town. I understood it would be closed on Thanksgiving but I checked their hours online and there was no mention of the salon being closed on Friday and Saturday. I had to make two trips to Brooklyn and that was way out of my way and very inconvenient. My sister has left and I no longer have any use for the coupons. I wish Groupon and*or the salon notified its customers with accurate hours. I hope you understand. **Have a nice day!
