I have tried to cancel my mailing membership two or three times, but you keep charging my credit card for it. Even after I canceled in September, I'm still getting charged. I've had issues with missing voucher numbers for orders, resulting in losing $[redacted] worth of products I wanted to give as gifts. I've been unable to reach anyone for assistance. Please stop charging me for the shipping club and cancel my membership immediately. I will document my request again for my credit card company. If this issue persists, I will contact the Better Business Bureau. I am frustrated with this situation and will share my experience on social media to warn others. Cancel my mailing club membership as soon as possible. Thank you. - MBE

I placed multiple orders for the Nest x Yale lock in oil rubbed bronze as I was experiencing credit card difficulties with one of my cards. I wish to buy 2 locks in the same color and finish. Unfortunately, when I tried with the correct card, the system showed the locks were out of stock. It seems the system counted my previous orders, even though my credit card transactions did not go through. Consequently, I could only order 1 lock successfully. I want to buy an additional duplicate lock.

While browsing through Groupon, I intended to input my credit card information. However, I was unexpectedly prompted to join Groupon Select, which I later discovered was Groupon Plus. Despite my attempt to exit the screen, the only option visible was to sign up and proceed. Inadvertently, I clicked the option in an attempt to close it. Now, I am informed that my membership will be active for the next 6 months, with a charge of $5 per month until June. This is not feasible for me as I am currently unemployed. I did not intentionally sign up for this membership and would like assistance in completely removing it. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I need to update the shipping address for my order. I recently moved in March, and I mistakenly provided my old address when placing the order. I used a Groupon deal for six sessions of laser hair removal on an extra-large area, totaling $[redacted]. I placed my order last night at around 10 p.m. However, the status is still showing as processing or order in progress. When checking out, it mentioned to contact customer service if the order hasn't processed within two hours. I purchased two Wine Insider gifts. One included 15 international red and white wines, and the other had 12 premium red and white staff picks. I successfully redeemed the voucher for the international wines, but when I tried to redeem the other, it showed as already redeemed. I contacted Wine Insiders, and they confirmed my order for the 15 international wines. I paid for both gifts but only received confirmation for one. I've been trying to reach them via phone without success. I can't afford to lose money on this. I need assistance in cancelling the 12 staff picked wines. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I'm David Oster. I bought a facial gift for my girlfriend from Botanical Beauty. The owner redeemed the Groupon on December 1st, and my girlfriend had an appointment for today at 10 a.m. However, the owner tried to reschedule it to the 13th due to equipment issues, even while my girlfriend was waiting. This seems to be a common problem based on reviews, with customers being rescheduled repeatedly. I purchased a Groupon in August for a manicure and pedicure at Pink Lipstick on Yonge Street. When I called to schedule an appointment on November 12th, no one answered, so I didn't leave a message. Later, I received a call from Said K. from Pink Lipstick, who scheduled me for November 28th at 3 pm. When I arrived, the salon was empty, and after some confusion, I found out my appointment was cancelled because I didn't provide my voucher number. Despite not being notified about this requirement earlier, the owner was unhelpful and even misled me about their closure on Thursdays. Feeling mistreated, I left without getting the services. I now seek a refund for the Groupon due to the poor customer service and lack of transparency from the salon's owner.

I recently bought 3 Bio Bidets after discussing with three agents. One agent offered me a 25% discount but asked for my credit card details to place the order, leaving me uneasy when the chat suddenly ended. Despite this, I proceeded with the purchase. However, even after updating my address on Groupon due to a recent move, the order confirmation still showed my old address for shipping. Hello. I am extremely disappointed with my recent order experience. I made a purchase on November 30, [redacted], with Order number [redacted]. Unfortunately, I only received one coat instead of both that I ordered. Upon reviewing my checking account, I noticed that $99 and an additional $49 are being held. The second coat is not supposed to be delivered until December 10th. I am confused and frustrated with the lack of clear communication and access to customer service. I recently saw a Groupon deal for mini golf and accidentally bought it without realizing. I am unsure how to request a refund back to my Discover card for this purchase. I purchased a $46.00 Millennial Bowl voucher, but when I tried to use it at Bowlbg Alley, it wouldn't open. My husband managed to open it on his iPhone, and he ended up purchasing two $46.00 vouchers. We redeemed and used both of those vouchers for a party of 14, where 12 guests utilized the vouchers. However, my voucher came through later and charged my account $46.00, which I didn't authorize. I need a refund promptly as today marks the last day to receive one for a local business. I already reached out to the business, and they directed me to contact you for assistance.

I purchased the Sun Valley Flight Center groupon last night and was charged $91. Unfortunately, I haven't received an email with the groupon. I suspect I may have used a different email address during the purchase. I've checked my previous emails without success. I made a purchase on 11/14/[redacted] but haven't received any order or tracking numbers. My credit card was charged without confirmation. When I tried to contact customer service via email, I received an error message. The phone number provided only led me to an automated system trying to sell me other products. I couldn't reach a real person for assistance. A technician I talked to wanted to charge me for help, even though I don't have a computer issue.

I bought tickets for the NYC Winter Lantern Festival at Snug Harbor, Staten Island, NY for Thursday, 12/12/[redacted]. I paid $29.25 but didn't receive an email receipt. I need it as I promised my grandchildren. The payment was taken from my checking account. I'd appreciate it if you could send me a copy of the purchase receipt to my AOL email. I recently noticed a significant charge on my credit card statement and I am unsure of the details. The telephone number provided did not offer any clarity. I intend to inform my credit card company to withhold payment until I can confirm the nature of this charge. Today, I had a busy day with redeeming bonus bucks while returning a couple of Groupons and making new purchases. I am requesting a refund for a Groupon deal for Pro Flowers' $30 delivery. I tried to use the Groupon code on their website, but it was not accepted. I redeemed the code on 12/3 at 7:28, but it did not work on their site, preventing me from placing my order. Kindly process the refund for the Groupon amount promptly. I also suggest that Groupon reconsider partnering with this floral company since my experience with the customer service was unprofessional. They kept transferring me around without resolving the issue and eventually directed me to reach out to Groupon for assistance.

I recently encountered an issue at the company where they claimed there was someone with the same last name as mine but with different first names. I spoke with a helpful lady named Gino. However, another individual there mentioned that I would need to seek a refund from your company since they refused to accept my Groupon. This happened after I completed their paperwork and they confirmed the voucher on my phone. I was led to believe I was going to be a member or use the voucher, but then they abruptly changed their stance, leaving me with the problem. I am quite frustrated and seek compensation for the amount I paid. I know this isn't your fault, but I believe I deserve a refund promptly. The experience with that company was disappointing, to put it frankly.
