Hi,*My name is David Oster, and I purchased a facial for my girlfriend as a gift a while back. Botanical Beauty is the name of the place I purchased. The owner had redeemed the Groupon on the *st of December. My girlfriend was scheduled for this morning at **. The owner had tried pushing it further back (the **th, while my girlfriend waited outside the building) due to apparent equipment failures. From reading the reviews this happens frequently, in fact she keeps rescheduling her customers and pushing it further and further back. I would like to go about the process of receiving a refund. I would love to either speak to someone via phone or live chat.**Thank you
