I purchased a dental Groupon through your service for a trip to Tennessee. I planned to utilize a dental cleaning and x-ray service with Matt Mcgee DDS while in the area. Unfortunately, after checking if appointment slots were available for the week I'll be there, I was informed that there were no openings. I am within the 3-day time frame and would like a refund for the two Groupons I bought, one for myself and another for a guest. I've been attempting to locate the order numbers to expedite the process. I'm unsure whether to cancel them directly via my credit card or if there is another procedure. I purchased two sets of 24-piece unicorn makeup brushes on November 30, [redacted], through Groupon. I have already received all my other Groupon orders, but these brushes are still missing. Despite ordering them before anything else, the website now shows them as unavailable, marked as redeemed, and prevents me from tracking them. I am frustrated as I needed these brushes for an event, which I had to miss out on due to their delay. I have not yet received the brushes and I am requesting either a refund or for the order to be delivered.

I've been attempting to redeem my JLA Distillery voucher, but the codes are not working for the reservation. The voucher expires today, and my husband and I were hoping to book for 11/27. We have been unable to make the reservation, and despite leaving a message with JLA, I haven't received a response. Upon trying again, it says the voicemail box is full. Additionally, there are two pending items on my Groupon account that I did not buy. Please assist me with resolving these issues. Thank you.

I bought TSO tickets for the 3:00 show on 9-7-19, but received tickets for the 7:30 show instead. I only noticed the error after a 2.5-hour drive to Talking Stick Arena. The ticket office couldn't assist due to the Groupon purchase and suggested contacting you. This was a Christmas gift for my husband, so I'm quite disappointed. Hello Groupon Support, I purchased two cooking class vouchers for Greekalicious as an anniversary gift. I purchased a Groupon from Printerpix for [redacted] holiday cards. Today, I attempted to use it and mistakenly entered quantity 1 instead of [redacted]. Despite contacting them immediately after realizing the error and explaining that I used the Groupon and paid $9.99 for shipping for the one card, they informed me they couldn't refund or add the remaining 99 cards to my order without an additional fee and a new shipping charge. When requesting to speak with a manager, I was directed to contact Groupon as they were not willing to assist further.

My friend and I were looking to plan a trip for 6 people. We had some confusion while trying to purchase trips for 4 individuals. After a few days of working on it, we managed to successfully book 4 trips. I accidentally purchased extra trips while figuring out how the process works. I am hoping to get a refund for the additional Ireland trips, except for the 4 departing from Philadelphia. I only intended to book 4 trips and did not make any flight or hotel reservations for the extra ones. We have learned from this experience and will know how to proceed next time. I recently placed an order and then unknowingly clicked on a subscription offer that I'm not interested in. I would like to cancel this subscription as I prefer to make one-time purchases without any recurring charges. My concern is that I don't want any funds deducted from my account on a monthly basis. I did not intend to sign up for the free 6-month offer and simply want to carry on making purchases as usual. The way the subscription offer appeared after I placed my order was misleading, and I prefer straightforward purchasing without any additional subscriptions. This kind of tactic could potentially drive away loyal customers like myself.

I have been attempting, unsuccessfully, to obtain a refund for a voucher I acquired in August. I take partial responsibility for providing an incorrect email address. However, I reached out to Groupon by phone and corrected the email address, providing them with a phone number and requesting an immediate call. Despite this, they did not contact me for three days, resulting in the coupon expiring. Groupon has attempted various tactics to avoid refunding my purchase, with the most recent excuse being that since my credit card company rejected my dispute, Groupon cannot assist further. I advise against engaging with this company - their practices are deceitful.

I purchased a Groupon for services at Clean-Rite Carpet Systems. After discussing with the owner to schedule a cleaning for our wool rugs, he informed me that their system does not cater to wool rugs. On November 18, I placed an order for 3 perfumes, but only 2 have arrived. The missing perfume is the Eau Purfum Juicy Couture Spray. When I check the tracking information, it shows that it is still in transit. While I have received the other two perfumes, I am still waiting on one. I would appreciate it if the missing package could be delivered. I bought a personalized wall calendar from the Groupon app. The listing showed a price of $4 instead of the usual $24.99. When I click on "return item" or "contact this merchant," I am redirected to the order summary instead of the return page, which is different from what I saw in your videos. My father-in-law purchased some Bluetooth wireless headphones, but he is not satisfied with them. The return policy allows for returns within 14 days, which we are still within since they were bought on 11/21 and delivered on 11/27. When attempting to initiate the return process on My Groupons by clicking on the item and selecting 'View Detail' and 'return package,' there seems to be a technical issue. The page keeps looping back to the detail page without providing the option to select the reason for return and obtain the return label. Despite sending two messages seeking assistance, we have not received a response yet.
