Order # [redacted] - Assistance Required I attempted to redeem this voucher at the spa, but they refused it citing "fine print" restrictions. I have tried to reach out to customer support via their app and website, but I am unable to do so because the service claims the spa has already viewed the voucher when I tried to use it for my appointment. As a result, I ended up paying for the voucher and double the amount for the appointment, totaling three times what I should have paid. I placed an order for a Champion Script Logo Varsity Jacket on Groupon, and a shipping label was created on December 3rd. However, the item has not been shipped yet by FedEx, even though it's already December 16th. The order number for this item is 12[redacted]5. I am concerned that the jacket has not been shipped, and I am hoping to receive it before Christmas.

I recently purchased a Groupon for Cozy Housecleaning back in August with the intention of using it as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, I overlooked the expiration date of Nov. 23rd assuming that like other deals, it may still be valid. When I tried to redeem it for the holiday season, it showed as used and expired. I contacted customer service a week and a half ago, and the representative mentioned checking the address where the coupon was used as it was not by me. They advised me to call back in a week, but I have been unable to reach anyone over the phone. I was assured that all relevant information would be documented for another customer service representative to assist. I checked the tracking details for my item and it shows it was delivered on December 5, [redacted]. However, I was home all day and didn't receive any package. My order number is 12[redacted]3. I've been struggling with FedEx to resolve this issue and file a claim for my missing packages. FedEx mentioned they are unable to proceed as they haven't received the necessary information from Groupon. I kindly request a refund of the $[redacted] that was charged. Thank you.

I attempted to contact customer service via phone but was informed through a pre-recorded message that phone support is no longer available. After encountering password issues on the app and not receiving an email to reset it, I am reaching out as a final attempt for assistance. I have been a loyal customer for several years, always purchasing a voucher without any issues. However, this year when trying to utilize my voucher for a 5' tree, I was quoted $80 which seems inflated compared to previous experiences. Upon expressing my concerns to the staff, I felt unwelcome and was given limited information on tree pricing. I even learned from the owner that Groupon sales result in them losing money due to markup. This unexpected situation has left me unable to afford the increased cost of the tree with additional charges. I would appreciate a refund for my Groupon purchase.

On 12/14, I had booked a Christmas cruise departing from New York. The itinerary indicated West Street Pier 40 as the location. Arriving around 8:20pm, I didn't see the cruise there. After speaking with an employee from a different cruise, I was informed that the Santa cruise was actually departing from Pier 15 on the other side of town. I spent $50 on the cruise and $76 on an Uber. I'm requesting a reimbursement. Approximately 10-15 other people were also at Pier 40. Boarding time was at 8:00pm, and departure was scheduled for 9:00pm. I reside in New Jersey.

I bought 2 Miami bus tour tickets for my fiancée and me, but they were invalid when we arrived. We were told they were only usable during the day, with no specified time on the ticket I purchased. I need to return 7 LED Ultrasonic Cool-Mist Essential Oil Aroma Diffusers and Humidifiers within 15 days. I have been attempting to contact customer support for the past five days without success. Additionally, I purchased a Groupon deal for three cutting boards at $13.00, but when trying to place the order, I am being prompted to pay more than the original price. I bought a Groupon for an oil change that expired on 10/22/[redacted]. I called Goodyear the day before the expiration and was told I could get a new code when I was ready to use it, so not to worry about the expiration date. However, I checked my Groupon now as I plan to use it tomorrow and it says it was redeemed on 11/13/[redacted], which is impossible as I was out of town that week. What can be done about this? Order [redacted] for a 28-inch luggage was incorrect. Despite assurances from customer service, the replacement was canceled. Difficulty in reaching customer service added frustration. Requesting the correct item before Christmas as originally requested. Disappointed with the experience and hesitant to use Groupon in the future.

I bought several hooded sherpa blankets. Only one arrived out of the wrapper in a white Groupon bag and appears used. Although it's marked as non-refundable, I don't want a refund but a replacement. I need it before Christmas Eve for gifting, so any color other than blue would be fine, as long as it's new. Thank you, V. Krukowski.

I have not received my product, it's been over 10 days late. Every time I try to chat online, they say to wait for 2 more days then the chat ends abruptly. I called back several times requesting the courier's details and tracking information, but they are unhelpful and won't provide any information. This delay has caused my Christmas present to be useless, extremely disappointed with the poor customer service. Interestingly, my son who lives nearby ordered the same item a day after me and already received it last week, indicating a problem with my order. I paid with PayPal under the name Michael Nunn, order number [redacted]87. The company's refusal to cooperate or offer a replacement is frustrating, simply offering a refund or a post-holiday delivery is not acceptable.

I purchased a Groupon for a Sagamore Spirit Distillery tour for two. To redeem it, I attempted to access the voucher through Sagamore's website booking process. However, upon trying to view my voucher, an error message appeared stating "Groupon is temporarily unavailable. Either because we're updating the site or because someone spilled coffee on it again. We'll be back just as soon as we finish the update or clean up the coffee. Thanks for your patience." I have a deadline to use this Groupon by 1/7/[redacted].

I attempted to buy the full sedan interior and exterior detail at Gerald’s1stclass Autosalon in Levittown, PA for the advertised price of $[redacted].00. I also received an extra 20% discount. Upon checking out, despite entering the code SVJ2L4 from the email with a $10.00 discount valid for 7 days into the "PROMO or GIFT CARD" section, it didn't apply the discount as expected. I ordered a "burrito blanket" from Groupon on December 3rd for my brother's birthday on December 21st. I checked the tracking number on usps and saw that only a label was created on December 4th with no further updates. I spoke to USPS who confirmed they never received the package. I ordered a product through Groupon but it was already sold out before I could place my order. I received an email response from the company suggesting that the Gold and Pink colors for the Power Bank are in stock. It was mentioned that if I want a refund for the out-of-stock item, I can contact Groupon Customer Support for assistance. I will appreciate it if someone can help me with getting a refund. I am experiencing an issue with my order of two necklaces from Groupon. After noticing that the incorrect address was auto-populated, I promptly corrected it. Despite my efforts, Groupon still forwarded the wrong address to the merchant. I contacted Groupon via email to avoid this, but the merchant received the incorrect address. Following this, Groupon claimed to notify the merchant, who then redirected me back to Groupon. Both parties assured me the other would reach out, which has not occurred. I request a complete refund or for the necklaces to be delivered by Friday. I prefer a full refund at this juncture, but I am open to receiving the items as well. -Robert M.

Hello, I received a $30 discount on a Sam's Club membership on November 1. Although the initial transaction did not go through, I attempted it again and it appears that my bank account was charged twice. When I contacted Sam's Club, they could not find any record of the transaction related to Groupon. It seems that Groupon has $60 of mine and I have not received the membership. Additionally, there is an extra $5 charge on my account that I am not familiar with. I would like a refund for the total amount and I am no longer interested in the Sam's Club membership.
