I recently bought 2 vouchers for The Sage Room and used them during dinner on Saturday night. I discovered that only one could be used per visit. Unfortunately, the waiter took both vouchers, so I'm unsure which one was applied to my bill. Could you please check and let me know which voucher is still valid for future use? I have attempted to address my issue multiple times. I purchased a groupon for cleaning as a gift, but my friend was unable to reach the company. After speaking to an agent, I was promised a $83 credit to my account. However, upon buying socks recently, I noticed that the credit was missing. Yesterday, I received an email stating that my voucher had expired and a trade-in option was available. I do not want a trade-in; could you please refund the money to my credit card? I purchased a Groupon deal for the Skin Solutions MD Latisse 5ml kit, 10 weeks. However, when I attempted to redeem my voucher using the code LG-WY5H-FWL4-SZMR-YM54 on the Skin Solutions website, it did not work. I paid $[redacted] for this deal, and my order number is [redacted]. Upon checking my voucher again, I noticed it showed as "redeemed" on December 15th, even though I never redeemed it myself. I would appreciate assistance in either getting a refund or applying the code I purchased towards the Latisse product. Thank you for your help.

On November 16, [redacted], I purchased a year subscription to Sam's Club for $45 using my American Express card. I have been charged for this on my credit card bill, and the order number is 1[redacted]68-[redacted]. The subscription was supposed to include a $10 eGift card and later a $25 eGift card after making a purchase of $25 or more on Sam'sClub.com. Despite this, I have not received any communication or membership materials from Sam's Club, including my membership card or number. I have tried contacting both Sam's Club and Groupon regarding this issue without success. Furthermore, the membership was advertised to include four free items, as indicated on a copy of the purchase confirmation I have. Even though my Groupon account does not display the purchase, I have a printed copy confirming it with the order number provided. If there is an issue, I would appreciate a resolution as soon as possible. I am frustrated with the amount of time I have spent trying to resolve this and would prefer to cancel the subscription and receive a refund of $45 to my American Express card. This experience has deterred me from being a repeat customer with Groupon in the future. Thank you.

On 12/08/19, I made order no.[redacted] but upon receiving it, I realized it was not what I expected. I have been struggling to find a way to return this item. The online system is excessively complex. As a new customer, I was never prompted to create a password when I made the purchase. Today, I received a message requesting one, which I have been unable to set up. The instructions in the letter that came with my order indicated that returning the item would be a simple process. I would greatly appreciate your assistance with this return procedure.

I ordered a unicorn double fleece blush duvet cover, but encountered issues with the delivery and payment. After re-ordering, I noticed duplicate charges of £21 on my bank statement. I would appreciate it if you could cancel any additional orders and refund the duplicate payments promptly. I hope to see both refunds reflected in my account soon. I need to return item order number GG95HTK37C to SS for MN3B. I would like a return label emailed to me at [redacted] today. I'm handicapped, and I don't want to sign up for anything. I keep getting redirected to another site with charges. If I don't hear back soon and get a return label, I will stop using Groupon, and so will my husband right away.

I ordered a modern shaggy rug from Global GmbH in the size 80cm x 150cm in the color ochre. My order was processed on Nov 24, prepared for shipping on Nov 26, and was shipped on the same day. I have been tracking my order for over 2 weeks now, but there has been no delivery. The carrier has provided the tracking number [redacted] and mentioned they are waiting for the delivery as it has been sent to them. Can you please advise me on the status of my delivery? I am wondering if it is still on its way or if I should cancel my order and request a refund, as I believe I have waited long enough.

I purchased the Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls Premium Collection for check-in on December 14th and check-out on December 15th, on December 9th. The listing showed "expired on December 15th" after the purchase was confirmed. When I tried to access the item, I received an error message instructing me to check back later, which I have been doing for days. I have verified my credit card statement and see that I have been charged for an item I couldn't use due to it being labeled as "expired." The charge appeared on my credit card on December 9th, the same day I tried to buy the package. I am requesting a full refund promptly.

Hello, I placed an order and made a payment on November 30th, [redacted], for an emoji collection sheet set. I have not received it yet or received any further details on the shipment. Additionally, I noticed an order for Grande Shores Ocean Resort on June 6, [redacted], in my orders. I did not make this order, and the payment is currently being processed. I bought a massage from Ultimate Wellness Spa in October. I've called multiple times to schedule an appointment but was directed to book online. However, I discovered they only offer appointments for Groupon customers on specific weekdays with no weekend availability and only during early to mid-afternoon hours. As I work until 4:30 pm on weekdays, none of the available times fit my schedule. I'm hoping to cancel my voucher if that's an option. Best regards, D. Huertas

I ordered a specific item for a Christmas present from overseas, expected to arrive by December 6th, which it did not. Now, I am left empty-handed and just want a refund to be processed back to my account. The name on the order is Maynor Hernandez, and it was supposed to be delivered by FedEx to my hotel room since I am out of town for work. Unfortunately, the delivery did not happen. I purchased a voucher from Blossom Threading Spa recently. After reviewing the terms, there doesn't appear to be any restriction on returns. I am looking to return the voucher for a refund of the purchase price. I have seen on the website that there is a 3-day window for cancellations, and I would like to take advantage of that. I recently ordered an ugly 49er sweater from your company, but the size sent was too big. I returned it on 12/9/19 to the Hebron, KY address using tracking number 9[redacted] 1[redacted] [redacted] 06. The sweater arrived back at your warehouse on 12/12/19. I had ordered a medium but received an Xlarge. I hope you have received the return by now, and I am unsure if the replacement has been sent out. It has been challenging to reach out to you, and I would appreciate it if the sweater could be replaced with the correct size. If this cannot be done, please refund the amount to my credit card. I've been trying to reach out for a while now, but unfortunately, no one has gotten back to me. In August, when I attempted to purchase tickets for an aquarium in Florida using my Capital One card, the payment was declined three times. Subsequently, a letter was sent to Capital One stating the purchases were successful, which is not accurate. I would greatly appreciate assistance from someone in your department to resolve this matter.

On December 2nd, [redacted], I placed an order for around 14 items and tried to pay with Cash App. I received a declined message for $[redacted] payment, but later found a $[redacted] charge on my Chase debit card. Additionally, multiple individual charges were made on Cash App simultaneously. Now, I accidentally paid twice, and I have duplicates of all items ordered. I did not intend to spend $[redacted] and do not require all these extras. I seek guidance on how to proceed with this situation.

I bought two Swedish massages from Healing Hands with therapist Diane. It took some time to schedule with her. When I finally went for the first appointment, Diane did not show up. She later explained she had an emergency. We rescheduled, but she missed the second appointment as well. When I called her office, her phone was disconnected. Diane reached out almost a week later. I expressed my frustration and asked for a refund. She told me to contact Groupon for assistance.

I am frustrated because I cannot locate my Groupon account, where I should have a balance of $[redacted].00 refunded for a dinner at the White House Restaurant. Despite the restaurant burning down and promises of reimbursement, I am unable to access the funds. I was attempting to purchase a Spa and Pool Day at Fashion Island Hotel, but even with the $[redacted].00 credit, it prompted me to provide my credit card information unnecessarily. This issue needs urgent resolution.
