I tried to purchase a Groupon for the Bacchanal Buffet at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas on November *th, ****. When first attempting this I got a message saying that the transaction failed. I then tried it several other times, with different cards. As it turned out, the transactions did not fail, in spite of the message that Groupon gave me. The transactions were simply delayed for processing. In the end, I managed to get charged multiple times from Groupon. We returned home to New York on Monday November **th. It was only then that I realized that you approved multiple groupon charges on November *th, which was too late to use any of them. The groupon is good for all of December, but, we will not be there. We were there on vacation. To make matters worse, there are multiple charges for this to my checking and credit card accounts. I need all of these charges wiped out!!! I know your policy says that we should return an approved groupon within * days to get money back. Clearly I didn't know it was approved because I kept on getting messages for failed transactions from Groupon. We ended up paying cash for the buffet. Now I have hundreds of dollars of charges for something that I didn't know got approved until I checked my email when I got home. I want all of my money back!!!
