I was trying to get Groupon to issue a voucher number. ... My order for a Sam's Club groupon was charged to my paypal, but I can't get the voucher - the order page has been stuck on "processing" for almost two hours . A chat did not resolve the issue* I was basically asked (very nicely) to be patient.

Always try to be nice, never be angry or rude. I worked * years in Customer Service at a bank, so I know whereof I speak: it's a very stressful job and the representatives will often bend over backward to assist callers who are nice, polite, calm and patient. There's a very thin line between polite interaction and rudeness* if you step over that line, you cannot go back or un-say regrettable things.
