Good morning, I am writing to address an issue with a massage deal I purchased on Groupon. My name is Tamara, and I bought a $99 voucher for a massage. Upon moving to NY, I selected a salon close to me to redeem the voucher. However, the salon only offered massages in Manhattan and promised a facial at a later time. When I called for a follow-up, I was reassured about redeeming the voucher despite its expiration. Unfortunately, this did not happen. I have not used the voucher and am seeking assistance. I wonder if I could receive a $50 credit for future treatments. I have since moved back to Baltimore and would appreciate resolving this matter. The order number is [redacted]. I am writing to Groupon regarding Dry in 20, a carpet cleaning service I purchased based on positive reviews and a reasonable price. After scheduling an appointment and being repeatedly stood up without any communication or explanations, I am extremely disappointed. Their high rating on Groupon contradicts their terrible reviews on Google. I am now unable to trade my voucher for a more reliable service because I had viewed the voucher. I have two concerns: 1) How could I have made an appointment without viewing the voucher as instructed? 2) Am I at fault for their lack of professionalism and communication? Hello, I made a purchase on October 27, [redacted], for a Besteworld [redacted] Degree Rotating Acrylic Makeup Organizer Cosmetics Storage Stand priced at a total of $25.14. The order number is [redacted], and it was delivered on the evening of 11/02/[redacted]. Upon receipt of the order, I discovered that the [redacted] Rotating Stand was damaged. The box was dented, leading to cracks and chips on the top piece, specifically the sections used to hold lipsticks or makeup brushes. I attempted to reach out to the merchant via Groupon.com customer support but have not received a response. I am looking for assistance to resolve this matter, whether it be obtaining a Return Shipping Label paid for by the merchant to return the entire product or receiving the top piece with the damages. I purchased three Groupons for photo books, intending to make them identical. Regrettably, I mistakenly marked one as used when the voucher code was lost. Currently, I can only see two vouchers in my Groupon account for this company, but I need all three for my order. The company claims they can't assist me without the missing code. I bought a voucher today only to find out it had expired. I wasn't aware of the expiration date before purchasing it. The company I contacted was unhelpful. I am unable to return the voucher and I no longer wish to keep it. I expect a refund as I no longer want to deal with this company's vouchers. I was under the impression that expired vouchers would not be up for sale.

I have reached out to Groupon multiple times. Each time, representatives assured me they would follow up, but unfortunately, I never received a response. I had purchased the looks ticket package for two tickets to the September 15th game. Despite attempting to redeem the Groupon code, it did not work,forcing me to purchase two tickets for $84 each on the day of the event in the same section selected with the Groupon. I clicked on redeem despite it not functioning correctly. I was informed that I would likely be eligible for a refund since the Groupon was not utilized, but I never received any further communication on this matter. As a long-time Groupon user, I am incredibly disappointed by this experience. This purchase was a significant gift for my fiancé, and having to buy additional tickets was both frustrating and costly. Hello, I appreciate your message regarding the recent order complication you experienced with the product (refer to the attached image). Despite attempting to place an order, it did not proceed; however, I was astonished to find 9 pending orders of the same product under "MY STUFF." After multiple discussions with different representatives, they were unable to see the issue although my account displayed the pending orders. Each agent assured me they would escalate the matter to the team responsible for rectifying such errors, promising an email confirmation upon resolution. Regrettably, I have yet to receive any updates since the initial transaction. I kindly request the cancellation or clearance of these pending orders without charging my linked card, considering they are all identical product orders. I recently purchased a Sam’s Club membership about a month ago. When I tried to redeem it at the store last Saturday, there was some confusion at the counter. I was told to go online to complete the redemption process, but encountered difficulties. As a result, I had to pay $45 on the spot for a new membership. This has been my second negative experience with Sam’s Club. In the past, I faced issues with a gift card for a massage that took months for my mom to use due to numerous cancellations. I believe I should receive a refund for the unexpected membership purchase.

I received my faux throw order via Yodel on October 25th. Unfortunately, I was away on vacation. The delivery driver tossed the parcel over the gate, and it landed on some oil my husband had put there while working on our car. We found the delivery card on October 31st when we got back, but it was dark. When my husband retrieved the parcel, he didn't realize it had oil on it, and now his jacket is ruined. Despite multiple attempts to contact Yodel, we haven't received any help. The customer service representatives we spoke to don't seem to understand our situation with their driver. I am reaching out to address this issue as I did not provide any instructions for where the parcel should be left.

I have taken the necessary steps to cancel the automatic $4.99 membership fee. I found the previous agent's responses to be unhelpful and robotic. If needed, I will contact my bank to stop the payment. Could someone guide me on how to cancel properly?

I placed an order for earbuds in early September. Upon returning home on the 17th, following a card from YODEL indicating delivery on the 11th, I found nothing in the alleged plant pot on my doorstep. Despite contacting YODEL, they insisted it was left in a front porch, which I don't have. Promising a refund or a replacement, they assured me of a follow-up call within 24 hours but never did. Repeated attempts to resolve this since November 5th have been unsuccessful, with promises of callbacks going unfulfilled. As of November 7th, I remain without the earbuds or any resolution. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be much appreciated.

Hello, I have had a frustrating experience with Groupon's services. The first time I submitted a request online, I was directed to Quebec, even though I live in BC and was logged into my account. Then, during a live chat, I was connected to a software technician I didn't ask for. This is the second time in a few weeks that I have been charged for car services I didn't order. Despite explaining that I don't own a car and can't use these services, I received another confirmation email for Shine Mobile Services. The purchase was for an Interior and Exterior Car Detail. I purchased a voucher for Pendleton Pilates in Cincinnati, OH for $55, which included 10 classes. I made the purchase on October 25 and followed the instructions to email them with my information. Unfortunately, my classes were not added to my account for scheduling. Despite calling over 10 times without getting a response, I visited the location on Sunday, November 3, before a class and spoke to a woman. Although the woman seemed rude and brief, she took down my details and assured me that someone would add my classes to the account. However, as of now, the classes have not been added. I am disappointed with their customer service and hesitant to attend classes even if they resolve the issue, given the woman's demeanor.

I purchased a Groupon on October 4th for a Gyro flight for my son's birthday. When I tried to redeem it yesterday, it showed as already redeemed on October 11th, which we did not do. VacaaMooAirport mentioned issues with Groupon not paying them and stated that the runway just got tilled, so scheduling won't be possible for at least three weeks. Hello, I recently purchased a Smile Direct deal and have been trying to get a refund as soon as I received the voucher. I paid $45. When I visited their website, I discovered that the promotional offer I paid for through Groupon was available for free. Despite their fine print stating I could get a refund before services were provided, I canceled my appointment made with the voucher online. However, they refuse to issue a refund, claiming they cannot find my payment because it originated from Groupon. They insist that what I paid for is a complimentary service. It seems they suspect me of trying to scam them for the $45 refund. This issue has been ongoing for three frustrating months, with my Groupon deal set to expire today. I am incredibly disappointed. I purchased tickets for a Lakers game less than 20 minutes ago, spending nearly $[redacted]. Unfortunately, I received a refund which I did not want. This was intended as a gift for my fiancé, and now we are unable to attend the game because of the refund. I am feeling frustrated and upset as I wanted these tickets without any complications. The game is less than 3 hours away, and I urgently need the tickets reinstated. I cannot understand why this happened. I have been inadvertently enrolled in Groupon Select and do not wish to continue with the membership. Despite my recent purchase benefiting from the discount, I would like to opt-out immediately. I received notification that a monthly charge of 5.99 will commence on December 9. My enrollment seems to have occurred without my knowledge or consent, as I simply intended to buy a thermos and then received a confirmation email indicating my participation in Groupon Select.
