My voucher is not working for order [redacted]. I don't have a receipt because I signed up with Facebook and can't access that email anymore. The payment has been processed, and the vouchers can be found in "my stuff," but an error occurs when I try to view them. I need assistance in changing my email from [redacted] to [redacted] I am willing to have the vouchers sent to me directly to ensure I receive my tickets. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Now using the sheets on my bed, there was no indication that they were not color fast and needed to be washed separately. I would like to know how you plan to compensate me for the damaged towels. I bought 2 tickets for Haunt at California’s Great America and barely an hour in, there was a false alarm about an “active shooter” on the premises. Fortunately, no one was harmed. I spent $[redacted] for just 1 hour at the park, mostly worrying about our safety. Is there any possibility of receiving compensation for this ordeal? I only got to experience 1 terror house and didn't go on any rides. A gesture of compensation would be appreciated given the circumstances.

I accidentally booked a hotel reservation through Groupon. While showing my son the prices, the reservation was placed. The instructions indicate to contact Excalibur for a cancellation exception, but they have advised to reach out to you as the reservation is not in their system yet. I am unable to travel to Vegas, and the dates are incorrect. Please assist in canceling the reservation as soon as possible. Thank you.

I bought the Jet Flight Simulator experience in Sydney for my son, which expired on Sep 24, [redacted]. Groupon agreed to refund the purchase since my son couldn't use it. However, I can't locate the refund or how to access it on my account. I paid $99.00 AUD for it. Can I also transfer the refund to my NZ account to gift it to my daughter in NZ?

I bought 5 phone banks but only received 2. Groupon shows that 3 were refunded, yet my bank still charged me for them at $21.22 each. I should have been refunded $21.22 each for the missing 3. I paid $9.99 each for these phone banks. I'm sure of this price because I've seen them for $10 on Wish, but I chose to purchase through Groupon. I haven't received the refund for the missing items and I'm unsure why.

Good morning, I received the voucher (Groupon code VS-34BW-UW4J-J31Z-F1N6) with an expiration date of 12/16/[redacted]. I went today to book the appointment for the treatment. Immagine del Vecchio studio informed me that they have terminated their contractual relationships with Groupon due to business closure, and advised me to contact you for a possible refund. This morning, I bought a Groupon on my husband's phone using my Visa card. I went to the facility and explained that he would use it next week, but they informed me it was only for new patients, and since he had been there before, it couldn't be honored. I didn't realize this restriction beforehand. They advised me to contact Groupon for a refund. I'm reaching out to Groupon to resolve this promptly. I would appreciate a call or a live chat with an agent as I need assistance with this recent purchase made early this morning.

I reached out to Zenna at Conduit, also known as Fantasmania, after a recommendation from another tattoo artist who mentioned Zenna offers services through Groupon. I contacted her via email to schedule an appointment since it was the only means of communication provided. Zenna informed me that she is fully booked until January and advised me to request a refund from Groupon. She mentioned that post the December 5 expiration date, she could only offer a 50% discount on the face value. I am concerned as I am unable to secure an appointment and now face difficulties with the face value redemption. I am hoping for a Groupon credit of at least $78, as a resolution. I've previously contacted Groupon regarding this matter, received an initial verification via the app, but have not had any further responses.

I purchased a hair appointment and attempted to contact the stylist through calls and texts for several days. When she finally responded, she only had two available slots. I expressed interest in the first slot, but she failed to follow up. When she did call back, the slot I wanted was taken, and the next available one is on November 5th. This unreliability has made me uncomfortable with her providing services to my hair. I am unsure if she is overbooking herself, but I no longer trust her and would appreciate a refund of my payment.

I bought 3 Elitches season passes, but when I tried to use them before the expiration date, the park staff said they were expired. Elitches customer service directed me to Groupon, who has not responded to my inquiries. The passes are invalid, and I would like a refund. I purchased a massage Groupon and I am seeking a refund. The massage therapist took excessively long to respond, resulting in multiple cancelled appointments. After being cancelled on three times, the therapist failed to confirm the fourth appointment but called me demanding a cancellation fee. When I explained the appointment had not been scheduled as she claimed, I requested a refund. Rather than addressing my concern, the therapist blocked my number after our conversation.

As a loyal Groupon user since [redacted], I have always had positive experiences until I purchased voucher #[redacted]3. The reviews were great, so I was excited to have my car detailed to surprise my son. Unfortunately, after scheduling an appointment two weeks ago with the owner via Facebook, there was no response. Despite calling and being promised a 7:30am visit, he never showed up. After several more failed attempts and excuses, I even offered to bring my car to his shop, but he claimed to be too overwhelmed with work. It's clear he lacks the staffing to fulfill his service. I am extremely disappointed and would like a refund to find a reliable service provider.

A week ago, I purchased four items that I needed for my daily activities. One of the products was a winter mask for cycling. Unfortunately, the item I received was not the one I ordered and I am looking to return it. Since it was bought from a third-party seller, I am concerned about the refund process. I understand that I should have been more diligent in checking my orders, but I have always received the correct items before. I received an email stating there was unusual activity on my account and prompting me to change my password. Despite clicking the link multiple times, I am unable to complete the password change as my account is not recognized. I have been locked out of my account since September, preventing me from shopping. Attempts to open a new account have also been unsuccessful. I urgently need this matter resolved as I am unable to make any purchases.

I've been attempting to process an even exchange but seem to be encountering obstacles. When I attempt to exchange, an extra $10.33 gets added to the charge. I was instructed to initiate a refund using the label provided, however, I am concerned that I will lose the discounts I received on the original purchase if I go through the refund process. I am simply looking to complete an even exchange, which is proving to be more complicated than anticipated. Today, I was informed that to proceed with the exchange, I must pay the difference in price. I have been trying to resolve this issue since last week without success. I purchased a Groupon for a single blue LED teeth whitening session and had an appointment scheduled for October 23, [redacted]. The appointment got canceled because the person performing the treatment did not make it to Victoria, BC as scheduled. They mentioned that someone else would take over or I could get a refund. I have not received any further communication and I am hoping to get a $54.00 CAD refund. Unfortunately, my Visa card has been replaced, and I am waiting for the new card. I'm unsure how to proceed with the refund. Thank you.

I bought a Sam's Club membership that was supposed to be for a full year through a Groupon deal. However, when I tried to claim the voucher number on the provided link, it showed no purchases. The membership I received is only valid until the end of [redacted], which is disappointing as it's nearly November. I feel cheated and I couldn't get through to Groupon for help, leaving me out of $30. I would like a refund.

I bought Groupon #LG-V6HX-BJMM-HBV7-75XG, intending to use it at O'Neills in Queens, NY. I mistakenly thought the restaurant was in my neighborhood as there is an O'Neills nearby in my zip code. However, it turns out the Groupon is for the O'Neills in Staten Island, NY. I never would have purchased it for that location, had I known. Is there any way to cancel the Groupon or receive credit towards a future purchase?

I was browsing hotels online and noticed the Resort fee was included in the charge even though I didn't intend to book. I spoke with the hotel who instructed me to cancel the order. It took me around 30 minutes to find your contact information. My order number is #[redacted]. Please cancel the booking as we are currently not planning to travel to Waikiki. We were simply checking the prices and did not intend to make a reservation.
