Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

Dear Sir*Madam,**Vouchers cannot be used – Refund request***. At the time of purchasing the attached vouchers, I had problem in accessing these. I*then wrote to you but response took longer and I went to the Forest Dap Spa and*paid the walk-in rate!***. You then sent me the * vouchers in an email which I printed – see attached. I tried to use * of them on ********, these did not work, and I have to again pay the walk-in rate – see the payment invoice attached.***. When I log in to Groupon, my account, I could see these * vouchers are showing but*when I tap it, none of these open.***. In view of the above, I am sure there is something wrong with these vouchers and these cannot be used as confirmed by Forest Day Spa on ********.
