Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-rkicks's own words
A few of us bought Groupons for an escape room while we were on vacation in Florida, I was able to use mine but my sons said pending for * days and we were unable to use it while there. We are home now and he tried to get a refund yesterday, but it is only offering him to trade in. I thought he had * days to get a refund and yesterday would of been the *rd day and it said pending for * of the days and did not allow him to make any changes or he would of canceled then. I am a huge grouponer, he is not, a trade or groupon bucks will not benefit him he has only bought one other time * years ago and he doesn't have a lot of money to just lose $**.**. Is there anyway you can please help him out? He did try to cancel in the appropriate time but was not allowed to make any changes until t was to late. The e-mail on the account is *****@***.com.*If it was me I would be fine with a trade or groupon bucks because I buy all the time, he does not. And like I said we planned to use it Friday night and it said pending so we tried to cancel Saturday and it still said pending so we couldn't. I texted him Sunday and asked if he canceled and he said he did not know how. So last night Monday he came over and I went to cancel and it only offered a trade in so I did a live chat and was disconnected and could not get back to it and it never got resolved and would not let me start another live chat since I already had one?
