I ordered eight tickets at $** each for a show. My friends and I arrived for the show and found out it had been canceled. I sent an email to Groupon saying the show was cancelled and I want a refund. I never heard back so I called the credit card. The credit card reached out to Groupon and gave them so many days to reply back. Groupon is saying I did not cancel the Groupon transaction within ** hours. The show was cancelled told Groupon. briefly there was an email saying my refund would be coming through. then they email disappeared and I have not heard from Groupon.

Took a long time! You can call and talk to somebody with Groupon. Somehow ,somewhere, I found live chat! back when I was placing my order a little screen came up and said would you like to live chat. So when I needed help getting a refund I searched and searched their webpage finally found live chat again!!
