Last week I purchased the above groupon for a Three course Sunday roast for two at Salomons Estate Tunbridge Wells. I used the online booking form to make a reservation for yesterday, Sunday **th for my husband’s birthday at *.** which was accepted and confirmed. We travelled down from London which took us about one hour. We eventually found the place, which was difficult as there was a wedding going on and we were obviously intruding amongst the guests, only to be told that they had informed Groupon that there was no availability for Groupon guests that day and Groupon replied and said it was all sorted and no problem. You cannot imagine how bloody furious we were to be told this. I cannot actually believe your company could make such a huge mistake and cause your customers such a massive inconvenience. We were the *th couple that had been turned away yesterday. My husband*s birthday was totally ruined because of your inadequacy. We are still fuming ** hours later. What do you intent to do about this?
