Hello, I purchased a ticket * days ago to go to Halloween horror nights. When I got to the park in Orlando last night they told me I did not have the right ticket to get in the event. They said I had a ticket for the park in California. The title of the ticket I purchased was a little misleading because it didn’t include the state it was in. I would have never have known there were multiple Halloween horror nights in different states. The title of the voucher said nothing about being in California. I did not see any place where you could switch the ticket to Orlando, so I had to purchase a ticket from the counter at Halloween horror nights instead. I was wondering if there was a way I could receive a refund or a credit to use another time.
