We bought a Groupon deal for Fork N' Chopstix for our family of six. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we found the restaurant to be rundown and dirty. We were the first in our group to arrive, allowing us to decide not to eat there. We were disappointed by the experience as we frequently use Groupon and have never encountered such an issue before. I contacted customer service to inquire about my two packages scheduled for delivery on the 21st, but they were not delivered as indicated. Living in a senior building, my apartment manager allows entry, and both the stairs and elevator lead to the 2nd floor where my unit #[redacted] is clearly marked. Due to a recent surgery, I have been homebound since October 15th and urgently need my CBD products. This issue has not occurred with any other carrier in the past. I had a chat conversation with Andrew G on October 24th seeking an update on my complaint regarding FedEx tracking #[redacted][redacted], but Andrew G could not confirm if the previous agent had submitted the case due to limited access. I requested to speak to a supervisor or obtain a contact number for further assistance.

I bought a one-night stay in a PREMIERE KING Room at the Warwick Hotel in Seattle, WA for October 5, [redacted]. The room was supposed to have great views and a balcony, but when we arrived, the balcony only faced a wall of another building. We asked for a different room but were only offered a downgrade to a standard 2 queen room for the same price. We were not happy since we paid $[redacted] US, which is around $[redacted] CAD even with a Groupon. The staff was rude, and the customer service was poor. We ended up leaving and staying at the Grand Sheraton nearby, which was cheaper and had better service. I contacted the manager of the Warwick hotel for a refund, but I have not heard back. I am disappointed with this experience and no longer interested in returning to this hotel. I hope to resolve this issue and receive a refund for my purchase.

I was surprised to find out that the company I thought I was buying from is actually operating out of a residential home. Initially provided with one address through Groupon, they later texted me a different location further away and mentioned no guests were allowed. Feeling uneasy about the situation, I decided to investigate and confirmed that indeed it is a private residence. I promptly informed them via text that I was uncomfortable and was advised to seek a refund through Groupon.

I bought a facial treatment at Deva Spa Downtown located at [redacted] W. Hastings. When I tried to schedule an appointment on September 27, I discovered they had moved to a different location. Despite the inconvenience, I agreed to come and scheduled the appointment for today, October 25. After a 40-minute drive to their new address at [redacted] Hastings St., I found nobody there. Despite numerous calls, I only received a text saying they couldn't see me. When I inquired why, they claimed to have lost my contact details and couldn't reschedule. I no longer wish to proceed with the treatment and am seeking a refund for the $[redacted] I paid. I am very disappointed by this unprofessional experience and would not recommend their service to anyone.

On October 21, [redacted], I bought a Groupon deal for a $49.50 oil change at Valvoline located at [redacted] South Hurstbourne, Louisville, KY. Unfortunately, the following day at 10 p.m., I realized an error in the transaction. Groupon had charged me for an additional five oil changes at Valvoline and even for a pair of sweatpants, amounting to a total of $[redacted].09. PayPal Mastercard has already processed this payment. I have raised a dispute with eBay Mastercard (PayPal) regarding this issue as I spoke with Valvoline, who referred me back to Groupon. Despite this problem, I have had positive experiences with Groupon in the past and am willing to use their services again if this matter is resolved promptly. Upon checking Groupon, my cart appears empty now, although I know it was empty when these unauthorized charges occurred. I have received an email indicating that the sweatpants are being shipped to me, which I plan to return, expecting Groupon to cover the shipping costs. Last night, while browsing haunted houses, I accidentally purchased the wrong one for this weekend instead of the Bates Haunted Sawmill that I intended to buy for next weekend. I understand it was my mistake, but I would like to see if there is any way to switch to the correct event. The cost difference is $5.00, and I am willing to cover that. Our family has been loyal Groupon customers for many years.

I used Groupon to book dining reservations for December 30th and 31st, only to later find out that the restaurant, QC Club, is closed during that time. I was advised by the restaurant to seek a refund through Groupon due to this recurring issue. I cancelled the reservations on my Groupon account but did not receive a refund, and there is no obvious option to request one. Despite Groupon suggesting I rebook for different dates, I am only in Brisbane on the 30th and 31st. I am disappointed by the lack of assistance in resolving this matter.

I recently bought the Skyline Balloons Groupon package. Following the instructions, I called to make an appointment and mentioned I had purchased the Groupon. Dee informed me that Groupon purchasers must have flexible schedules, not allowing for specific flight dates. As this was for a birthday gift and I needed a specific date, Dee advised me to cancel the Groupon and pay an extra $30 for date selection. However, I encountered issues canceling the Groupon. Being new to Groupon, I was unaware of the cancellation policy. Now, I am left paying for the same event twice, which is not ideal. Considering this is my first Groupon experience, I kindly request a refund as the package was quite pricey. I have been attempting to print the invoice for order #1[redacted]18-[redacted] (Peaky Blinder Ale & Cap) that was placed on October 10, [redacted], without success. Could you kindly forward a PDF copy of the invoice to me? Thank you. Today, I received delivery of order #[redacted] (Pick up a poo Multiplayer Game) from October 24, [redacted], and the box arrived quite damaged. I intend to return the item following your returns procedure. In previous attempts to communicate through the online chat, I encountered issues. I purchased two Groupons from Hellen Touch Salon in San Diego. Firstly, they had the wrong address on their website and did not provide the correct one when I scheduled my appointment. It took me 45 minutes to locate them after multiple calls. The owner, Hellen, abruptly ended the call as she was with a client. Eventually, Angela contacted me. The treatment took place in a dingy room and facility. Secondly, I informed Angela that due to my injuries, including a broken shoulder, arm, and hand, I could not proceed with the second massage or drive. Angela suggested a facial and paraffin pedicure, so I booked an appointment for today at 1:00. Despite contacting them via call and text, I couldn't confirm the time (12:00 or 1:00). Later, I discovered that my Groupon had expired. It appears they intentionally delayed contacting me to let the Groupon expire. They never reached out to offer an extension given my situation. I am requesting a refund due to their unprofessionalism. I do not recommend this company. Thank you, Mary.

I sent an email over 24 hours ago and have not received a reply yet. This issue needs to be resolved immediately because what was provided to me was fraudulent, which is completely unacceptable and illegal. Several weeks ago, I purchased Celtics tickets on your website. Although they were labeled as tickets for the game, they were stated to be from the Legends Gold Pass Club. To ensure they were indeed game tickets, I specifically asked on live chat and was assured by one of your support technicians that they were game tickets. I have the entire conversation saved in an email for evidence. After spending $80 on train tickets for my friends and me to travel to the city, we were denied entry to the event last night. The tickets I purchased were not for the game as advertised; they were for dinner reservations. I am requesting a full refund, compensation, and replacement tickets or season tickets. This situation is unacceptable and may be a criminal offense. If it is not resolved promptly, legal action may be necessary. This experience has caused me and the individuals I brought to the game significant distress. Please address this matter urgently.

I bought the HiFuture Tidy Buds True Wireless Bluetooth Earbuds with Wireless Charging Case on October 25. My order number is [redacted]. During the purchase, I opted for a two-year replacement plan for an extra $8.99. However, I noticed two charges on my checking account from Groupon. The first charge was $32.41, which matches the Earbuds' price. But the second charge was $23.42 instead of the expected $8.99. I am seeking clarification on this discrepancy. On 10/19/[redacted], I bought a Groupon for $[redacted] for the Flying Squirrel, a 20-person Super Fly Party. After purchasing, I visited the website to select the date and time for the party, but the voucher code wouldn't work. I tried redeeming it on both my computer and cell phone, and mistakenly pressed the redeem button on my Groupon assuming there would be a different code. I realized my error and contacted Groupon support immediately. For 8 days, I've received emails every 48 hours stating they are waiting on the merchant. My son's birthday is approaching, and I redeemed the party on the same day I bought it, which is not possible for same-day parties. It's frustrating that this issue hasn't been resolved promptly despite my quick contact with Groupon support. I'm hoping to get an update on when this will be fixed or if a refund is possible, as my son's birthday is less than two weeks away, and I need to plan the celebration. Thank you for your attention.

I bought a ticket for Halloween Horror Nights two days ago, intending to visit the Orlando park. However, upon arrival last night, I was informed that my ticket was actually for the California location. The lack of state indication on the ticket title was confusing, as I was unaware of multiple event locations. Sadly, I had to buy a new ticket at the Orlando counter. I couldn't find an option to exchange it. Is there a chance for a refund or credit for a future visit?

I purchased a 60-minute Swedish massage from Total Body Works as a gift for my dad. Despite the challenges in contacting her, I finally managed to schedule an appointment. On the day of the appointment, she mentioned a calendar mix-up and requested a reschedule. When my dad arrived early and had difficulty locating the place, she was unresponsive. I reached out to provide directions, but after sending the voucher, she ceased communication. Later, she claimed my dad was late and could only offer a 20-minute massage due to another appointment. Despite efforts to reschedule, she never responded. Upon trying to cancel the coupon, I discovered she had already redeemed it without providing the service. I seek a full refund and believe she should be banned from Groupon based on these interactions.

I bought a Groupon for 3 family therapy sessions from Coley Family Therapy in Chapel Hill, NC. Unfortunately, the link to the psychologist's website and phone number on the Groupon are not functioning. I discovered that there is no psychology group at the address given, the phone number is disconnected, and online searches show that the psychology group is situated in a different city with non-working contact information there as well.

I attempted to reserve afternoon tea for a party of four at the Hull Doubletree Hilton on September 27, [redacted]. Due to password issues, I had to stop and return to the booking later. On October 6, [redacted], with my son's assistance, we managed to secure the booking. Upon checking my bank statement, it appears I have been billed twice for the same booking on both dates, despite only enjoying one tea for four. The service was excellent, but I kindly request a refund of £36.90 for the duplicate charge.

Hello, I bought a Groupon from Hawley’s Massage & Bodyworks in June. When I tried to book an appointment, I was informed the vendor had moved out of state. The Groupon expired on October 26th, and I can't find the option to trade it in. How can I receive a refund, or can the Trade-In option be reactivated? The message from Groupon states: "Hawley’s Massage & Bodyworks is no longer able to provide the services for your voucher. If you haven't redeemed your voucher, please contact us for assistance." On Sunday, October 20th, my brother and I visited Taj Restaurant in Deerfield Beach, FL, using a Groupon I had purchased. Unfortunately, the A/C was not working, making it uncomfortable for my brother, so we had to leave. I returned today at 11:30 am to redeem the face value of $27 for take-out. However, I was informed I couldn't purchase any lamb dishes or opt for the luncheon specials. Instead, I had to spend $16.95 on a different option, which was disappointing. Despite trying to reason with the waiter, I was unable to use the Groupon amount as I had hoped. The owner's instructions seemed unclear and did not align with Groupon's policy. Overall, I left feeling unsatisfied with the experience.
