Help with my Groupon issue
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-abraxxio may need:

Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-abraxxio's own words
I used Groupon to purchase THREE dining reservations on the dates of December **th and December **st.**The day after making an d paying for these reservations through Groupon I received an email directly from the restaurant - the QC Club - telling me that they CLOSE every year on December **th and do not open again until January! They suggested I contact Groupon for a refund and have stated that Groupon continually causes issues like this by not correctly setting up the available reservation dates on the Groupon website.**I logged into my Groupon account (under the email address of *****@***.com) and cancelled the three bookings - but received no refund and there is no option to request a refund. It seems Groupon is expecting me to re-book the same reservations on different dates, however the venue is *** kilometers away from us (Brisbane) and we will ONLY be in that city on December **th and **st - this means our only avenue is a complete refund (and then starting again to look for a venue that is ACTUALLY OPEN on the dates we require - thanks for wasting our time Groupon).**There appears to be NO reliable way of contacting Groupon to rectify this ridiculous situation.
