My mother bought two vouchers- one for me and one for her for the Nirvana Wellness and Yoga Center, *-Class Pass: Choice of HIIT, Barre, Pilates, and Restorative Yoga. We bought this voucher because we want to do Pilates specifically and then when I called the center they said they did not have any Pilates classes and said they were working on adding them, but now they still don’t have them. While waiting for them to add the pilates classes, my mother got into a very bad accident and had to get immediate surgery. She is in the process of recovery but it is a several month recovery process. Unfortunately our voucher expires at the end of October, but we won’t be able to use them due to the car accident. We really love Groupon and use it often and we would hate to lose our money on this. Is there any way a refund is possible or an extension of time? Again, unfortunately we were put into horrible circumstances and we hope you can help us.
