I ordered a bed on Saturday eve from Groupon and an hour after realised i'd ordered the wrong one. I emailed straight away to cancel and received an email this morning stating that the bed had already been shipped out and was unable to cancel. I can appreciate this but I literally emailed to cancel straight after and find it hard to believe that it had been shipped over the weekend. Could you please help me cancel this and get a refund I don't mind paying a cancellation fee but it just seems such a waste having it delivered over when i will just be sending it straight back and will save a lot of stress for me. Please can you help? my order number is *****-******-********I have ordered three items but only wish to cancel the bed priced at £***.**.**I am a very loyal customer and wish to order a different bed from the groupon site.**I am so upset about this whole ordeal and would greatly appreciate the extra help on this occasion.**Thanks in advance
