I believe I was erroneously charged twice because the system prompted me to reorder when the initial transaction failed. I kindly request for a thorough review of the email I received from Groupon on the day of purchase. Upon attempting to redeem today, I noticed the duplicate coupons and realized that the Deluxe Salon promotion is intended solely for first-time clients. I am seeking a full refund for the extra charge that appears to be a mistake on your part. During a live chat with Gina D that lasted 1 hour, she abruptly ended the conversation impolitely. I tried to provide details from the app to help her locate my account, but she was unable to find it. Just a heads up, two different email addresses were used for the transactions due to an error mentioned in one of the outbound messages. The emails used are [redacted] and [redacted] Thank you.

Dear Groupon Support, I am writing to address an issue with a return I made for an item I never purchased from Groupon. I provided Groupon with a copy of the return slip, but unfortunately, I have not received my refund of $97. Due to a car accident and subsequent communication challenges, I was unable to follow up on this matter promptly. Despite being assured by a representative that my refund was being processed, I have yet to receive it. As a loyal customer, I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue as $97 is significant to me, especially given my current circumstances preventing me from working. I had a challenging experience when I arrived 10 minutes late to my appointment and tried to communicate with the salon staff. Despite apologizing for my lateness, I encountered difficulties as the employee couldn't accommodate me due to a later appointment. Even though I had a Groupon, I was unable to receive the service I had paid for. The lack of communication and customer service at the salon left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. Additionally, the salon's location was hard to find, adding to the negative experience.

I purchased a skydiving experience as a birthday gift for my brother who is disabled but fully mobile. Prior to buying a Groupon for him, I called the skydiving company to confirm that he could participate as long as he could pass their required test. Despite him meeting all physical criteria, he was still denied the opportunity to jump and asked to return with a doctor's note. After obtaining the note, I double-checked with the company before driving over an hour to ensure there were no further requirements. However, I was informed that his appearance upon arrival would ultimately determine if he could jump, regardless of his physical ability and the doctor's clearance. I have gone to great lengths to accommodate their requests, but the uncertainty and potential for further rejection based on his looks are unacceptable. At this point, I am seeking a refund as I do not wish to risk my brother being turned away again due to arbitrary reasons.

In September, I purchased a Groupon for a photo session at Elite Photography in Atlanta, GA. The Groupon recently expired, but I contacted the studio on September 23, well before the expiration date, to schedule my headshots for work. I spoke with Alonso, who informed me that no one was available to book me for my preferred day of Thursday. He said he would reach out to a photographer who was away and promised to get back to me. Despite following up with texts and adjusting to their preferred Saturday, I received no response or appointment after reaching out to Alonso multiple times. Given the delay and lack of progress in scheduling, I am now requesting a refund for the Groupon as I need these photos for work promptly. I have attempted to work with Elite Photography to no avail and believe a refund is a reasonable request under the circumstances as I need to find an alternative promptly.

I recently purchased a Groupon deal for $31 for Duel Novi, which is now located where Michigan Beer on Main St used to be. The pictures on the website don't match the actual scenery of the place at all. The Groupon included $40 for food, a $10 cover charge for a Thursday, and a 20% gratuity. However, I felt Thursdays were overpriced because the website states there are no cover charges on Thursdays. This made me realize that by not using the Groupon, I would've only paid a 10% tip anyway. The service was disappointing – I found something like soda remnants in my water glass, had to move tables due to rude customers, and the waitress didn't address the issue. My total bill was $47 plus $9.60 for gratuity, resulting in an extra $19 paid on top of the Groupon cost. If I had not used the Groupon, I would have only spent $1 extra. In hindsight, buying a Friday Groupon for $36 would have saved me more money as the total would have been $46 after the gratuity. Lesson learned, the Groupon deal was not worth it, and I should have opted for a Friday deal instead to save money.

I recently placed an order, but I encountered issues with the payment process, resulting in duplicate orders. Even though Groupon assured me they canceled the extra order, I have not received a refund in my bank account yet. I am disappointed with this experience and the extra effort it has caused me. I would appreciate confirmation of the refund for the duplicate order and an update on the status of the original order of panties that was not canceled.

I recently made purchases for Grattan garden furniture, two black designer garden deck chairs, a double bed mattress, a double bed frame, and a large kitchen waste bin. I have not received these items as they were not supposed to be delivered to Northern Ireland. I'm concerned about being charged for these orders and not receiving them. I need to know if there were any charges and if I have been refunded. Additionally, I would like to inquire if these larger items can be delivered to Northern Ireland. I visited Sam’s Club today to collect some items included in the Groupon deal, such as pizza and fruit. Unfortunately, I was informed that the items had to be picked up within 30 days, and as it has been longer than that, I was unable to receive them. On April 9, [redacted], I bought two Groupons for Madison Reed Color Bar at $56 each. Despite the Groupon terms allowing its use only once every 3 months, I tried to redeem the second one for its cash value to purchase color products but was rejected twice. When approaching Groupon for assistance as per their policy, they stated refunds are only possible within three days of purchase and that the merchant should honor the cash value. On my third visit to Madison Reed, I showed the manager the Groupon Promise, requesting $56 worth of products in exchange for the expired Groupon, but was rejected again due to their register software limitations. I have spent more time trying to enforce the Groupon terms than the $56 value I am seeking to recover.

I recently joined Groupon Plus to take advantage of the 50% off my first item offer. During checkout, the discount was correctly applied, and I proceeded to pay the displayed total. However, upon reviewing my bank statement and email receipt, it appears that the 50% discount was not applied post-purchase. I enrolled in Groupon Plus with the expectation of receiving this discount, and it seems to have been removed without my notice. If the 50% off is meant to be a rebate-style discount that will be refunded after purchase, I would appreciate clarity on this process before making future purchases. If the discount was removed in error, I would like to address this and potentially cancel my Groupon account and Groupon Plus membership. Clarity on how the discount is applied would greatly improve the overall shopping experience with Groupon.

Hello, I recently stayed at the Travelodge on Lundy's Lane in Niagara Falls. Upon checking in, we were charged an extra $60 for two additional adults, on top of our package. Unfortunately, our experience in the room was very disappointing. The first room we were given had condom wrappers and blood stains on the sheets. We requested another room, but it also had similar issues - a ripped condom wrapper and blood-stained sheets. The third room had stains on the bed, white stains on the chairs, ripped upholstery, pubic hairs on the towels, and stains on the sheets. Despite my attempts to get a refund and speak to a manager, I was unsuccessful. I was told the manager's schedule is unpredictable. This experience was not only unsanitary but also frustrating. I purchased a Groupon deal for a self-guided scavenger hunt on scavengerhunt.com for 4 people in Raleigh at a discounted price of $33. We attempted the Raleigh Bar Crawl hunt but encountered an issue with a never-ending loading screen despite following all instructions. Even after contacting Let's Roam support, the problem persisted. The support agent was unable to resolve the issue, advising me to seek a refund from Groupon. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy the activity as intended. I attempted it again later, but faced the same loading screen problem. It's disappointing as we were excited to explore a new city. I bought an iFLY Groupon for Oct 19, [redacted], but there was an issue when I tried to use it at the iFLY location in Canada instead of the USA. I contacted iFLY, and they canceled the reservation, stating it was a common mistake. They suggested I reach out to Groupon for a refund since the voucher was not redeemed. iFLY is ready to offer any needed documentation to help with this situation. I bought two tickets for the "Las Vegas ATV Dunes" tours for $[redacted]. I received confirmation to meet at the McDonald's near Mandalay Bay at 7:30 am but was later informed of a change to a 1 pm reservation. The lack of communication and abrupt change of plans is unacceptable. I had to rearrange my schedule due to this issue and would like a refund. I have email and text confirmations to support my claim of the initial tour time.

Hello, My partner and I attempted to make a reservation for a stay at the Niagara Falls Four Points by Sheraton Fallsview with a food/activities package for tonight. We booked online last night between 12:00am-1:00am. The payment was made using his credit card via a Yahoo account linked through Facebook on Groupon. Unfortunately, we did not receive a confirmation email as he no longer has access to his Yahoo account. We contacted Yahoo support, but they require us to sign up for a premium plan to retrieve access to the account, which we are not interested in. Despite that, even if we gained access, the confirmation email may have been deleted. The Groupon purchase shows as pending, the hotel has no record of our reservation, and our bank account does not show any pending transactions. We urgently need to know the status of our booking and request the confirmation email be sent to an alternative address: [redacted] If this is not feasible, please advise on next steps. The reservation is under the name Andrew Geiger, and the credit card used ends in [redacted]. Thank you for your help.

I placed an order for a bed on Saturday evening through Groupon, but soon after realized I selected the wrong one. Despite emailing immediately to cancel, I received a message this morning that the bed had already been shipped and cannot be cancelled. I understand this, but I find it hard to believe it was shipped over the weekend as I requested cancellation right away. Can you assist me in canceling the order and processing a refund? I am willing to pay a cancellation fee. It seems wasteful to have it delivered only to return it. My order number is #1[redacted]19-[redacted]. I have purchased three items but only need to cancel the £[redacted].99 bed. As a loyal customer, I hope for your understanding to order a different bed from Groupon. I was looking at a Groupon deal for a birthday celebration at Incredible Pizza in October [redacted]. Earlier this year in April, I bought a Groupon that stored my credit card information. In July [redacted], Groupon charged $35.00 to my credit card without my consent. My credit card company investigated and claimed I used the Groupon. The Groupon in question expires on October 23, [redacted], one day before my scheduled surgery. The birthday party at Incredible Pizza is set for November 8, [redacted], but they won't accept the Groupon because it's for one person only. I contacted Groupon in July [redacted] to cancel the unwanted purchase, but received no response. As a 69-year-old caring for my 9-year-old granddaughter on a fixed income, losing $35.00 is a burden. I kindly request a refund. My credit card has been cancelled, and I need the refund to buy a Groupon for hair services at Paul Mitchell in Tulsa, Oklahoma, for my granddaughter and myself.

Unfortunately, upon opening the package, I discovered an incorrect power cord was included, rendering it unusable. As a 70-year-old retired Electrical Engineer, I can confirm this error. Good afternoon. I recently bought a Groupon for a two-hour home cleaning with Genesis Cleaning, a service I've used successfully before. However, this time was different. I contacted Genesis Cleaning to schedule, but their lack of professionalism in the email exchange concerned me. On the day of the cleaning, they arrived 40 minutes late without explanation. After I asked to reschedule due to their lateness, the situation escalated when the cleaner disagreed, called my partner a liar, then eventually apologized. The team lingered outside my house even after the phone call was done, creating an uncomfortable situation.
