I bought a groupon for scavengerhunt.com a self-guided scavengerhunt for * which was on sale for $**.** at that time so we decided to use it yesterday in Raleigh and the hunt was called Raleigh Bar Crawl...well we followed all the instructions to get set up and all we got was an orange never ending loading screen...we even called the Let's Roam support for help after the second time of trying to do it ourselves and the lady could not figure out the issue so after **-** minutes of talking to her we just gave up and she told us to get in contact with groupon and they would refund me my money...so with that being said i am requesting a refund because we were unable to do the hunt...i even gave it * more shot last night and got the same result NEVER ENDING ORANGE SCREEN AGAIN...which is very disappointing because we aren't from there so we wanted to explore a new city but anyway thanks in advance
