Before I made an order I comfirmed that there would be free return shipping and was told there would be for ** days. When I received the item and was unsatisfied I asked the merchant to send a return shipping label but he is insisting that he does not have to pay. I am very very upset with this and cannot deal with talking to the merchant who responds more than ** hours later to any message I send him. Please help me figure out a way to get a free return shipping label or get a full refund of the product.
