Please note on **-**-** I ordered flowers through FTD (order * GRPN*******) to be delivered on **-**-**. Be advised as of today the recipient the flowers as of yet. I called FTD customer service on **-**-** to learn the whereabouts and was told, there was an error, there is no flower shop available to deliver the flowers, on that day. I was offered an apology and an upgrade, if I wait until the next day (today **-**-**) for delivery. I agreed. **I received a text from the recipient, that indicated non receipt of flowers. I then contacted FTD, and again, they stated their apologies, and was unable to have the flowers delivered today. This type of service is absurd, and unacceptable. **I then cancelled my order and requested a full refund. Also prior to my calls, I did not receive any delay notifications, as to why flowers were not delivered. After I cancelled my order I was advised that I needed to contact Groupon, as well, so that I can*could receive my refund. (again unacceptable and unclear) *Here is my official notification, that I cancelled my order and will like a full refund, credited back to my card. However, I did receive a cancellation confirmation email from FTD (GRPN**********) around *:** pm stating my order has been cancelled and I will receive a full refund. Because FTD advised me to notify Groupon, I informing you guys of the horrific transaction, and unsatisfactory customer service.
