Looking for a motel in St Petersburg's FL. While shopping the button said continue I pushed it and inadvertantly bought it. The card used is not one. I wrote and called support immediately. I talked to supervisor Sebastion G I explained it was an error and tyes the $$ i need to rebook in St, Pete. The Knoghts Inn policy no refunds. I explained IT WAS an ERROR. I EXPLAIND IT WAS IMMEDIATE. ERROR. THERE IS NO REASON I CAN NOT BE ACOMADETED. CHECK MY BUYING RECORD i have been a ** yr customer with nsry an issue, Sebation explains there is no one higher than him that can help me, Managers handle more important issues. I explained without steady solid customers there would NOT be a groupon. I called Knights in directly they explained no * could co except groupon. I would like a call back from someone who can help me before * days. Because this is not my card how do I explain they might get their money back in* says maybe.
